I learned the app queue does not save your spot in line at Supercuts. I had a good experience today with a younger hairdresser that was working there and we had a good conversation. My hair looked decent and has been serving me well when I asked for my hair to be a little shorter, they had no problem with cutting it shorter read more

My kid likes their hair very short, and neither feminine nor masculine, which can be difficult to explain to some stylists. Viktor got it right yesterday. He was also fun to talk with, and had nothing but encouraging words for my teenager about various subjects. My teenager dislikes having to make conversation with stylists but they enjoyed Viktor's conversation and said they would want to book Viktor again for the next hair cut. I am rating 4 stars because the phone was ringing constantly and their is no receptionist so Viktor had to stop several times to handle phone calls. read more

My husband and two boys got a haircut here two weeks ago. My oldest son hair came out so so. My husband's look good but my youngest was a disaster. It looks like they started somewhat of a comb over but didn't finish. The picture was nothing like what he wanted. At the end he ended up looking like he had bangs. We used to go to super cuts in Hemet and never had any issues. But I didn't like it here. The older lady is the one that did a good job. read more

Giving this place 2 stars is just me being nice. I have NO IDEA why I let these people cut my hair. I had long healthy hair but I decided to cut it. Why I thought giving super cuts a chance was a great idea idk. I told the lady what I wanted and even showed her to give her an idea. 1. She lefts patches on my head 2. She cut too high. I said a low fade. 3. While she was trying to adjust my head her clippers knicked my ear. She has her clippers on this whole time. Thank god she didn't break skin. As you can see my ear is red. And my ears are never red. Keep in mind I am one of your easiest canvases you'll ever cut. Move my head any way and it'll stay like that until you move it. This cut was not their price. I would pay 10$ for this. Horrible. read more

Before I went and got my hair cut I asked if they knew how to cut curly and they said yes. First thing about curly hair is you don't cut it wet because each curl shrinks differently. The lady that cut my hair and soaked it and when I asked if she could cut it dry she said she has to cut it wet because it's curly. My hair came out uneven, many parts of my hair were shorter then the rest. If you have curly, I advise you to go somewhere else and get your hair cut. read more

Been here a few times and the cuts are ok. It's the customer service that I enjoy the most. I recently had a bad case of sticker shock when I got a hair cut and a beard trim. I paid almost $50. Now I know first hand Supercuts is no gentleman's barber. But for the price of a gentleman's barber shop I was expecting something a little better. Trims should not cost $15. Especially if I still have to get home and pass my razor one more time for a clean cut look. Customer service exceptional - prices ridiculous. Do better Supercuts! read more

I love this Supercuts! Carmella is my stylist and does an awesome cut every time. The "sweeper girl" is so awesome and friendly, and I never have to worry about stepping on hair because she is always on point with keeping the floor clean. Management must have it easy having such awesome staff! Anyone that complains about the little things must not appreciate the good little things in life and are probably miserable and have nothing better to do (cough pia)! And about the mask thing, the employees and stylist are just following the policy of the Supercuts company, so it's not fair to the employees and stylist that you're leaving a bad review, which can cause them to lose business. To end on a happy note, I totally recommend this Supercuts! I love the peeps and the vibes are awesome! read more

Victor is so nice! My 16 year daughter likes his vibe. She liked her haircut as well. Price for a haircut is amazing!

I'm not really one to complain but I came to Supercuts and asked for a faux hawk and came out with this... the girl who cut my hair even told me "there's your faux hawk" as she handed me the mirror to show me the back... You can Google a picture of a Faux hawk and see it's not even close to this... I was very annoyed and I still am but nothing good comes out of being angry and also it's not like I can ask her to regrow my hair to start over... So I still paid and tipped her for her time because I'm not a jerk (although a refund would be appreciated...) The last time I came to Supercuts my hair was cut by another lady and she had the concept of a faux hawk down she just did it really high up without asking me if I wanted it high or not (which I didn't) I wanted to Supercuts another try but sadly I don't think I'll be coming back here again read more

Went there today and the lady I believe her name was Dulce did not know what a high fade was. She ended up shaving to high leaving no room for a fade. And when I asked her to stop she tried to keep on shaving and cutting my sons hair. The other solan lady try to fix it and we had to practically shave my son head. He was in tears. read more

Took my daughter a couple weeks ago for a haircut. The lady butchered my daughter's hair. Uneven layers and cut off way more than my daughter asked her to cut off. She has been in tears almost everyday since this haircut. Never coming here again! read more

I brought my 7 year old daughter here for a bob cut and the lady did a great job. My daughter is usually very sensitive about her hair but the lady was very gentle and sweet. Our visit was our first time to this Supercuts. My daughter needed a haircut and we needed to arrive after school. Based on reviews, I need a virtual check in, just in case the salon was busy. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our slated time. A stylist, unfortunately I did not get her name, finalized our check in and directed us to take a seat. Within a few minutes, the stylist called my daughter and after a quick discussion about the style my daughter wanted, she went to work. She cut my daughter's beautifully and even directed us to the product she used to achieve the final look. The stylist also instructed myself and my daughter how the product is to be used. I was impressive with the salon and this stylist. I look forward to getting more haircuts at this location. Thank you! read more

I came on Sunday and was the only on waiting. Next thing I know four more people came in with reservations. I was kicked to the back of the line. So I left and decided to come back Monday with an appointment after work. When I tried to make an appointment it didn't work. They told me it was because it was after 6:00 (however I tried at 5:30). So here I am again, waiting 30-40 minutes. It is always a roll of the dice on if I will get what I want. I really need to find a better place. read more

I ended up going in for a haircut for the first time at this location and ended up loving my hair. Rosa did a great job on my haircut and I believe this is one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten in my life! She even showed me how to style it to the side (that way I have a side bang) or parted in the middle in which I look great either way with the layers I got. Thank you so much for my haircut Rosa, I will be coming back again for this same cut when my hair grows again. read more

They still make you wear a mask. They have no A/C. No customer service skills either.

I have come here for years, but I will no longer spend my money at this place due to outright racism. I made an appointment today, and the lady who was a walk in was taken before me even though my cut was a quick 10 min job. I had to wait for 10 minutes while the Mexican lady completely dissed me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A gentleman who just came on duty did my haircut with no issues. **Update..this is for the Renaissance store, and the manager is fully aware of the problem, but does nothing but blame the customer instead of fixing the problems** read more

B or d can't even understand the old lady's voice is so rude over the phone !!! When I called to ask if they do color n perm all she did was speak in such a rude way and say this is not a full service salon it's a only cuts like if I knew I never new read more

First time here! :) Upon arriving It was a bit busy but I had made an appointment prior, on that same day. So the wait was very minimal! I had super long hair (past my hips) and I had an idea of how I wanted my hair cut (shoulder length) but didn't know how to explain it. I showed my stylist a couple of pictures and he worked his magic! It looks AMAZING and I'm super happy about it. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, so I'll ask next time. Thank you sir! Definitely coming back! read more

If I could give a "0" star rating l, I would!!! I walked in to get a haircut today only to be told that I needed a f**king mask even though the state mandate has been lifted!!! I'm fully vaccinated, boosted and I've had Covid. I'm done with these B.S. masks and mandates!!! I guess you have to be a politician too not have to wear one!!! I guess it's their business if they want to turn away paying customers but I'm done with Supercuts and any other business that attempts to tread on my freedoms. I hope others feel the same way and instead of complying with these useless and freedom robbing restrictions, fight back by just saying no and walking out!!! read more

Made a phone call at 11 for a 2 pm appointment. arrived 5 minutes prior to 2 pm, waited for thirty minutes after & saw 4 other people be escorted and serviced. i had a reservation but they went off the order of the sign in sheet which I wasn't directed to sign since I had a reservation. most pressing issue is the worker Maria. I asked for a 6 clipper haircut leaving me some hair To style & play with but she cut all my hair off to 1/4 of an inch. very bad service and possibly very bad customer service as well. read more

This location is great, the new (to this store) manager Bea was the manager of the Fontana location I used to frequent. She and some of the staff from Fontana have moved to this location and I've began to come here when that location closed because I always enjoyed the service. The team is great and work well to make your experience a great one, so it's worth the drive for me. After reading some negative reviews I can understand why you would maybe think twice before coming in, but in all honesty you cannot blame the staff for being busy after a two+ month long quarantine. I was there on the first weekend they re-opened, and they were all doing the best that they can, just as every other business is having to navigate the new normal. I wish people would be more understanding of the fact that they were so busy, it's very unreasonable to think that there would not be a long wait considering the fact that everyone needs a haircut at this time due to closures related to covid. Patience and understanding should be a new normal during this difficult period of adjusting for all services that were closed. Overall a great location, friendly atmosphere, and a great experience. I will keep coming back here. read more

Excellent customer service by Bea and I am very happy with my haircut. I will be going back to this location.
