In my 6 decades I've been to the most upscale salons from Beverly Hills to Barcelona and this gal was as good as any of them. She is an expert stylist with a great eye. She repaired my color and cut my curly and out of control locks EXACTLY how I wanted them done. My friend and I went to see her and we were both Nervous Nellies. After much discussion and feeling very confident with her and her understanding of what we were conveying, she did her magic. She'll definitely give you want and more. It was a decent haircut but I felt like I wasn't listened to fully. My stylist was very nice but I felt rushed. She seemed more interested in having the another stylist cut her hair. I had asked for bangs, layers and face framing and realized more than half way through she wasn't taking that into consideration. I had to ask again and was met with some resistance about what I wanted and only got half of what I asked for. My stylist for the most part was nice but I won't be going back. read more

Zoraya is absolutely amazing! I booked her for my bridal party and myself for my wedding. Even with being so ill, she pushed through and made us all look so beautiful. So many others would have canceled or quit, but she accepted us and finished without hesitation. Not to mention she cuts my hair and does a great job with that as well. I first went to June last year and had an amazing haircut with Zoraya. Loved the plants, and natural light, friendliness and openess of the salon. My hair was damaged so cut it super short. Being a health care worker, and also wanting to grow my hair out healthier, I waited several months for a follow up haircut. Sadly, was never able to book it. Very frustrating experience. Called the Salon for appointment, and said they gave message to Zoraya. A Week went by and didn't hear back, so I wasn't sure they gave her my message, so I texted her. She said she had been busy and had availability for a haircut and was going to call me that day. Nothing. Another week went by. Never did hear back from her. Zero followup. Never got back to me. Never scheduled me. I've never had this experience getting an appointment for a haircut EVER. Usually call the salon and get booked, or text the stylist and get booked. Easy peasy. Never had to follow up with multiple calls and texts like this. I'm a busy person and don't have the time to chase you and beg for a haircut. If you are too busy to take care of me, which is the message she sent, then I will take my business elsewhere. Very poor customer service. I won't be back. Don't think they want me back since no one ever followed up with me. Maybe if I was booking color and cut or more expensive services, someone would've had time to get back to me... My business wasn't good enough. Not a customer centered business. The stylist shouldn't be booking their appointments if they are too busy to do so! read more
