Well we went back because we had a good experience last time. This time not so much. Unfortunately I didn't take him my husband did. He describes the stylist as a short girl with tattoos, and a little rude. He said our grandson wanted a gentleman's cut able to combover and no shaving! Again no shaving anywhere. And we'll she shaved s a design on his forehead!, his sideburns are too short, and his bangs are so short he can't do the combover! It's shorter on the side than the top but it's not blended! It's a bad haircut for sure. And when my husband complained she said well you should have told me. But he did. And then she said she wasn't a barber! She made excuses. I may be back. Daughter wanted a pixie cut. She got Chris whom was excited to give her the cut. Once dry we noticed it looked uneven. Two days later went back to get it fixed at no charge. Chris evened it out...and shaved a noticeable divet (see pic). Not going back again. read more

My stylist was very nice and checked on my comfort throughout the whole process. That's where my two stars end. I came in for a cut and blonde retouch. I had done the bleaching before at home but I decided to spend the money to get it done professionally as I had a date the next night. What I got was a 3 hr process where despite direction-my hair still needed me to go home and fix it with my own tools and ORANGE HAIR. I notice that they don't disinfect the chair from the pervious customer who was sitting on it. They just swift the hair hair & call the next customer. Also they took our temperature last minute. The CDC has not announced that covid is over this place needs to pay attention and take customer temperature first thing a customer walks in into their business. The blond lady who cut my daughter and I wasn't too friendly she was rude and rush us out. When she washed my hair she took out my eye glass without acknowledging me first. I asked how much the blow dryer and she quoted me $30 just for a blow dryer, what the heck is like I'm paying for their one day electric bills. The other two ladies who work there named Sonia & Sarah did a good job cutting my twin daughters hair. I should have follow my instincts about the blond lady from the moment she greeted us. I got a haircut by Yanet on my lunch break and she did wonders! My tips already looked like an old broom and my hair looked like I had a mullet. She got rid of all the dry unhealthy hair and gave me a great style with layers! My hair still had a good amount of length, which I was happy about and it had some bounce, which I like! We love going to Supercuts! My son wanted to get his hair cut into a new, stylish look and we saw Alicia. She was so very kind, friendly and professional. Recommended styles and variations on the cut he could do. He walked out of the salon completely happy and looking like a teen heart throb! I was in a dire need of a haircut. At first I was very nervous to try super cuts because of my bad experience 5 years ago at a different location. But since I needed a haircut bad (due to my busy schedule & having one day off), I found the yelp reviews helped me this time around. When I walked in the staff was friendly & helped me immediately. I experienced an amazing, personable stylist, the exact cut that I wanted, the exact color I wanted, and on top of that, just the right amount of conversation. The service here was so AMAZING that it has motivated me to post my very first Yelp review :) I came in the salon not only looking a mess (after having taken out some braids I'd had in for over a month), but also feeling a mess not knowing what the HECK to do to my hair. Brady just took me in and worked magic on my head. I had no idea how to articulate what kind of look I was going for but she somehow got it and made my hair loon better than I imagined! She brought it back to it's natural color, evened out my previous asymmetrical cut AND gave me layers for the first time to add some bounce. This is no simple task since I have extremely thick, curly, textured hair. It now looks healthy, shiny, and fabulous! Let's just say my inner Beyoncé has finally been unleashed lol The other staff ladies were also very sweet and welcoming--making this the best hair salon experience I've ever had! UPDATE: They finally got me in and offered a discount for my wait. I'm happy with that. Now that I'm started, everything is going great! Had an appointment for 1 PM. Was sent away because they made a mistake in scheduling and asked to return at 2 PM. Came back at 2 to discover that I am still not a priority here, even though I came here for hair color slated to cost over $140, with tip, and made my appointment in person a week ago. It's 2:15 now, and I've been informed that in spite of their mistake, I'll have to wait for the other hair cuts to be done before they will see me. I'm wondering now if the price they quoted me will be the same? Do they even know what they're doing here?? I left the store today with my son in hand for the last time. My son who is 4 is very well behaved and accustomed to getting his hair cut so I bring him to super cuts and spend $18 on his haircut knowing he will get a cut with satisfaction guaranteed. But every time I come into this store the manager finishes a cut and goes on break when it's my sons turn. EVERYTIME. Even when just my husband brings him in he noticed. So I know it's not a coincidence. I left today upset, not mad, but sad. I know it's probably Miss Gabby doesn't want to cut a kids hair but after the 6th visit of her being available until we come in I have started to take it personally. I feel discriminated against. I even took a second and questioned my families appearance. But it's not my family, it's Miss Gabby. I have wrote and spoke to corporate about this. This isn't a situation where I am not patient. We have waited an hour before. This isn't a situation where my child acts up or moves while getting a haircut. This is not even a situation where I do not tip well. This is a woman who won't cut a child's hair unless it is absolutely necessary because they are busy. Or maybe my personal feelings are right and she is discriminating against my family since she repeatedly avoids cutting my sons hair no matter who brings him in. I feel like this puts pressure on the other stylist who are cutting hair, to rush because there are customers waiting and no one can be helped until my son gets taken by the stylist who isn't picking which customers they want to take. read more

I recently moved to the area and started coming to this specific location. I used to drive to another location where the manager has been cutting my hair since I was very young, however once I started going this this location I stopped going to my old location. Amber cut my hair the first few times and she did a great job she asked me what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. More recently I came in and have started having my hair cut by Ashley. Ashley does a really great job as well her fades are very much to my liking. I visit Ashley every two weeks for a cut and she remembers almost exactly what I want every time. This place is racist!!!! Went to get my curly extensions cut and shaped, to two very rude ladies just told me they don't do my type of hair and told me to go and ask a friend to do it. She was wonderful!!! She was kind. She listened to what I wanted and also provided great recommendations. When I was unsure she would cut a certain length then ask if I wanted to go shorter. First I want to start by saying that I think I found my go-to salon in my area. FiNaLLy, after 5 years of living in California and having struggled through more nightmare/ unsatisfactory experiences than not at countless salons, who would have thought It'd be Supercuts that would be my hero jk;) Ok maybe that's too much, but I AM super happy with my visit here. Cassandra was really helpful and quick to offer advice on what she thought would be great for my face structure and color. Something I've always looked for in a stylist here but never found. Apparently that's not a standard in the salons I've gone to, you're lucky if you get what you want done right to your hair, let alone good customer service. But I'm glad I happened upon the yelp reviews for this salon, which caused me to come here in the first place, I was not disappointed. All the stylists gave their customers expert advice on their hair and offered friendly conversation. You can tell they are truly happy doing what they do and you come to realize that making sure that YOU the customer are happy with your hair is their #1 priority. Don't let the chain name "Supercuts" fool you, they are no Fantastic Sams. Come here like I did and you'll be pleasantly surprised (: read more
