Been trying to get a hold of the pharmacy for two days about a prescription that hasn't been filled. You stay on hold for 20-30 minutes then the phone hangs up on you because nobody answers. They don't ever answer their phone. I can only imagine if somebody that's elderly trying to get a hold of the pharmacy how frustrating that could be for them . I would have just given it one star. However, I added a second star for the hopes that this review will be reviewed by management and changes be made in the pharmacy. Although I reviewed prior customers before having my prescriptions transferred, I felt I would give it a chance because how close it is to my house. Now, the pharmacy just needs to become efficient to the needs of its customers. The staff is friendly, but slow. For the number of people who come to this pharmacy, staffing needs to be efficient. More staff would probably resolve the issue. However, I'll give it another month before I leave, but if you need your medication, call one to two days in advance. Because if your hoping to get it after they pharmacy receives your prescription, good luck! read more

I have been going here for about a year for my birth control prescription and they constantly fail to fulfill my requests of refill, while also leaving me on hold for 20 minutes, and today decided to tell me that I am "getting my medicine too soon" and despite me having spoke to a rep three days ago with assurance my meds would be there, the woman then refused to order me in my prescription despite my doctors orders. I use this specific prescription/on the specific routine for my health reasons, idiots. I was very upset about my two experiences at this place. The customer service is about as bad as it can get, and they really don't have a lot of items. I'm sure it's partly due to the supply chain issue, but the shelves are barren at this place. My biggest issue though is that I was very much mistreated here by a sales representative. There was a deal that if you buy a tacobell gift card, you can get a free 10 dollar walgreen's gift card. When we did this, the employees initially refused. Then we showed the deal, they had to find a manager, then the manager started to help. Then the gift card I grabbed didn't accept money or something, so they grabbed a different one off the same shelf then it went through. 2 weeks later I go here to use the 10 dollar gift card and the sass, the eye-rolling, the utter rudeness of the employee just came out of no-where. I brought some things to buy for my daughter, and rather than trying their best to help me use the gift card, they kept trying to get me to give up and just pay. They said it doesn't work. I said please try again, it did not work. I said there's 10 dollars on it, that doesn't make sense. He said there's nothing I can do, this card is not good here. The gift card is a Walgreens gift card. I literally bought it at this store. I had a receipt and showed it to him. He still said there was nothing they could do, check the balance. I read the part on the back where it says take it to a walgreens for help if you need issues. He said he can't do anything, he can't look up the balance. So I literally used my phone to call the number on the back, on speakerphone, put in the pin code, etc. and sure enough it said there's a balance of 10 dollars, proving I was right. He THEN said, the best I can do is give you 10 dollars store credit then toss this gift card. I said of course (why would I care how I get the money from the gift card?). He then takes the gift card out of my hand, literally chucks it violently in the trash, and gives me store credit. I pay the rest, he then gives me my reciept, says nothing and storms off. I don't know that I've been treated like this before at a convenience store, but I'm definitely also filing a complaint on walgreens.com. This place is terrible. The manager saw the whole thing and did nothing to help/fix the situation either. read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER !!!! LITERALLY Every month I have an issue with these people. I call in 10 days early to prompt my prescription. To avoid their issues. I come in Tuesday, I'm due Wednesday. They say they are out of it, they will order it and it will be available Thursday. I come in on FRIDAY a day later and they don't have it and it was never ordered ! Perfect! Very poor inventory control in the pharmacy. I get an e-mail stating my prescription is ready for pick up. When I arrive they are either out of stock or can only give me a partial fill. I was told by the clerk Walgreens only maintains enough stock based on past average orders. She told me I should call before coming in. Why is that necessary when they sent me an e-mail saying the prescription is ready for pick up? This has become a chronic problem at Walgreens over the past year. I have been going to the big Bear, CA Store for over a year. Employees are helpful, especially Marcos in the pharmacy. Several pharmacists that have given me flu shots, etc. have been professional. There is also a very nice lady from Mexico City that will help you with your store purchases. Only problem is they didn't receive Pfizer vaccines. A few days ago we went down to the Loma Linda hospital for a consultation, and then went to Redlands to a great international market, Ranch market on Lugonia Ave. There is a Walgreens right there, so I went in and asked the pharmacist if he could give me a Pfizer booster shot He said in a very professional manner that he could, but it would be a long wait because there were several vaccine appointments and people picking up prescriptions. We decided to wait. It was a little long, but it was worth it because he was very nice and attentive when he gave us the shots, and mission accomplished. read more

My experience with this Walgreens is horrendous. Every time I go there the staff takes their sweet time and will stand around while lines get longer and longer. It's never a quick "pick up your prescription and go" it's a 15 minute wait standing in line or in the drive thru, then another 10 minutes for them just to pull your information up then another 10 minutes for them to find your prescription. I've never seen anything like, with the exception of other Walgreens, without fail. I strongly recommend you to just have your Dr call your prescriptions into a different pharmacy. Costco is the best hands down, but even CVS is better, especially the ones in Target. read more

Always have a problem with picking up a simple prescription. They will say they didn't get the request even though I get emails and texts when it says it's ready for pickup. Then they say it will take 30-40 minutes to fill it when no one is in line either inside or at the drive thru and it's their mistake for not having it ready. Then there's always the same issue with the pricing of the medication I need filled, literally every time we go through the same thing where they act like they have no idea or record the price I payed last time and the form that needs to be done to get that price. Just filling one prescription turns into anywhere between a 30 min to an hour and a half tedious task. There's one person in particular that has been really rude to me and others and seems to have a personal vendetta against me for whatever reason. Every time I talk to this person he or she (not really sure of their pronouns) seems to have an issue with me and I really don't know why, it's kind of ridiculous. I want to change pharmacies but it's so close and convenient for me and the other people working there are actually really friendly and are trying to be helpful but I think they need a better management system because they are really not efficient at all and it's frustrating every time I have to go through this process. read more

I would give it no stars if that was available. Worst pharmacy ever. Put on hold for 20 min. Then get told my prescription was verified. Called my dr and my dr said it was sent over. Then called and put on hold for another 15 min to be told they never received it. I told them my dr sent it over and then they checked again and told me they received it and are backed up and not sure when it would be ready. This is after it being sent over 24hr ago. If you need your meds don't go here. Still waiting for my script to be filled. This is unacceptable and they need to be shut down. This is people's health and meds they are dealing with. I have never had problems with any of the representatives there but in the pharmacy department, they are rude and they truly do not know how to treat there customers. Everyone that works in that department looks so miserable. I always get cut off while I am trying to talk. I have always got all prescriptions from there for years. Now I rather just go to CVS. Walgreens has a drive thru and it is very convenient, but I rather get out of the walk and walk into the store with getting treated better. For an example. While I explain why I am calling, I would rudely get interrupted. After I give them the information they wanted (rudely interrupted) I gave him a hint why I got upset. I told him since I got interrupted.... He didn't even apologize. He just acted like he didn't care. There are so many different stories with each dam person in that department. The pharmacy is visibly understaffed so there's always long lines. Most the pharmacy staff are rude and treat patients with zero empathy and sensitivity, doing nothing to provide any quality of service or patient care. I've only used this Walgreens because it's closest to home and my condition often makes going far from home difficult; however, I've reached my limit. A CVS recently opened up nearby so I'll be switching to them for my prescriptions. The rest of this Walgreens staff are always friendly and helpful though so for shopping I would recommend this store. I wish they would not allow panhandlers smoking cigarettes to congregate at the entrance though. I don't want to face that when I'm not feeling well. I have been a Walgreens customer for over 25 years and I have had it. I was willing to overlook the high prices on non prescription items but now they can't get my prescriptions right. I will call in two prescriptions and when I go to pick up they only have one and look at me like I am crazy when I ask about the other one. I get a courtesy call from them asking if I want prescription A filled and I say sure and then add prescription B. When I go to pick up all they have is prescription B and have no idea what I am talking about when I ask about prescription A. This seems to happen every time now and enough is enough. The manager, Corrinn, is extremly unpleasant and unwilling to help. I had a return, with a receipt. She told me one item I couldn't return because it was a clearance item, and clearance items are final sale. No where does it say final sale. Nowhere! Then she tried to scan my receipt, told me it wouldn't scan, and that she could not return my 2 items. The back of the receipt says that I can return to any store nationwide, with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase. But not at this location! She simply just didn't want to take the return. She didn't want her precious numbers to be affected. She could care less about customer service. Nor does she care about doing her job right. As I have waited 20 minutes this time I cannot understand why this store does not staff enough help.
