The location was easy for me to find because I know the area well, but if you're unfamiliar I put up photos of the door and its relation to a business that's easy to spot from the street. It's the door just to the left of Jersey's Pizza. The stairs lead you up to the hallway where you'll wait. She opens the door right at the time of your service. I liked the energy in the waiting area. The hallway is filled with business doors where women are getting their hair or nails done. There are also some aestheticians who have doors in the hallway. I liked the chatter from all the ladies taking care of themselves. It is a very joyful and beautiful space. Once I was in the room, I was greeted and instructed to remove my top clothing and sit in the chair with my towel robe. Bitali did a visual assessment with a scalp camera and explained what we were looking at throughout. After that I laid out and she went to work. It was so relaxing! I savored every minute of peace I had laying there. After the final rinse out, I got back in the chair to do a reassessment of my scalp. I got dressed and left with my hair wet. Once it dried out, my hair was the softest it's ever been. The whole experience was well worth it. I feel great and will be back regularly!

I would argue this was better than a therapy session. If you're dealing with a lot of stress, just had a baby or just need a good scalp reset, Bitali is your girl! I was totally speechless when she asked how it was for me because I was insanely relaxed after she was done. I hope I get to do this again soon!

This salon gave me back my groove!! Sarah was so patient and kind. I am not the easiest client. I mean I'm the one who will be having to rock this look I should be proud to own it. And needless to say my high maintenance booty is so pleased!!! From the minute you walk in you're welcomed with open arms. Sarah was just my cup of tea. I had explained previously , but she wanted clarification as text can be misleading. I was so happy she cleared up what I was trying so hard to get across. As being a busy individual they were more then willing to work with my crazy schedule that was the icing on the cake. I am high maintenance, almost never available and very very picky. They met all my needs. Sarah knew exactly what I wanted and helped me with picking colors. Explained what would look good, different and out of this world. I'm always one for options! Plus the way she handled me head was epic. Always so nice and polite. This experience was just so beyond awesome. I am so excited that Sarah will now be my hair go to for the next ever!!! I just had my first appointment at Salon Bello Cristo and Rudy specifically and could not be happier!! I went in with a vague idea and description of what I wanted done, and was very pleased when the end look actually exceeded my expectations! So many times I have left a salon thinking were the stylist and I even looking at the same pictures, were we both speaking the same language?? Not here! I was even able to observe other artists at work with their clients and loved watching all the beautiful and amazing cuts and styles being created all around me! Angela is the best! She has been patient with me for years while I have decided what to do with my hair. I am a 25 year HENNA user and the root color has started to lighten and gray. Henna does not cover it anymore and it can be frustrating. Angela took a lot of time to discuss what could happen working over Henna and did stand tests to make sure. She was very thorough and we decided to go for it with a semi permanent gloss on the roots to match the hair while it grows out. She matched the color perfects and the coverage is great. Visited Bello Cristo salon for a hair cut, it was great, it looks and smells good, the place was humming in a pleasant way, and it was clean. Nina gave me a great hair cut, it went from long to short and I love it. It just falls into place I can blow dry it or just let it air dry it looks fabulous. I also liked how she showed me different ways of styling it all in all a super experience sure will be back to have my hair styled by Nina again.!! read more

This place is the best!! The salon is so pretty and everyone there's is incredibly talented and nice. I get my extensions done by Loana and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is so knowledgeable and does an AWESOME job every time. She makes sure the color, texture and everything is spot on, so even when you don't style it its beautiful. I used to get my hair cut at a different salon in Redlands and last time it was cut she left the right side at least 2 inches shorter than the left side and I was missing chunks of hair. Rudy worked his magic to get it as even as he could and add some layers that would help it until it grew back. He also helped to fix my incredibly screwed up bangs. I have truly enjoyed having my hair colored and cut and have also used the waxing service. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous and hospitable. My hairdresser, Christina Ramirez, is the best. Very knowledgeable and keeps up with the hair trends and excellent with hair color. She also does my waxing. I went into this salon with extremely matted hair from a Halloween hairstyle I did a week earlier. Everyone was really nice upon arrival. Nina was the stylist who helped me. She had another client at the same time as me but I did not feel rushed or overlooked. What I appreciated so much was I felt she was able to give me the experience I wanted. I like to sit quietly and get my hair done I don't so much like having a conversation and want to close my eyes and relax. I felt she totally understood my energy. I've been to plenty stylist who keep chatting away even when I barely respond and I feel I'm making it obvious I'm not interested in conversation. I did notice she had great conversation with her other client which made me appreciate that she really understood the experience I was looking for. My color came out great and I loved my cut. Color held up very well over the next couple months even with my regrowth the all over color still maintained. This is something that at other salons I notice changes as the weeks go by. After my appointment I was waiting in the lobby and she came back to check on me again to make sure I didn't need something to drink. She's very sweet. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Katie and again was very happy as a first time client at the salon. The salon has a separate shampoo area which I found to be very comfortable and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Cute decor too!
