Girl! If you're trying to keep your hair luscious you have to get your hair products at this place. The ladies are super knowledgeable and they do their best to keep items in stock. If you ever wonder about items you can place orders online and do a side pick up or even call ahead of time to make sure. Literally my go to spot for all my hair products !! read more

I went in today hoping someone would be able to guide me towards what I needed to go for the "cherry cola" look on my hair. 3 ladies were working and they made it a collaborative effort to help me find what I needed!! Thank you so much for your help, you were all very kind read more

All the jewelery I bought this week has broken since I bought it and it was overpriced for it to just be such cheap quality I'm very upset I hope no one else makes the mistake of buying their jewelery read more

Amazing customer service. I wish I got the names of the girls who helped me but they're all so sweet and knowledgeable.

I had the greatest experience ever at the Sally Beauty store in Redlands CA.! I owe it all to Yajahira Ruiz! Once I arrived, I saw thousands of items! Although, none were what I had been looking for! I finally decided to go to the checkout stand. That's where Yajahira! She showed me where the items were in seconds! She suggested other items that would benefit me! She even gave me a deal! Yajahira exceeds all the expectations of an ideal employee! She is very friendly, helpful, informative, fast and efficient! She deserves to be rewarded for her talents! I firmly believe that she should be given a promotion and/or a hefty raise! Thank you very much Yajahira! You have made me the luckiest man alive! -Elías Pulido, Jr. read more

Rude customer service. Couldn't even get help. Came to ask a simple question. Phone lines were busy &website stated they were doing curbside pickup. 3-4 employees were in the store working without proper protective precaution either (masks). The sales associate (a young brunette) YELLED at me stating the store is only for crubside pick up then proceeded to point at a sign til I left. Felt personally attacked. Wouldn't recommend going to this location. read more

Sally Beauty - Store front during covid19 pandemic - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Redlands, California

First of all, I've always loved Sally Beauty due to my obsession with dying my hair every color of the rainbow. They carry cruelty free options for me and lots of color options! Second, I want to give a shout out to the employee, Heavenly, for helping me out. Heavenly has a unique style as well and was able to help me choose a cool new hair color as well as being super nice! Would shop again. read more

Went there yesterday to buy toner for my hair....the clerk assisted me and picked out the products for me and was really focused on selling me all sorts of products....went to tone my hair today and instead of toner she gave me hair color! She had NO idea what she was doing and had no business acting like it! I live over an hour away in a small rural area! NEVER AGAIN read more

Sally Beauty - Got my 3 cute Girly bags at great deal Today! Happy me :) - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Redlands, California

9/30/20 It says they open at 0930 on their store window, arrived at 0940, but door was locked. Girl behind the counter glanced over at me then just kept counting the money in the cashier box. I waited for a few moments outside hoping she would acknowledge me, but nothing. They must not need our business. read more

Unbelievable! So, I was in the store and I was the only customer in the whole store. A worker came from the back with items to put away on the isle in the front of the store. I was going to buy several items but changed my mind after the worker asked me to move so she could come down that isle. I mean she was going to the front of the store and could have just gone around the isle I was on. Seriously...you need customer service training big time !!! I'm going to go to another beauty supply from now on. Ridiculous! read more

Pretty small, crowded, and kind of messy looking but they carry what I need. However, browsing can be a pain, especially if there's a lot of people in there. Small aisles with lots of products can be a bit of a sensory overload. I had to come back just because of this facial sponge they have... No other one would do. The things I do to keep my face nice and smooth.... *sigh* read more

I went into the Redlands store the other day to get some dry shampoo. The lady there was so rude. Trust me I will never go into this particular Sally's again. I will stick to my hometown Yucaipa Sally's. At least they are nice and helpful in Yucaipa. I don't think unfriendly people should be in customer service. I'm just sayin'. I urge you NOT to go to the Sally's in Redlands, CA on Redlands Blvd. (Review by my wife Roxanne) read more

The store had everything on my check list. Not well organized and messy, but I found my products

I ordered over the phone and some lady was so rude over the phone.. When I went to go pick up the product she was continuing to give me an attitude.. If you don't like working customer service then you're in the wrong field little girl... and to top this off I asked for her name and to find out her name was mas or Macy (the assistant manger), so sad I really hope you're not training your employees to be rude like you... so disappointed and won't ever be coming back, rather go to the one on Colton now read more

I was there the other day They open Monday and Tuesday at 9:30 and Wednesday-sat at 10 there hours change but every time I go they always have great customer services all the times are on there door and it's online. I went in to buy a 2" clipper blade attachment for my hair clippers. I use this to create the sides and back of my daughter's super cute pixie style cut. On Sunday June 1, 2014 I went in during the morning and after discussing what I wanted with the lady behind the counter, I walked out with the attachment. She was concerned that it may not fit my clippers and told me that I could bring it back and exchange it as long as I kept the packaging and the receipt. Great! I thought that was awesome. I got home and tried the attachment and sure enough it fit! Threw away the receipt and the packaging. And while the attachment looked "off", it was a different brand than my model so I didn't think anything of it. First swipe on my daughter's head and it looks like a buzz cut. I check and right there on the attachment is a large number 2.....right next to the number 1/4" and on the other side 6mm. I had to use 1/4" on my DAUGHTER'S head. I cannot explain how furious I am right now. I could take it back and demand a refund, but that doesn't grow my little girl's hair back. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!! Hair is a serious business. That mistake just messed up my little girl's life for the next few weeks because she looks like she is going to boot camp. What if this moron sold someone a developer that was too strong or a wrong waxing kit or something? Not only will I NEVER step foot into this store again....I will never step foot into ANY Sally's again. read more

This store staff has always been helpful amd courteous. Today the gals were a bit too busy talking with each other but were quick to serve when needed. Great place for Moroccan tree oil products and they have a great gallon hair conditioner for a reasonable price. You can also grab a membership card for about 5 bucks which gives you discounts over the next year (and they give you a $5 credit receipt to use on the next visit when you buy one). Part of a chain, I find that of the few I've been to in the area, this remains one of my favorites. It is crammed full of merchandise but I've never had anything but friendly service and clear aisles on my visits. read more

Just wanted to say thank you to Denise, she recommended a product that I fell in love with. I came back to buy the set.

Sally's usually has what I need, which is great! However, I asked the clerk a question about ratio of developer to bleach powder and took her advice - she was hella wrong. Just read the instructions for everything - much safer. read more

I don't usually write reviews but had because I just had a great experience due to an employee named Heavenly...she had a such bright & kind attitude that just made my experience at Sally's so much more comfortable & enjoyable! read more

Heavenly is such an excellent worker at Sally Beauty... she was so helpful and professional! Thank you so much!!

I went in there to buy some hair and nail polish and the store staff was so rude. I will never come to this particular location again, I'd rather drive ten extra minutes to the other nearest Sally's instead. read more

Denise was SO helpful and very sweet! Will for sure be coming back soon especially with such great customer service

I always find what I need here, the girls are great always friendly to me. They greet me and ask if I need help with anything. I've gotten great deals on nail polish here! I love it! It's decent looking as far as I'm concerned they're always stocked on the products I come in here for. Which is mostly nail products, hair products and tools. I'm giving it 5 stars because I like the girls that work there and because they're always stocked. It's never too busy when I stop by so my visit can be quick if I need it to be. Store looks clean and organized. Prices are clear and visible, there is always something good in their clearance items. read more

This place is ridiculous. I love Sally's in general, but Im never going back at this one. The lady there was rude and incompetent . Much better one and nicer staff is the one in SB on Highland and Sterling. Do not recommend this one in Redlands read more

just wanted to give a huge thank you to HEAVENLY. when i came in the store she immediately greeted me and helped me with all my questions regarding hair products. she even gave me some makeup tips and made it a really personal experience for me since i had LOVED her look. such a lovely employee and so so helpful & sweet! i would definitely come by this location again and ask for her if i needed anything. read more

Slow service. Great selection usually but was quite a process to just pay for products and finally head out to my next location.

the older lady here is a total grouch. I was my nice, usual self but she would not budge with a smile or any kind of friendly or even just plain courteous gesture. for that i give it a one. honestly, im not asking for the heavens to part or anything, a nice greeting would suffice. but anyways as for the store, very unorganized and tiny. read more

We did not get welcomed. There was three girls working during our visit and they were just gathered up in the front. They were not friendly. Took us 15mins to checkout because the lady did not know what she was doing chargeing us more than what She said the item was.It was just a mess definitely not going to that location again. read more

Never have I experienced such unprofessionalism! I went in today to purchase hair dye. I've never dyed my own hair, I've always gone to a salon. Well I decided I should try it on my "in between" salon trips help cover the never ending grays that appear. Well to make a long story short- the young female basically laughed in my face when I began to ask questions about dying my hair. Not once, but a few times laughed in my face when I asked questions. I was shocked and didn't know how to react. I looked at her and said, " you know I've never done this, right?". How in the heck would anybody give that girl a job with such an awful display of unprofessionalism. She should be washing dishes in the back of a restaurant versus working with the public. Absolutely NO customer service skills. I walked out and as I left, I told the Assistant Manager who was ringing a customer, " your employees should NOT laugh at your customers". You just lost my business Sally's in Redlands. Train your employees in service skills and if they cannot be trained, let them work and represent another company because she just made you look very very bad. read more
