Here's what happened: My girlfriend was filling a prescription for a controlled sleep med. She went at noon and was told come back after 3pm. We called at 3pm and were told to come back at 4:45 (They close the Pharmacy at 5pm on Sunday). When we arrived they told us the system was down and they were not able to give us the prescription....which my girlfriend NEEDS to sleep. It was at this point I realized the system was down all day, and instead of informing us so we could transfer the prescription they covered the issue up. Had they divulged the real situation we could have transferred the prescription. The pharmacy tech told us the best she could do was tomorrow morning...for a sleep med. There was exactly ZERO concern, empathy, or effort to solve this problem on her part. When I called the next morning we were told try to again in the afternoon (system obviously still down). PS: The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1, is I don't take 1 star reviews seriously. I can see why Rite-Aid Corporation had to file bankruptcy.

Went to the front area and ask for someone to assist with The locked cabinet. When the clerk came over she asked which watch. I pointed to the three black units I was interested in picking from. She insisted that she could only show 1 at a time. I did make a selection and her reaction was that she needed to take the item to the register, which I understand, but it was the way she said it. She took the watch to the register and left it behind the checker and left without a word to me or the cashier. I completed the transaction but I will avoid "locked cabinet" transactions in the future.

A line formed of around 8 people for one register, with multiple employees just walking around the joint. Nope. Never again.

There was a family of three ahead of me so I have to wait. Unfortunately my insurance didn't cover for the Shingrix shot here, but at least I was able to get my Pzifer booster shot. Now I just wait 15 minutes and then I can go home. Scheduling the appointment was easy. You just answer all the questions. I made this appointment about a week ago.
