Walked in for a women cut and was assisted my Anna. It was a nice atmosphere. I had hair past my shoulders and decided to cut above my shoulders and payed 45$ I was reasonably pricing given other Salon pricing. It was there no more then 20-30 min at that- a cut that's all I'm sure you can get it styled upon request for an additional cost (Blowdried and styled) It was my first time here so I had no expectations I knew I would just have to take it and hope for the best. Brought my daughter here for a choppy layered haircut with bangs. The picture we showed the older lady had the length of 2 inches past the shoulders. Well she straight cut to my daughter's shoulders. Then just kept tapering and texturing around my daughters head. Giving her an old lady hair style. I left fuming and my daughter in tears. At first it looked like it was going good and thought ok she is finishing up. But she just kept cutting. As my daughters hair begun to dry i saw how short she actually cut. This review is straight and simple I'm giving one star because I can't give ZERO stars I went in for a simple haircut and first off the woman I got to cut my hair was super rude and kept saying every 2 minutes that I have a lot of hair I told her what I wanted repeatedly and she completely ignored me and would talk over me she cut it way too short it was so bad and completely overpriced for the work she did I immediately went to another hair salon and they did exactly what I wanted rather than looking like my hair was short and uneven if you like your hair DO NOT COME HERE!!! I went there yesterday for the first time, first my mom got a haircut. Initially she was going for a cut and color, but thankfully the hair stylist was honest about why she should wait on a hair color(my moms hair is very damaged due to previous highlights done at another salon) instead she did a very nice haircut, my mom got a lot of compliments on it. I wanted to color and cut mine as well but when it comes down to my hair I don't let anyone touch it so I said I would come back.. lol In the afternoon I decided to take my sons for a haircut again I am very picky as who cuts my hair and my sons hair as well.. anyway my youngest son always cries when he gets a hair cut, to my surprise he did not cry, his stylist made it a super fun experience for him. Very happy with that alone! Very pleased with my sons hair cuts! Now Me.. lol so I gave in and went back today and got a hair cut and color.. needless to say I loved it. I f I could rate the people and the owner separately I would give the people a 5 and the owner a three. I am mixed with black and Italian many non black people are not comfortable with our hair . I have found Hispanics are great with curly doily hair. My stylist had an emergency so I had to get my hair done fir an event . When I went in I met the girls and one was very honest she was not comfortable another was comfortable but not confident. She took in the challenge took her time and did a fabulous job . I was anxious as I had not seen anyone but my stylist for the last 15 years. I was making her anxious and once we got that out the way honey!!! Jasmine did a great job. The owner came in later I did not know she was the owner We but she came in and talked over me about me to the girls making sure I signed the color waiver and new the prices. When she finally talked to me she said my hair was damaged . It was not is not. It was just bleached for my highlights . I had to tell her she made me nervous . It was like she was looking for a fight . Again the owner I wasn't happy with the ladies in shop and jasmine are phenomenal and friendly . They said the owner lady was actually nice but seemed to think I was not happy. That was an assumption in her part and mad we won't go into that . While I always get a very good, reasonably priced haircut here, it seems to be useless to make an appointment. My last two appointments I was told that my stylist was "running a little behind". I did not get in until an hour or more past my appointment time. 15 minutes past an appointment is acceptable, over an hour is not. So, if you have time to kill, this place gives really good women's haircuts at a very fair price. They also cut mens hair and from what I've seen, the guy working there gives great mens cuts. read more

I when today with only wanted a color I ended up getting a color correction cuz she messed up my hair and had to redue it 3 times and all I wanted was to go blond and she also did it all the way to my roots when I wanted half way just a little under my ear and then she ended up making my hair gray and almost my normal color witch is dark brown all she wanted was her money and charged me 90 for something I didnt want never going there again for a color. read more

My name is Vanessa I got my hair done by Stephanie, and I swear to god I never write reviews but I think people should have the right to know how my experience went. So I went in got a haircut and a week later I went back with the appointment I made to get ombré done. I have been to plenty of other places to get my ombré done and no one has ever messed up my hair as bad as she did. The manager told her what to do as far as what product to use and how long to bleach my hair. My hair is completely damaged as soon as I walked out of that place I came home let a deep conditioner sit for 20 min I let my hair dry and it was literally braking off I haven't been able to style my hair. I went to different hair salons that day to see what can they do and most of them said they would need to cut my hair, my hair would have to be completely chopped off, where she did the ombré!! Others said I can't touch my hair for 6 months, and said to just deep condition it dont wash it with shampoo. I eventually had to get another haircut.what happened was they left the bleach in my hair for way to long, that's why it's fried. Which I kind of new that I was sitting under the dryer for way to long. Which they set it twice, for 40-45 minutes both times. I can keep on going on how damaged my hair is. But I'm not, it's so sad what these people did to my hair I completely put my trust into the manager and Steph. I haven't went back for my money, and I'm not they can keep it. There's no way of fixing it and I really don't like confrontation. I just thought people should know. Before u come in here and want a ombré.
