This spot seems to have a lot of things, even though it's about 200 sq ft. Located in the back of a parking lot The staff was friendly and helpful and even offered a free band aid. The Good Neighbor brand products are the worst. Stay away from the band aids there. Next time go to Goodsons and get name brand items. read more

This is the greatest pharmacy. It has our small town atmosphere. Great customer service. I like the personal service versus the big chains. I can get all my meds here. If it's something they don't normally carry they will order it and have it in a day or so. If you like friendly, personable people this is the place to go. You can text in your refills too now. Plus if you live in Crestline you don't have to go down the mountain or over to Blue Jay. read more

This place is absolutely wonderful! I work down the hill in the pharmacy at a major retail chain (cvs) and am constantly reading Yelp reviews for major retail pharmacies trying to learn ways to improve our service. It is very very clear that small , independent pharmacies such as this one are the way to go. There is a clear dissatisfaction all around from customers at retail chain pharmacies. Being bound by the limitations set by a corporation hinders good service. This is not the case here! The staff is incredibly friendly and from what I've witnessed, they treat everyone according to their individual needs. The prices are fair and everything is very quick! I'd pick up all my prescriptions here but due to my work hours, sometimes out of convenience I end up picking them up from the pharmacy I work in (and they always cost more). I've never had to wait for very long for a prescription (sometimes they are able to immediately do them) and the technicians and pharmacist are always in such a great mood. Save yourself the headache you'll encounter at major retail chains and get your medication here! read more

This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. They are the only pharmacy in town and have a huge demand for their services. They are all friendly, patient and give their full attention to each customer. They really bend over backwards to help each one of us. They sell bottled water so if you need to take your medication right away you can. I consider them all friends. I moved to Crestline just over a year ago. I had spent over fifty years growing up in Riverside. During the past three decades I have spent a good part of my adult life to this very day... Seeing many different physicians and taking many different Rx meds. during this time. So, as you can only imagine?... This has required me to spend MANY hours in MANY different pharmacies. Years going into Rite-aid, (formerly Payless Drugs, CVS, (formerly Sav-On). And most recently Walgreens (Central Ave./Mag. Ave.) does a pretty good job. But in the past year here in Crestline?...I have been so impressed by the entire staff at Lake Gregory Pharmacy! I require over ten Rx meds. each day. And from that first visit last year to just the other day? With EACH and EVERY visit there...the staff there does an AMAZING job to take care of my needs. From the frontline staff of Randall, Jennifer, Lori, Vince ect., They are ALWAYS so friendly, caring, professional, courteous and fast to EVERYONE they help. I can't rant and rave enough about how good the entire team is. This is a pharmacy! I never expected such an awesome experience from a fairly small staff. They ALL make each of us feel like family in our little community up here. So even though I can't get back ANY of the hours and years lost of my life spent in ALL the many other pharmacies that I mentioned earlier?... It is nice to have such a competent, confident, and caring team staff ALWAYS there for ALL of my pharmacy needs. They really are an... Awesome group (from top to bottom). They won't except Visa from health care savings accounts which I have never heard of. Every pharmacy and doctors office I have ever been to lets me use my Visa issued from my health insurance but for some reason, this pharmacy does not therefore I won't be back! read more

An absolute jewel for our community. Best cash prices I've ever seen and Jeff and staff could not possibly be more helpful, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to get what you need affordably. Just a tip - I always try to pay in cash. To keep the prices low I'm sure they skimp on their profit margin and I hate to have them eat any of that by making them pay credit card fees (although cards are happily accepted). A small town independent pharmacy giving the kind of great customer service I figured went extinct decades ago - who knew?? Thanks for being there for us, Jeff. read more
