This is the best salon I've ever stepped into for multiple reasons. My hair was butchered at another salon but Kristin completely transformed it and I left Salon Haven feeling like a new person. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, and basically a master at what she does. I felt so comfortable and knew I was in good hands the entire appointment. It felt like we had been friends for years, not meeting for the first time. The salon itself is so beautiful and clean, you can shop for products (even clothes and jewelry!) sit outside on the patio, have some coffee or wine while your color is processing. I'll never go to another stylist again, I wish I could give Kristin more than 5 stars, HIGHLY recommend!!

If you want the most fantastic blonde color, style, and salon experience, see Ashley! She is, without a doubt, the best colorist I've ever been to. Ashley did a phenomenal job listening to my hair concerns and goals and gave me incredible suggestions. I explained to her how I wanted to be more blonde, but without sacrificing the integrity of my hair. The style and color have kept up beautifully, and I have never gotten so many compliments. read more

Hi, I went to this salon bc of their reviews. I spoke to the owner Kryssie and she set the appointment with Janessa. My hair was not the best however Janessa appointment last it from 9:00 am to 3:15 pm and my hair is below the neck line. My hair got damage and I been trying to get an appointment with the owner and have not been successful I left her several messages and she is busy. I spend $250.00 on the hair and $65.00 and nourishing products that I needed after I had bleach in my hair for for over 51/2 hours and me letting know Janessa I had the bleach in my hair for a while her respond was I use a 20 the lowest ‍. 61/2 hour later and $315.00 spend and my hair is not how I wanted. Please if you use them be sure the stylist listens to you. read more

I have known Kristin for years and she's the only person I let touch my hair. She's not only an experienced hair stylist but extremely patient and make time to discuss styles and concerns so you leave the salon fully satisfied. I came into the salon to try a new stylist in my neighborhood. Upon entering the salon, i immediately noticed how clean, modern , and cozy it felt. I love the overall welcoming atmosphere . I would say that my hair it difficult to style as I am very particular. I was lucky to have had Kristen do my hair. She was very professional, master of her craft, and very patient with me. I can tell right off the bat that she is very experienced and skilled as a hair stylist. I'll share in this review that I had major surgery and was in a hospital bed 24/7 for a while. I had 5 inches of virgin regrowth on the top, I had silvery white regrowth on the top of my head and the back was dark. I was so distressed by lying on my hair that I asked the nurse to just cut my ponytail off. Marisa knew exactly what to do. She not only blended the top color with the back, but she did keratin K tips on the sides because nurses are not hairdressers and there were a lot of holes in my haircut. Although I was seated on time, my friend was made to wait over an hour despite having the same appointment. During my service, I showed the technician a reference photo and was assured it could be done. However, the final result did not match what I requested. The French tips were uneven and did not extend properly to the edges, giving them a sloppy appearance. A design was also added to one nail that I did not ask for and did not resemble the reference. When I politely asked about fixing the issues, I was met with a negative attitude. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next day to have them corrected, but again experienced a long wait of over 30 minutes past my appointment time. While some minor improvements were made, the overall result was still not worth the price I paid. As someone who rarely gets their nails done and was looking forward to this for my birthday weekend, I left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work.
