I got a haircut off of a whim on a Saturday so I wasn't being very picky. My stylist was very sweet and she colored and cut my hair. The color came out beautiful and I really like my layered cut. I wasn't so thrilled about my side bangs but she quickly let me know I can get anything touched up for the next 7 days. i appreciated that she didn't take it personal and was there to help. I went to Super Cut on Saturday 4/4/26, not the first time. The girl that cut my hair wasn't very friendly but she cut my hair like a bowl cut. Didn't realize how bad it looked until it dryed. I came in on 6/12/2025 for a regular taper fade, but since I'm growing my hair out, I didn't want anything too short -- and I wasn't quite sure how to explain exactly what I had in mind. I checked in at Supercuts and was soon seated by a gentleman named Miguel. I told him I wanted a taper fade, and right away, he said, "It looks like you're trying to grow it out," then began asking me thoughtful questions about the style I was aiming for -- even before picking up his scissors. I really appreciated that. He took the time to understand what I wanted, and throughout the cut, he continued to check in with me about my preferences. It honestly felt like he knew exactly what I was going for without me needing to say much. In the end, he delivered a cut that matched perfectly with the image I had in my head. Our family has been coming here for decades, but I think I will find another salon now. I brought in my young son for a haircut. The stylist, whose name I did not get, was not particularly helpful. She was using the buzzer around his ears, and he said that it hurt, and she responded by saying no it doesn't. Again, the same thing happened when she did the other ear. She didn't smile once. She didn't even try to have a conversation with him. She spent a total of 10 minutes on his hair (there was no one else in the waiting area), and it did not look like the picture I showed her. From the time we walked in to the moment we left, I got a vibe from her that was borderline hostile and that she couldn't wait to get rid of us. This just left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. There are plenty of other salons around, it won't be hard to find another one that is more customer service oriented. So disappointing. read more

I dont wanna be rude. The ladies are incredibly sweet and nice. One of them got into a car accident and was stressing about her car and so i totally feel for that. But my hair cut was less than okay. I really hate it and i feel like i really could of done a chop to my hair to myself. It was uneven and i even had them fix it but unfortunately i came home and its even worse than i thought super uneven. Love love the girls in there the customer service was impeccable. I have gone here many times but I got a younger lady with blonde/silver hair. She didn't try to talk to me at all to see what I'd like or anything I told her I wanted a hair cut and nothing and she didn't ask if I wanted a wash cause I know my hair works better if it's wet my hair is curlyish and thick so she just went ahead and tried to untangle it with the smallest amount of water from her spray. And omg she was pulling on my hair sooo hard and I kept saying ow ! And she wouldnt acknowledge that I was hurting! I guess I made a face bad enough to say "oh you're tender headed" and I said yeah!! And still didn't say anything about being rough with my hair !! Wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in and they didn't have any customers. It was an hour prior to them closing & I came in to donate my hair. They didn't have a ruler or measuring tape for proper measurements & they didn't have any rubber bands to divide the hair into sections. The stylist was rude and seemed in a hurry. We were not greeted properly just what are U here for. So I got two kids haircuts. We had to wait for a few but not to long for my girls to get a seat. My girls got two different stylist. Both stylist weren't the friendliest at first. Finally when they were both almost done they engaged in a little conversation. Now my thoughts on the cuts they are both ok and my girls like it. I went to Supercuts this afternoon, Shelby assisted me. I let her know that I was interested in a cut as well as a shampoo. She gave me a price of $38 total for the service . Mind you, my hair is very long, and she seen the length of my hair BEFORE she even started So after she shampooed my hair maybe five minutes into combing out my hair, she says she had to charge me extra because it's taking HER longer to de tangle my hair. The hair, she tangled up when washing it! She was rough when combing my hair,rude when I declined to pay extra, when she had already given me a set price. She said she had to bump up the price because my hair was too long. But she knew how long my hair was when she gave me the price of $38. I would not recommend Supercuts in San Bernardino on hospitality to anyone! I left there with my hair wet tangled, and very disappointed. Not to mention, I called them before I even got there to let them know I had a broken arm, and I desperately needed a shampoo. I $10 for the shampoo, and left. Very unsatisfied, upset, and with a headache from her pulling my hair. I called shortly after I left to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor took Shelby's side, and said my hair was really long and they had to charge extra! nowhere at this location did it say they charge by the length. And I get it length does matter. But Shelby seen the length of my hair before she got started and gave me a set price and decided she wanted to charge me more money, because she was taking too long on my hair. I only gave 1 stars to this place because it wouldn't let me post without one. But it deserved ZERO stars! I'll never go back. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I visited with my mom, and they were fairly busy. There were three ladies cutting hair. The employee who cut my hair was quick and professional! I had a couple of questions such as if it would be practical to cut my hair in layers and how long it would take to dye my hair a certain color and my questions were answered truthfully and informatively. The employee who cut my mom's hair was an angel sent from Heaven. She was insanely patient and kind with my mom, which is something that's always appreciated. I have been coming to this Supercuts for years. I moved out of town and I still only get my haircut here. Heather is the absolute best! I don't trust anyone else with my hair or my family's hair. She's so good at what she does, and I'm picky, like beyond picky, and she knows exactly how to cut my hair the way I like it. She's always so nice, sweet and funny!! She is always booked and has multiple appointments while I'm there but she still manages all of them with precision and positivity. And this location has some rude customers, who are always upset when the salon is busy no matter how fast everyone is working. I don't know how all the staff even puts up with the BS that comes out of some of the customers' mouths! You have to have amazing patience and customer service to work here.
