I'm writing this review on behalf of a family member who had a very upsetting experience with Linda during check-in. Linda was rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of customer service. The individual I'm writing for arrived to check in and Linda did not properly check them in or offer assistance, even though help was clearly needed. What makes this even more concerning is that the way Linda treated them felt discriminatory. I cannot say with certainty what the reason was, but it raised concerns that the poor treatment may have been related to the person's disability and/or age. No customer should ever feel ignored, disrespected, or treated differently--especially in a setting where people expect professionalism and basic human decency. Checking someone in is a basic responsibility, and staff should be patient, respectful, and welcoming. Instead, this interaction left the person I'm writing for feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. I truly hope management addresses this issue, provides additional training, and ensures that all customers--especially older adults and individuals with disabilities--are treated fairly and respectfully. This should not happen to anyone. read more

I was a walk-in on Sunday and I got served pretty fast. Where else can you get a great cut on Sunday! I'll be going back to Morgan. She was fast and gave me exactly what I wanted. She understood intuitively exactly what I was saying. It helps to take a picture and bring it in, of the style you're interested in that is doable with your scalp and hair. I can tell she's a super pro. I'll be back to to her. read more

Another awesome experience at Great Clips. I tend to wait too long between cuts. However I came out looking normal! Morgan is great.

I've had my haircut with Joann 3 times now and she's got it right EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. There was a day where she wasn't there and someone else cut my hair and it was stilllllll FIRE . I would be going here as long as I am living here. They always know what I'm thinking. read more

Above average ladies. Jasmine and Alicia went above and beyond to get me my Coupon discount when corporate staff couldn't get answers. This level of good service is unfortunately rare today but these ladies turned back the clock by a few decades. Alicia did a great job with the cut and was so polite as well. I started to check the waiting time on line for the Great Clips near me at it was 90 mins then the next location and it was 85 mins then the 3 rd and it was 45 mins then the 4th and it was 39 mins so I checked in and off we went! It took us 40 mins to get there! When we entered they said we were second on the list so now we wait longer! The list shows 14 names with only 4 present! Now they called us after a 4 min wait not bad! Let's see how the cut is at this location! Well it was good! The girl was very nice! read more

This Great Clips location is fantastic! I've never had a bad haircut here. My husband and I have been coming here since it opened. It's just easier for me to drop in when I have time than to schedule something and then forget the appointment or have to reschedule it. The check-in on the app before you go in is quick and easy. The wait usually isn't longer than an hour. I love how they know how my hair was cut the visit before. So even if I get a different stylist every time the cut is pretty spot on each time with some basic changes depending on how long it was since my last cut. My favorite stylist is Joann she cut my hair yesterday and she is amazing with cutting my hair dry! For some reason I like how my hair is after a dry cut better. Until next time! I've been getting haircuts at this location regularly for several years. The staff are consistently courteous and friendly, and service is generally quick. Prices are quite reasonable, esp compared to the average salon. Checking in on the App is a must unless you want to risk a longer wait time. I appreciate the efforts to stay open and offer whatever necessary accommodations during the pandemic. Took my boyfriend to great clips to get a mullet on Monday. A change if hair style for him. When he asked the lady-think her name was ruby or Roxie(second chair on the right side of the salon) , she totally agreed. Then halfway through she has to ask her coworker (Wendy) HOW DO I DO A MULLET?! Really?! Half way through the cut, claiming you know how to do what he asked. You have no clue? Didn't even fade it out. Cut it shorter than he asked. Took about a hour and a half. Still doesn't look close to good. Now he has to make a whole other appt. With a real barber. A few months ago I came here to get a haircut for my sister's wedding along with my 70 year old father. He was dissatisfied, but that's another story/review. I explained to the lady that I have what is called a "widow's peak" hairline. Not only did she not make adjustments or even attempt to investigate my scalp, but she was certain with her approach. She cut too short on one side and only when I received the wedding photos was I made aware of an entire patch of hair missing. A WHOLE PATCH OF HAIR. Disregarding my hairline, it was improperly sized, and I had a gash in my head. She even commented right after the cut almost acknowledging her mistake, saying the "bald spot" can be combed over. I in no manner have hair that is diminishing, I've had this hairline since I was a kid. Avoid this location at every turn. Edit: I regret tipping. read more

Never coming back here, I'M MORTIFIED. I'm embarrassed to be seen in public now and I spent the day crying after this horrible haircut given to me by Assistant stylist named ANDREA. Don't let her cut your hair !! Especially if you want a pixie/ shorter hairstyle because SHE WILL MESS YOU UP AND NOT TELL YOU!! She shaved a line in the back of my head AND DIDNT TELL ME!!???? And then I was supposed to get a Fade style and it's nothing like a fade ! All patchy and choppy. Very messy. I respect people who take accountability for their mistakes and then accommodate a customer for the mistake, but Andrea was unprofessional and irresponsible and INSENSITIVE. Once I calmed down at home I came back in the evening for a refund and all they offered me was a FREE HAIRCUT. You think I wanna come back to you guys after this?! Let me just say Linda is so amazing. I went in last minute on Valentine's Day to get my hair curled for a date. I have very thin and straight boring hair and was never taught how to do my own so I told her that and told her how I wanted it curled. She tried two different curlers and then a flat iron until I was happy. The flat iron curled my hair the best and I looked so cute. I'm self conscious and she made me feel so beautiful. She listened to what I wanted, took time on my hair, and even checked in with me throughout the cut to confirm that I was happy with the length & style. I was hesitant to go here because of the bad experiences I had with other locations in the area. This one (by the Stater Brothers off Barton Rd) they have friendly service and I've gone a couple times now and had really clean cut and just what I asked for. I would like to continue going here on a regular basis. You have to sign in on the app and sometimes it says over a hour wait but usually that app is waaaay off. Went here late february/ early march for a haircut for my sibling's wedding. I typically have a widow's peak hairline, so I showed them that, they had time to feel my scalp, but SOMEHOW I ended up with a bald spot in two places. The lady said, "oh you can always comb it over..." Dude, I'm in my 20's. There is no excuse for that type of cut especially if you are certified. I regret tipping, because then I saw it was cut short on both sides, and then the back had a patch I didn't even notice until someone from the ceremony pointed out. Came in to get a hair cut for my three children. Two teenage girls and one ten year old boy. Customer service is great, staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I came in on a Saturday for an overdue haircut and upon entering I was greeted so warmly and was able to check in right away. My hairstylist Robin was so friendly and kept checking with me during the cut to ensure it was up to my standard. She took her time and offered suggestions to me that honestly improved the look of my hairstyle. I highly recommend coming to this location great staff excellent customer service 10/10!
