I just left this location. Bea cut my 10 year old son's hair and did a great job! She was friendly and helpful and my son said this is his 'favorite hair cut ever!' It was clean, COVID safe procedures in place and no wait! read more

Place is a joke came in on Thursday no one getting Haircut. 3 ladies just telling me its going to be a while. Sure pick ur nose don't help a paying customer. The wonder why they have such a bad rating. Just got to give my business elsewhere. read more

Hairstylist was nice and pleasant. But be ready to wait for an hour or more even with an appointment. Check in doesn't guarantee you'll get seen on time, front personnel or host was disorganized and can't give you an exact wait time and keep track who's next to be seen. read more

Shawntay is the best, we have been going to Supercuts and Shawntay since they were in Fontana. Shawntay is the best.

Went here to get my haircut and Juan did not cut my hair the way I wanted it. I called the next day, and let him know that it was not the way I wanted it. I showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted. It didn't even look close. I called him the next day when I could see really how bad it looked. He said to come in. I went in 2 days later to have it fixed. He still doesn't get it right and had the nerve to charge me for another haircut. ... Seriously, I wouldn't get my haircut here. Supercuts is supposed to have a satisfaction guarantee, and they don't honor it. I don't recommend this place!!! read more

I hate to be a Karen but the lady that's been here for 37 something years should consider retirement. I told her that I came here for a TRIM, just to get some (2) inches off my hair. I'm not a stylist that's your job that's why we come here, but apparently they don't do trims here. I went from medium long curly hair to a weird mullet regular haircut. We're not in the army lady. Had the audacity to say my hair was tangly, gee is it because I don't know my hair is curly?!!! God knows if I'm still gonna be alive 2 years from now to regrow my hair lmfao. BTW I've never had any issues here before, Patty always does a great job and is funny and amiable, it was just this particular stylist today. Just not cool to pay for something you didn't ask for. All in all, I came in for a TRIM and left without my long hair. You'll definitely leave feeling violated here. Lol. read more

I am happy and please with the service I got here. First time coming for my sons first hair and Viktor did our sons hair. He made it fun was and very kind. I was so pleased with him that I came back for myself just second meeting and he still was very kind, professional and did amazing job. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Viktor. read more

Loved the service the hairdresser Bea did a great job with my hair quick and was clean. Will be back for another visit!

I recently did a visit there. The lady that suppose to check me in was rude. She didn't greet me or say hello how can I help you. She acted like why I was there and I was her problem. There was plenty of Hairstylist to keep her less busy. She ask me do I have a appointment if not put my name on a small paper. I ask her how long and if they text or call. She said no just stick around. That is unprofessional they need to get customers number and text or send out email to notify. This is second time they pull this stunt. I give one star because that is only way to leave this message. read more

After a hair cut a couple of weeks ago, I ended up getting a fungus, this caused repeated loss of hair. The only reason this could've happened was because they didn't sanitize their equipment properly, please be wary of this place. read more

Had an appointment today at 1:30. Got there 10 minutes before. There for an hour and they took every other appointment that got there after me and some walk ins that got there after me so I left. Worst service. read more

Worst hairstylists ever. I have always gone to Supercuts for my hair cuts and never had a problem. Then Supercuts moved to renaissance and now this is the second time I've had a horrible experience. I have very long hair and the first time I got it cut here it was so crooked and short on one side I had to go to another salon to fix it and they had to cut 6 inches off of my hair on top of the 3 the stylists here took off. This was when this location first opened. I went back recently and the lady cut my hair and it was crooked. Again. I told her it was and she said "no that's just how you hair grows" ????? What does that even mean? That was the dumbest thing I have ever heard come out of someone's mouth. So I asked her to fix it she said she will try. She then attempted to even it out to which she cut so much off the longer side to "try" to even it out that it ended up being shorter now on that side. I left before I walked out of there bald now I am walking around with my hair in a point tail since I can't get it fixed yet. I will never be going back here and I will never let my family go back either. This place lost a lot of customers and I can't believe people actually go here. Get new stylists or at least try to train them better. read more

Been here twice. Once to do a wash and style. I wanted him to round brush my bob and it didn't hold at all. He used some weird blow dryer brush. Went back for a trim. There was only one stylist there. I figured what the heck, it's just a trim.. My layers are so janky on one side now even one of my friends asked, "What happened to your hair? Where did you go?" read more

Zero Stars My kids and I visited the Renaissance Marketplace Supercuts in Rialto, on June 10, 19. Their was only two people cutting hair. This place needs more staff. I called in the morning, and made a appointment over the phone for my son. That didn't matter, we waited an hour. One Lady kept taking, men haircuts before us. I felt she was showing favoritism to them. Since they walked in after us. And my sons haircut didn't look that great. It was a horrible experience, and I will never return. read more

I had a fantastic experience. I made an appointment online for a trim, found a picture and brought it in. Carmella took me immediately and followed all safety protocols for COVID. Carmella was so nice and very gentle. She was able to replicate the picture I brought in without issue and gave me a very nice cut. She was incredibly nice and I am very happy with my hair. Thank you Carmella! read more

I took my teenage daughter to get her hair done but like a typical teenager she had no idea what she wanted. Cris did an amazing job listening to her and getting her exactly what she wanted. Thank you Cris for the amazing work you do! I will definitely be back again. read more

I has gone to a different hair salon to get my hair cut and the lady messed up my hair. She didn't blend my layers. I went in without an appointment and waited awhile but it was well worth it! Shawntay (not sure if I'm spelling her name right, if I'm not, I apologize) fixed my hair. It looks so good now! Will definitely be coming back. read more

I Will definitely be coming back for my next trim. Thank you ladies for a great first experience! read more

The guy that cut my hair talked way too much! Mostly about himself. My cut wasn't really what I wanted. I was afraid to interrupt him to say hey, can you do it like this. You don't want to critique someone who has sheers in your hair! This is the closest store to me. I'll drive further away to avoid this dude again! read more

I've been getting my haircut by Anna for about a year now and she's the best hair stylist I've ever had she's really nice and always patient with me when I don't know what kind of hair cut I want I highly HIGHLY recommended that everyone give her a chance you won't regret it read more

Yelling at me the moment I stepped inside, didn't say hi or nothing. Decided just to leave, rude af.

Excellent customer service. Absolutely comfortable coming in during Covid because the staff is def taking precautions very seriously. My son has come to this location since they opened and they are always patient despite him being a little scared. Will continue to come here- the ladies are absolutely amazing and take their time to make sure you are happy before you go home. read more

350 including tip for cut and highlight- hair is fried- cut my hair and then highlighted, over processed the highlights , instead of seeing her error, adding conditioner, I could hear my hair ripping as I was combed out. Put a lot of product to glue my hair together so I did not see the damage until a few days later. Had to trim up pieces left longer and continue to see condition and trying tonfigure out where to go next read more

The receptionist in the front was really nice and helpful. Beatriz cut my hair and I loved it! I definitely will be coming back!

I'm giving this location 4 stars because I think they can be better at setting appointments and scheduling so that the wait times are shorter than it has been the past few months. I can always update my rating if the wait times get better. I have been getting my haircut at the Renaissance location for a little over a year now. I moved to Rialto from Orange County about 2 years ago and I couldn't find a barber to replace my longtime barber in OC. Until one day, I decided to give Supercuts a try but I wasn't completely happy with my first visit because the lady didn't really get what kind of style I wanted. I decided to go the second time to be fair and maybe get a different hairstylist and lucky enough I did get a different person to cut my hair and that's Carmela. Carmela knew exactly how I wanted my hair to look like, style, texture, length, etc. She is for sure the girl version of my longtime barber in OC and she's also really nice and friendly and always going above and beyond with her service. I'm so glad I gave Rialto Supercuts a try and found Carmela because I would hate to drive back to Orange County just to get a haircut. I hope Carmela stays at Rialto Supercuts for a long time!! She's the best. Even my wife agrees with me that my haircuts are looking nice and all thanks to Carmela. Also shoutout to Des because she also cut my hair once when I came in and Carmela wasn't available yet. Happy customer here for sure! read more

Criminals!!! The lady that cut my hair kept asking if I wanted a shampoo. I responded, "no, I'll just take a rinse at the end". When she rang me up she charged me for a shampoo. When I asked about it she said "we charge for the water"...hahaha, got me at the end....Criminals!!!! read more

Patty did a good job cutting my hair victor did a awesome job cutting my little daughter hair as well thank you for making our day

My son had an appt. With Patty . She called his name for his 5pm appt. Another boy got up and sat in the chair for haircut. I said excuse me you called my son . Not this other kid. Well she said he's been waiting for a while. I said, yes.. but we had an appt. .. she shrugged her shoulders and said well we are short staffed. Well.. then why the hell do we need to make appts... if appointments are NOT respected. Never going back there again. WORST service ever. Taking my business elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I am giving Super Cuts 5 stars. They deserve a lot more. When I went to get my hair trim today there was only one person working at the time. The hairdresser was very professional and friendly. The hairdresser was getting everyone done in a timely manner. Another hairdresser came in and she trim my hair. Everyone was so nice. When I left there was several people waiting. This is a good place to go get your hair done. Good job ladies. read more

I went to Super Cuts and i was very unhappy with the services i will not go back, This was my first time and it seems like they do not care about you. The guy did not show me if i was happy with my hair cut or wash my hair in like 2 mins. Never going back. read more

First time here. They gave me a reservation for 1:50pm and over a period of 2 hours they called 3 people before me (all of which had appointments later than me) only because they were people they already knew and then they looked at me and said "you're up next, you're up next". I spent over 3 hours total trying to get a hair cut with an appointment. Never coming back. read more

I had a 6:45 appointment which I booked at around 1pm. I waited for over 30 minutes as they continue to take the walk-in appointments that were there. They never had me sign in and put my name on a piece of paper they just said that they checked me in since I had an appointment. Their super short staffed all the time and They are pretty rude since presumably they're understaffed and overworked. We did up leaving after 40 minutes with no haircuts I will not return read more

I gave it 2 stars because there was no wait. The stylist tried to be pleasant but rushed both my sons haircuts. Didn't style thier hair just gel, not even a brush. Sadly Over priced. Spend 40 for 2 kid haircuts. Im not cheap, don't mind spending but this experience wasn't worth that. read more
