I don't understand why theres a call ahead procedure. I called at 1pm, was told there was a 30 min wait. Asked to be put on the list. The girl said ok see you in 30 mins. So why when I get there do I proceed to wait nearly 1 hr and a half? Didnt leave there until 3 PM. The cut only took 20 mins. I am sad because I was excited they opened this new supercuts near me. Pretty much sucked! Granted, the store had recently reopened following the COVID closure, but they were slow, understaffed and disorganized. Called in four hours ahead and set an appointment time for my son and me. Showed up at the appointed time, waited over an hour and watched as they took walk-ins and customers with later appointment times. Upon questioning them, was told there were still three ahead of us. I have been going to this place since 2010 (when it was at the old location). Great place and good service. Connie is who I always go to and she is awesome. I've had my hair cut by other stylists and I haven't had any problems but I just love how Connie knows my fat head. Everyone is very friendly. They messed up on my boyfriend's hair once before. She didn't fade it well on one side at all. He gave them other chance thinking, maybe it was just a bad stylist. He got another haircut by a different stylist, same thing. I would not recommend, I don't know how they are licensed. Super clean and friendly staff. Call ahead of time to make a reservation because there will be a wait if not. These girls are friendly and experienced! I noticed they are being extremely clean and taking COVID-19 precautions which makes me feel at ease. I don't know why I give this place a chance...always disappointing. Other than Connie, the stylists are a joke. We should have waited for her but we didn't have the time. I ask if they know how to cut layers? The short man says we all do and we are all stylists....I already knew that meant bad news. Dude left my mom like a scarecrow!! Got my haircut by the stylist Connie... I used to think nothing much of haircuts & would go to whom ever I could... until she did my hair! I have to admit the level of bounce & shine she left me was unreal!! Not to mention my hair just felt great after the hair cut. I totally trust Connie with my hair & would go back to her, 10/10 recommended! Been here a few times with my daughter to get my hair cut and her's. Girls do a great job!. You can call in before hand and be placed on the list so your wait isn't as long. My only gripe would be that I've never seen more than two girls working at a time when I go in on weekends. Knowing that the weekends are busy they should definitely staff more people. So if you have some time to spare or remember to call in ahead of time this is a great place to go. read more

In all of the Supercuts I have patronized be it here locally, all the way across the country, I have NEVER, EVER had a stylist hand me over half of my sopping wet hair and tell me (not ask) to brush it out because it had too many tangles for her. I'm sorry, but I thought I was paying for a service and that your stylists are trained to handle different types of hair be it long, short, thick etc. On top of that, telling me a I have dry hair more than twice while you're shampooing me is not necessary, I have had this hair all my life, I'm aware of the texture of it. And to force conversation to a patron when you know that they're not feeling you is a lack of reading the room. I was hoping to make you guys my local Supercuts because the Supercuts that I do visit is about 15 mins away. I will continue to drive out the way to get my hair trimmed and tea treatments because I know they will not make me feel like I need to apply for a position to do my own hair. read more

Worst experience with a stylist ever. I walked in, she greeted me, and I explained how I wanted my sons hair to be cut. It had a very long top, so I only wanted the sides around his ears, back and his neck cleaned up. That's it. She looked like she understood, and so she took my son back for a wash & cut. When she started cutting she asked again if I wanted the sides near the ears cut, I nodded, looked down and when I looked back up, she had cut 4" of hair extending from the TOP of his hair. Not around the ears, as she asked before cutting. My son was in shock, I was in shock. After taking my daughter to the restroom, and partially compose myself, I asked her why she cut the clearly longer hair from the TOP and she became indignant, rude, apathetic, and unapologetic. I allowed her to just finish the 'haircut', paid, and got the hell out of there. My son left feeling scalped and then stepped on by her attitude. I would recommend that female stylist take a class in customer service & communication, she needs it. I gave one star because that was the only option, I give her a 0. read more
