When we entered the store, we were not greeted. After waiting for some time, an employee came to take our order. As I asked questions about menu items, the employee appeared visibly annoyed, repeatedly rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and giggling while I was speaking. Her behavior made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. After taking our order, she began slamming doors, equipment, and machines while preparing our items. Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve.

Avoid This Store's Online Pickup - Terrible Service and Broken System…read more​I am writing this regarding an online pickup order I scheduled for last night (Tuesday, August 11, 2026) with a designated window between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM. I arrived in the parking lot at 9:51 PM--well within my paid time slot--but the app completely blocked me from checking in. I tried calling the store phone number multiple times, but nobody answered; the automated line eventually played a message claiming it was "too late to check in." ​Since I had already paid for my items and arrived during my official pickup window, I went to the pickup door and knocked on the window. An associate inside looked directly at me, held her finger up, got on her phone, walked out through a side door, and completely abandoned the post. ​I had to go inside the store to find assistance. Thankfully, a very kind employee from a completely different department stopped to help. She located my staged order in the backroom in seconds. However, when the original curbside associate returned, she refused to release it, giving me immense attitude and claiming, "It's too late, you can't get your stuff right now." ​Instead of resolving the issue, the shift supervisor came over with an equally hostile attitude, defending the associate's refusal to assist and making false assumptions about my arrival time. When I corrected him with the fact that I arrived at 9:51 PM and that their system blocked the check-in prematurely, both he and the associate refused to take accountability. The associate literally laughed in my face while the manager muttered unprofessional comments about my attitude under his breath as I walked away. ​The only saving grace was the helpful associate who stepped up, fetched my items, scanned them, and handed them to me politely--doing a job that wasn't even hers while the actual pickup team stood around making excuses. ​Management needs to review the footage/logs from last night around 9:50 PM-10:00 PM, fix the app's premature check-in cutoff, and retrain this curbside staff and shift supervisor on basic accountability, professionalism, and customer service.

The price of the money order was twice as it was supposed to be at all the other stores, but the previous two 7-11 stores had busted money order machines. I explained what I needed it for and handed over $500 in cash. The money order he gave me was useless as it is marked everywhere "NO MOBILE DEPOSIT" so I had no way of getting it into my account. He refused to give me my money back and started harassing me with weird and contradictory information. He said it would be fine, fill it out and deposit it. I stayed at the side counter and filled it out. It did not work and was considered unacceptable by my bank. Now I can't even use it for rent. The whole time I was trying to fill it out and deposit it with my phone he rudely interrupted me with contradictory instructions despite me pleading w/him to please leave me alone so I could focus. He then told me if it wouldn't deposit I had to go to skager bro (?) and they would give me cash for it. It turns out he was saying Stater Bros. Now he asked me to leave the store and go to Stater Bros and they will refund me the $500 I gave to him. I doubt that will work, so my bills will be late and I will have to take tomorrow off work in order to drive 200 miles to the nearest affiliate credit union where I SHOULD be able to finally get this useless money order in my account. Worst experience ever. Nearly every customer in my presence was complaining and arguing with him. I feel like I got scammed and regret attempting to do business here. Only come here if absolutely desperate and can afford to get SCAMMED!!
