Great service ! Clean and person working was hospitable . She was very friendly and helpful.

Very hot day and decided to have a treat. Unfortunately, the second we walked in to this place the music is being blasted so loud we cannot hear each other. No one was behind the counter for greeting. We got our cups and at least 4 of the flavors I went to first were out. We managed to find others we liked, filled our cups and then waited and waited until I finally had to call out loudly over the stupid music for someone to ring us up. This girl came out and was very pleasant. Maybe she was in the back trying to replace yogurts that were out. If this was the case, then maybe you should have at least 2 employees there at a time. PS. After writing my review, I read some of the others. Seems the manager apologizes a lot but some things never change. read more

Yogurtland on University in San Bernardino is ok. The employees are friendly and helpful. The yogurt is yummy and has a decent variety of flavors. The inside could definitely use a wipe down more often. Especially the toppings area it was a hot mess. This location is not as well maintained as other locations. read more

I don't often eat frozen yogurt but I drove by and it sounded good. I had the spicy watermelon mango. I enjoyed it. I don't know how much yogurt normally cost but this was only $.73/ounce, which seems fair to me. I noticed that on Wednesdays they have something called no weigh wrd. You get all you can eat for $9.00. I couldn't eat enough to make it worthwhile but it might work for you. They had a wide selection of flavors to choose from. And the service was good and the place was very clean. read more

This location stated they close at 10:000pm. Arrived to this location at 9:00pm and they had already cleaned, put chairs up and tables to the side. They also stop giving sample cups at 3:00pm. Payed for the 2 yogurts and declined a 20% tip. The worker said nothing and didn't provide spoons even though spoons and a lid is the only two things they actually provide...and they did have in stock. I just left. read more

Yogurtland: Where the Froyo's Cold but the Service is fire!! Not gonna lie, I came for the froyo... but I stayed because someone behind the counter had the kind of smile that could melt cookies 'n cream. First off yes, the froyo is phenomenal. Creamy, rich, flavors that hit harder than nostalgia. The toppings? Endless. Fresh fruit, cookie dough, crushed Oreos, and everything in between. 12/10!! The yogurt was fresh, the toppings were stacked, and the vibes? Immaculate. Everything was spotless, the machines worked like a dream, unlike McDonald's when I want ice cream. But the real cherry on top (pun intended)? The amazing girl working the counter. The kind of beautiful that makes you forget what flavor you came in for. Her smile? Dangerous. Her energy? Warm enough to make the frozen yogurt melt. If you're looking for the perfect blend of delicious frozen yogurt and unforgettable customer service, this is it. Honestly, I don't know what was smoother, the froyo or the way she said "have a nice day" and had me questioning my whole future. I think her name was Bre? Yogurtland, if you're reading this, you don't just have a great employee. You've got a gem behind that counter. Protect her at all costs. She should have her own flavor!!! I came in craving dessert. I left with a cup full of froyo and a head full of what-ifs I will definitely be back for some of the best tasting frozen yogurt I've ever had and of course to see that smile!! read more

Came came in on a Wed. Evidently WWednesday is "no weigh Wednesday " . It was super busy and full of people with children. Extremely noisy and chaotic. The music blasting was distasteful and overly loud. The fruit topping were almost rotten. The employees are friendly and patient. read more

Yogurtland - Tri-combo. Citrus, plain &mango - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - San Bernardino, California

This picture was taken 2 hours before closing. Employee said they "ran out" while mopping behind the machines, but this is an often occurrence and usually happens about 2 hours before closing. It's unfortunate and quite annoying because it limits the customer's selections especially with kids. read more

I came in at 9pm and almost all of the cold toppings were taken away and almost all of the yogurt machines were turned the other way. The staff here is always very nice but seeing how dirty it was made the other guest and I very uncomfortable. I definitely would've spent a lot more than $5 if there were more cold toppings available. read more

Friendly staff, Stephanie Y was helpful and provided great service. Will be returning soon.

If there is a sign that says will be back in 15 don't wait, I waited almost 30 minutes for then to be out of most flavors really disappointed happens more often that they are out of flavors read more

Me gusta. Pero, últimamente las veces que he ido, hay muy pocas opciones de frozen yogurt. Siempre tienen la que me gusta a mí, pero la que le gusta an mis hermanos, a veces tienen y aveces no. Tienen las máquinas cerradas read more

This place is ALWAYS dirty. Trash and toppings all over the tables and floor. The toppings station is always dirty and sticky. For some reason they are always cleaning 3 machines and at least one doesn't disperse. read more

Absolutely love this place. The staff is what really gives it 5 stars. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you. They keep the place nice and clean. It is my favorite froyo shop. A crazy lady came in and was being a "Karen" today over a sample cup. The girl behind the counter was patient and just let the crazy lady vent. Lots of flavors on the Froyo and they change them regularly. I come every week. read more

zero stars for the rude cashier!! terrible customer service and there was a fly flying around the toppings also walked in with a strong smell of chemical cleaning products in the building, not a good mix read more

I wanna give props to these girls for still being able to give out amazing customer service even after dealing with a Karen!! Had went to get yogurt today and I was greeted by 3 workers while they were dealing with a Karen. They kept it professional while talking to this Karen. I really like how they have a variety of different kinds of yogurt and toppings Overall, had an amazing experience and customer service at this yogurtland. I will definitely come back. read more

So cold, delicious, and creamy. Tastes delicious on a hot day, or whenever I just want a treat that's not too sweet. A large variety of toppings available. A little bit on the pricey side, but it's worth the trip. read more

I used to come here all the time but I'm done with this location. I don't know what they're doing, but the yogurt is no longer smooth and creamy. It's icy and doesn't have as much flavor. It's just not good any more. I went to another location a week after my last visit, got the same flavors to compare, and I could definitely tell a difference. Also, last time I came, 2 of the machines were down. read more

This place is a healthier choice when it come to sweet cravings. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly.

I came here on a Wednesday and asked for a sample cup because like lots of people I may not know what flavor that I want , when I went up to the person working their they told me they could not give me one as they had a promotion where you fill your cup up to the top for 7 bucks and they were not allowed to give away sample cups , I proceeded to ask "how do I know what flavor that I want and if I don't like it do I get a refund" and she just responded with no you do not get a refund and I cannot give you a sample cup , so not only will I not know what flavor I want but if I picked one I didn't like I was not allowed a refund , this place needs to run their business better and afterwards when I checked out the cashier gave me attitude , not happy at all with this experience , I'll Take my business to an icecream shop that lets me sample a flavor before I buy since every other place does that except yogurt land apparently , they aren't going to loose money by letting people use a small sample cup for sampling a flavor read more

Today my experience was great! Julissa was very helpful. When I first arrived, she greeted me and asked if I had any questions. I asked her what her what flavor she would recommend and she said to try the temporary Knott's Berry Farm Boysenberry Pie. I sampled it and fell in love! In addition, I purchased Cheesecake Bites for $2.50. I will be returning very soon, before the flavor is gone! read more

Walked into the store, 1 employee on the phone sitting at the register while all the counters, tables and floor looked a wreck.. This Yogurtland is trash and so are the employees. I tried placing my order for the S'mores promo at 8:30pm and the app said they couldn't fulfill my order because the store was either closed or could not be prepared prior to close. Which makes no sense, the store closes at 9:30pm. Why couldn't the employee just comp the BOGO promo. Can't wait for robots to take over these idiot sandwiches jobs. #ElonMuskSaveUs read more

These guys are watering down the ice cream. I've been here before and to other yogurtlands and the vanilla was super watery and did not taste as it usually does not to mention three machines needed service. Pretty disappointed will not be back read more

Super dirty, counters are disgusting, toppings are all mixed. Employees don't care and just stare at you while you're making your yogurt. We came at 8pm and they already had all the seats and tables put away. Had to eat standing up by our car. Also most of the flavors were like 1/2 melted ‍ read more

This Yogurtland is located in the northern part of San Bernardino, relatively close to the 210 freeway. It's not a big location, but it's big enough to have a nice selection of seats. When I went, it was nice and clean. The lady who worked there had good customer service. My kids really liked the frozen yogurt there. They liked being able to try different samples before selecting flavors to commit to. This was a nice, simple, and affordable treat for my kids and me. read more

Ordered through Grubhub and with other places, if they didn't have something, they'd just cancel our order. An employee from Yogurtland contacted me to let me know they did not have tart and asked if they could replace it with a different flavor. They even happily read me all of the flavors they had. Thank you so much. I know it doesn't seem like much, but when you have a 2 year old excited for "ice cream" it was nice that it wasn't just canceled on us. Thank you friendly Yogurtland employee. Came in at around 7pm, it seem to be closed. The lights were dimmed and there was no employee visible. As I walked up there was a sign up saying there was no plain tart available . This place is next to poke place in University. Just be careful with parking because they have reckless drivers. This is the only yogurt place in this area. Every single time I go, the first thing I always do is get napkins and wipe down the tables because it never fails that either you sit on melted yogurt or you leave and you end up finding out that there's yogurt stains all over your shirt. It's very frustrating when you're trying to pick out toppings and there's a whole bunch of toppings mixed!!! And it never fails that you step on something, or almost slipped from melted yogurt on the floor. They definitely drop the ball. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more
