No gate keeping here: Will is a color master! Not only is he able to meet my blonde coloring needs, he is able to add playfulness with bold colors in a subtle way that is chic/mature. The vibe is always welcoming, calming, & fun! Will & Heather both use only quality products that truly make such a difference; my hair has never been healthier despite regular coloring and frequent heat tool use! Highly, HIGHLY recommend using them for all of your hair needs. They are happy to tailor their services to your needs to give you the hair of your dreams. read more

Had a wonderful experience at Troux Studio! Sarita does such a great job on my hair. She is so sweet and gives great attention to detail.

I have been going to Heather at Troux for 2 years now and am consistently blown away at her expertise. When I started coming here, my hair was beyond damaged and just horrible. She has completely transformed my hair. It is so much healthier and looks beautiful. I get compliments on my hair frequently and it's all that's to her! Can't recommend enough! I never know what to do with it or ask for really and she always knows what needs to be done to ensure I walk out with gorgeous hair. She's helped me so much with covering my grays and how to have manageable blond to hide them. Now I can never see my grays that were once so obvious. She is the absolute best! Her husband Will is also an incredible stylist and whoever you can get in with, take it! read more

Where to start...I have been coming to Heather Lynn since 2017. At that time I lived in Norco, CA. When I moved back to Las Vegas, NV, I continued to come to Heather Lynn, driving out on the weekends. When I moved to Spokane, Washington, I continue to come to Heather Lynn. I just fly back now! Both Heather and Will are amazing. Just look at this color job from today. Highly, highly recommend!! read more

Heather is amazing! She has been doing my hair for at least 15 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the products they offer & she gets to know her clients so that the style/cut/color works for them & is perfect long after you leave the salon. (She has steered me away from certain cuts that would have been amazing, but she knows that I'm very minimal with styling & they wouldn't have worked for me. Thank you for saving me from myself! ) Williamblake is also a fantastic stylist, so you can't go wrong with either of them! read more

Will and Heather our Amazing! They are so fun and kind and I always leave happy with my hair!

I have found my hair stylist in Redlands! Heather is amazing. Whether you're more quiet like me or a talker, she will put you at ease. She will let you relax and be quiet if you want to, but will also engage with you if you want to talk. She took the time to ask about my hair and find out what I wanted. My hair looks beautiful, and it's so soft! I wish she could style my hair everyday. I was blown away by the salon itself. Their shampoo chairs are from Italy, and they are literally the most comfortable shampoo chairs I have ever sat in. I could have been there all day. And it's also a massage chair! Could it be any more pampering? Heather also gives you a great scalp and shoulder massage when you sit down before your shampoo. It was an amazing experience. I felt so relaxed. They also use Dyson hair dryers! They recognize high quality products, and give it to their clients. My life has improved so much with this salon, having just moved here! I hope that the other regular businesses I use can measure up to Troux Salon, because now I know what I am looking for in all aspects of daily life here. read more

My mom and I have our hair done at Troux at 1436 Industrial Park Ave. #23, in Redlands with Will Putnam. Will and Heather, his wife, have been doing hair for over 10 years and just opened their own salon in September 2018. When my mom comes to see him, he tells him to do whatever he thinks it would look good on her and she is always thrilled. I am so happy with his expertise, customer service, integrity, professionalism and passion. My curly hair feels healthier and I love my hair style. I really like the products as well. I highly recommend them. Make your appointment today. They are the best!!! read more

I love this Salon! Heather has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for over 8 years now. Every single time - I LOVE IT!!! . I have never felt more comfortable and trusting at a salon! Troux Studio is relaxing, and Drama free! I have been to so many salons where you can feel the cattiness between the hair stylist and hear the rumors. Troux Salon is classy and upscale but you will always feel right at home! Will and Heather "Trouxly" care!!! They take time and listen to their clients. Troux Studio - Hair Salons Near Me - Redlands, California

Six years ago I had to change my appointment with my usual stylist at Julian August and went to Will because he happened to have an opening. Little did I know how lucky I was. I actually felt terrible leaving my stylist, whom I liked a lot, but Will was just the perfect stylist for me. He listens to what I want at any one season, communicates clearly and honestly what will and won't work about the vision I have in my head, and patiently teaches me how to style it. He is among the best in his field, in cutting, color, and styling, and anymore I find that my need to explain new hair cut/style ideas to him is less and less because he knows me (and my hair) so well. Will loves people and his genuine interest in my life, my job, my four kids, has made hair appointments something I look forward to for more than just beautiful hair. We have become good friends over the years, and I'm so happy that he and Heather have opened their own place because now I get to spend time with Heather too, who I've seen is an amazing stylist in her own right. I feel good spending my money at Troux because I know both Will and Heather to be people of integrity, who sincerely want to give the best service for the best value. They are both warm and open and willing to give time and attention, even at times when it may have been inconvenient. They both have a wide variety of interests and a great sense of humor, and there have been times that I've spent my entire color time talking and laughing with them, so that I've almost forgotten that I was there for my hair! I have been more concerned about Troux's closure than any other business during this quarantine time, and I'm not just talking about my roots. Like Yelp's explanation of five stars, this salon is truly as good as it gets, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. For anyone shopping for a stylist, I recommend both Will and Heather for any hair, style, personality, or salon needs, because they are both so accommodating, people who try them out don't leave. P. S. Will's secret superpower is shampoo head massage. read more

I have been going to Heather and William for years!!! I would never leave them. Heather and William are more than your average hair stylists. The salon is both welcoming and inviting. Their level of professionalism excels any other by far! Heather worked closely with me to find exactly what I was looking for and wanted in my hair color. The atmosphere is relaxing and calm so you can enjoy the full pampering experience. From consulting with you, working closely with you, to the massage shampoo chair to the hand massage. What I really love is that it doesn't matter if you are with Heather or William, this husband - wife team work extremely well together to ensure that each of their clients are happy and completely satisfied!!! I always recommend everyone I know to them. After all, the compliments are always flowing with regards to my hair because of them!!! You are really missing out if you don't at least give them a try! Tell them Rose sent you! :) read more

Searching for a hairstylist is never easy. I was a long time client of Julian August, and been through two amazing stylists, who moved too far for me to follow. So when I booked my first appointment with Will, I wasn't sure how it would work out. That was more than 5 years ago. My hair has never looked and felt so good. I'd follow him anywhere...and I did! The new salon is spa like. Great hair and a massage chair? I always leave looking good and relaxed. read more
