Warning ‼ Do not purchase flowers from here ‼ Terrible experience, customer service and arrangement Was delivered flowers today from Albertsons 1319 floral dept. The bouquet was cut too short when arranged and not secured and completely fell apart. You can see the greenery didn't even touch the water and flowers were already damaged. I called the store and spoke to a man and he said it was delivery and they can come apart from the rubber band. There was never a rubber band or anything! He said bring them in and they would fix. Arrived to the store the florist (lady) had a really bad attitude and angrily tied the flowers together with plastic and shoved back in the vase. Broken flowers and greenery and all. Lost so much greenery/flowers in the process and flowers . No refund offered or exchanged. Still too expensive. The female employee at the self checkout at 1;00 pm on Thursday June 18 was an absolute wench.

Its s nice market and near my home but the prices are out of control, easily 20-25 percent more than the big ie chain. I went for a bottle of wine and left with six but... Hot dog buns 4:99 Progreso soup 3.99 Mayo 7.49 Sour dough bread 6.99 Coffee peets 9.99 but only 10.5 ounce Some reasonable prices if you buy four Like four bags of chips. Ice cream expensive maybe if you buy four. Really you've just about Lost me! read more

Love having Albertsons as a grocery store. Came in today to get a cake for my husband's birthday last minute. The women in the bakery were very helpful and offered to have something written on the cake! Cakes are reasonably priced and always delicious. I also love the floral and balloon department. The women working there have great eye for what will look good together. The latex balloons are reasonably priced; you can get 6 for around $10. Great spot to shop for groceries as well! Looks like they may be making some upgrades inside soon. read more

I've been shopping here for years and it's only because I like their produce. I decided to stop shopping there because the customer service is not good. It's been that way for sometime. They flat out ignore you and act like they don't want to help you or act like you're bothering them. My dad stopped shopping there and he came from Beaumont and he told me the same thing that he's not shopping there anymore because of the customer service. Stater Brothers has the absolute best customer service I've seen around and I'm willing to drive further just to get that. I live right around the corner from Albertsons, but they're not worth it to me. I don't want to give them my money anymore. read more

So Albertsons has gone from plastic bags to paper bags and now paper bags with no handles. Seriously? Good luck moving your groceries from the cart to the car. Or, if you have no cart, good luck trying to carry out your groceries. The clerk's response to this inconvenience? Something mumbled like "sorry." But no help. read more

In fairness I must note that two years after my last review complaining about the poor quality of paper bags sold here to hold groceries, the situation is now much improved. Paper bags I have recently received at this Albertsons are much sturdier than before; the paper handles hold rather than tear off; and the paper is far less brittle than before. On my most recent shopping trip here, six filled paper grocery bags made it to the car and subsequently into the house without incident. It was hard not to notice that prices for all types of groceries, including produce and canned goods, seem to be rather high and escalating week by week, but those circumstances are lately quite common all over. read more

I shop at this Albertsons 2-3 times a day, primarily for Steel Reserve. It's been the most popular and affordable high-ABV beer for a long time -- and they never have it in stock anymore. Meanwhile, the rest of the beer cooler is overflowing with stuff that barely moves. They stock 12 Steel Reserve at a time, it sells out immediately, then it's empty for days. After five straight days of it being sold out -- while the cooler is full of unsold beer -- I asked a manager when they restock. I was told vendors control everything and the store has no say. That seems hard to believe for a large chain with Albertsons-branded pricing tags. To top it off, I was short three cents on a different beer one day and instead of showing any flexibility, they voided the transaction and made me walk out empty-handed. I'm a daily, respectful customer -- it was demoralizing. This used to be my go-to grocery store. Now I'll walk the extra mile to AMPM, where they actually stock what people want and treat customers with some basic decency. read more

Wow I paid $18 for 2 little breakfast steaks that said they were New Yorks but if I took off my shoe and ate it would have been more tender than these. I have never had a steak this chewy in my life. Was totally inedible I ended up throwing it in the trash ! read more

I definitely don't recommend their delivery service. Did not deliver close to $65 of the ordered products. After numerous phone calls they have made getting a refund so very difficult . Keep assuring me it has been refunded..... It hasn't been... I have given up! read more

There is a group of employees that are buying the Pokemon vending machine out before anyone can even go in. I know this because I was there 5 minutes and when the store finally opened the Pokemon machine was out of stock and it was on a screen that could only be reached by interacting with the vending which obviously no one can touch it but the employees before opening which should not be allowed. Not only that if they don't get to it first the employees will just stand around for more than 10 minutes just looking at the vending machine. Shouldn't yall be working not standing by a vending machine? The people stealing time from Albertsons by standing around the machine and stealing time while clocked in was a taller emo looking guy and a bigger shorter white woman they both were young, that is unacceptable for them to be paid to take away from loyal customers. read more

We love this Albertsons. Great take home salads ie summer slaw, potato salad etc We go enough so it's easy to find things then to top it off we get to see Mel who is fast at checkout and has a great sense of humor. We love seeing her. So Many other helpful people including their supervisors who pitch in when it's busy. The sweet people who get the salads and lunch meat for us. Must also include the pharmacists Omar, and Anna and the pharmacy techs Laura and Tami. Love them all ! read more

Felt that I was tricked and deceived by their coupon ad. Went to their store to take advantage of their sale on rib eye steaks which is sale price at $6.87/lb limit of 2 packages. Used to be that there were 4 pieces per package so it would have been worth the drive (9 miles one way) to avail of this coupon sale. It turned out that there were only two pieces per package. Thank my lucky stars that it did not turn out to be just one piece per package. read more

I am extremely disappointed. I placed a deli order for a work meeting a week in advance and followed up 3 days before the event to confirm the order only to show up the day of and they not have any record of my order. It was an unfortunate situation but I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This store has its ups and downs. Honestly the only down is the attitude of an employee named Annette. Very rude and talks to you like you're stupid. She's usually seen at self check out. I've had two bad experiences with her. Definitely not a people person and should be working restocking or in the back. read more

The produce I great and so is everything else they sell but the customer service isn't good anywhere in the store especially their deli counter. I find I get anxiety whenever I had to go to the deli counter because the ladies back there seem annoyed that I'm there to order something and neither of them want to help. I tend to stand there for a minimum of 5 minutes before anyone will acknowledge me and this is after 5 minutes of making actual eye contact with them. I don't know if they think I'll leave after not being help for so long or what. read more

5 stars for Mary who works in the Bakery at this Albertson's location in Redlands. I was trying to order Fruit tarts and she took the time to help me find an acceptable substitute dessert. Apparently the company changed vendor and is having trouble getting the pre made tart shells. The first bakery employee I approached gave no help and no explanation. Mary is the kind of employee I like to see at the local businesses. read more

Today we dropped by for their rotisserie chicken. It's pre-cooked and packaged to go. We like the original flavor, but they have 2 other flavors. In the pandemic world, this is convenient and versatile. Sometimes we eat it like fast-food. Other times, we pull it apart and shred it, and use it in other dishes such as burritos, soups and casseroles. (This saves us a bunch of cooking time!) Albertsons has a large parking lot, that it really doesn't share with other business occupants. So in this case, its a grab-n-go and pay through self-check. Easy! read more

My go-to place for amazing tres leches sheet cake and fried chicken wings. Doesn't have to always be in this order. Rather, enjoyed separately is also ok! The store is usually well-stocked and clean. Not the friendliest people. I get the impression that many of them don't want to be there. They will certainly help you, but only if you ask. They never offer. I go to the Stater's in Mentone now. It's about two miles further, but the people there are very friendly and seem glad to get my business. Albertson's isn't bad; but why not go to a store where they're happy to help. read more

I had a great shopping experience on Friday. The best customer service!! I met a new face and was so delighted. Kiki, was so helpful. I was looking for a particular item and she took me right to it. When I used the self-checkout she was there offering me bags and so helpful to everyone else that was also checking out. I will be happy to see her on all of my shopping trips. I'm a regular at this place mostly because TJs is just too busy/crowded for me. I lose my mind every time I try to go to TJs. But Albertsons is pretty good, they have easy parking. I suggest that if you order a cake or something in advance, double check the day before that they have your order (they lost my daughter's for her birthday, no discount offered in consolation :( ). You know you've made it when your hometown has an Albertsons. These are regarded as one above Vons, so imagine the privilege I feel walking into this grocery store, and the realization that it's just another grocery store! This store is actually conveniently located near my house so we tend to pay extra for the privileged shopping at Albertsons, although I must say that the staff is always chipper and social, and truthfully the shelves are always stocked. I've interacted with the Manager on different occasions and can say that they hold to their promises of honoring a Sale Price whenever an item is out of stock. The brand selections are plentiful and their beer, wine and liquor Aisle provides variety. I don't frequent their Pharmacy as much but the ladies at the Fresh Meats and Seafood areas are always polite and helpful when selecting cheeses, meats or seafood. Not much to complain about other then the long lines to checkout. This Albertsons used to have a three people wait before they opened another checkout counter but i supposed that probably was a costly idea as I. The end they removed the policy...truthfully the waits really aren't that long. read more

I admire how clean this store and not only that but the staff is amazing !! Today I went in there to get a lot of Gatorade and soups I was helped at checkout by Parker was so kind and welcoming. He probably noticed the mess I had lol and how I had a lot of Gatorade . I asked to purchase two big recycling bags from him . Parker was so nice he suggested a box in form of a bag for my items I was so pleased even though it was a little more than the recycle bags I just had to upgrade and get two for this time and all my future shopping . The older women cashiers are too set in their ways and are often rude and mean. Please consider hiring younger more customer friendly cashiers. They haven't developed the meanness yet that the older cashiers have. I am tired of being scolded (ie: for putting the divider up too soon and confusing cashier). Stopped here to buy some drinks. I couldn't find the section with the refrigerated drinks, so I asked an employee and after he told me, another offered to walk me there. He then told me where other kinds were located in the store, too. When I was checking out, the customer in front of me was buying Gatorade that was ringing up the wrong price. The cashier got on the loud speaker to ask for a price check. When no one answered her after a minute, she left to go check on it herself and came running back. The guy seemed a little out of it and was nervous like he did something wrong, and she assured him everything was fine without any judgement towards him. The bagger cracked jokes with me.
