I hate to be a Karen but the lady that's been here for 37 something years should consider retirement. I told her that I came here for a TRIM, just to get some (2) inches off my hair. I'm not a stylist that's your job that's why we come here, but apparently they don't do trims here. I went from medium long curly hair to a weird mullet regular haircut. We're not in the army lady. Had the audacity to say my hair was tangly, gee is it because I don't know my hair is curly?!!! God knows if I'm still gonna be alive 2 years from now to regrow my hair lmfao. BTW I've never had any issues here before, Patty always does a great job and is funny and amiable, it was just this particular stylist today. Just not cool to pay for something you didn't ask for. Went here to get my haircut and Juan did not cut my hair the way I wanted it. I called the next day, and let him know that it was not the way I wanted it. I showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted. It didn't even look close. I called him the next day when I could see really how bad it looked. He said to come in. I went in 2 days later to have it fixed. He still doesn't get it right and had the nerve to charge me for another haircut. ... Seriously, I wouldn't get my haircut here. I recently did a visit there. The lady that suppose to check me in was rude. She didn't greet me or say hello how can I help you. She acted like why I was there and I was her problem. There was plenty of Hairstylist to keep her less busy. She ask me do I have a appointment if not put my name on a small paper. I ask her how long and if they text or call. She said no just stick around. That is unprofessional they need to get customers number and text or send out email to notify. This is second time they pull this stunt. Worst hairstylists ever. I have always gone to Supercuts for my hair cuts and never had a problem. Then Supercuts moved to renaissance and now this is the second time I've had a horrible experience. I have very long hair and the first time I got it cut here it was so crooked and short on one side I had to go to another salon to fix it and they had to cut 6 inches off of my hair on top of the 3 the stylists here took off. This was when this location first opened. I went back recently and the lady cut my hair and it was crooked. Again. I told her it was and she said "no that's just how you hair grows" ????? What does that even mean? That was the dumbest thing I have ever heard come out of someone's mouth. So I asked her to fix it she said she will try. She then attempted to even it out to which she cut so much off the longer side to "try" to even it out that it ended up being shorter now on that side. I left before I walked out of there bald now I am walking around with my hair in a point tail since I can't get it fixed yet. I will never be going back here and I will never let my family go back either. This place lost a lot of customers and I can't believe people actually go here. Zero Stars My kids and I visited the Renaissance Marketplace Supercuts in Rialto, on June 10, 19. Their was only two people cutting hair. This place needs more staff. I called in the morning, and made a appointment over the phone for my son. That didn't matter, we waited an hour. One Lady kept taking, men haircuts before us. I felt she was showing favoritism to them. Since they walked in after us. And my sons haircut didn't look that great. It was a horrible experience, and I will never return. read more

I'm giving this location 4 stars because I think they can be better at setting appointments and scheduling so that the wait times are shorter than it has been the past few months. I can always update my rating if the wait times get better. I have been getting my haircut at the Renaissance location for a little over a year now. I moved to Rialto from Orange County about 2 years ago and I couldn't find a barber to replace my longtime barber in OC. Until one day, I decided to give Supercuts a try but I wasn't completely happy with my first visit because the lady didn't really get what kind of style I wanted. I decided to go the second time to be fair and maybe get a different hairstylist and lucky enough I did get a different person to cut my hair and that's Carmela. Carmela knew exactly how I wanted my hair to look like, style, texture, length, etc. She is for sure the girl version of my longtime barber in OC and she's also really nice and friendly and always going above and beyond with her service. I'm so glad I gave Rialto Supercuts a try and found Carmela because I would hate to drive back to Orange County just to get a haircut. I hope Carmela stays at Rialto Supercuts for a long time!! She's the best. Even my wife agrees with me that my haircuts are looking nice and all thanks to Carmela. 350 including tip for cut and highlight- hair is fried- cut my hair and then highlighted, over processed the highlights , instead of seeing her error, adding conditioner, I could hear my hair ripping as I was combed out. Put a lot of product to glue my hair together so I did not see the damage until a few days later. I had a 6:45 appointment which I booked at around 1pm. I waited for over 30 minutes as they continue to take the walk-in appointments that were there. They never had me sign in and put my name on a piece of paper they just said that they checked me in since I had an appointment.
