I was able to find everything that I needed on my list today. The configuration of the store layout was redone and now the store is more spacious than before with everything within easy reach. The people at Trader Joe's were patient, friendly, and understanding. I accidentally bumped into a wine display case and I was able to save a wine bottle that was falling to the floor but a second wine bottle hit the floor and broke. I wasn't charged for the broken wine bottle. I would come back to this store again. read more

This Trader Joe's is great for parking, they are located in the same shopping center as a major grocery chain and the parking is great. The selection here is like all other TJ locations. Prices are inline with other locations also. I find the prices to be the same as LA county stores. The staff here is always very friendly and ready to offer great service. A big plus is not fighting for a parking space. Worth the visit. read more

Good location, lots of inventory. However, Afternoon shopping for me only! If you're planning to visit this location, definitely come in the afternoon. The difference in customer service is night and day. In the morning, customer service is lacking. I watched multiple people getting help bagging their items, friendly conversation, the whole experience then I come up, and it's like I wasn't even there. I Just stood there in awkward silence. Afternoons are a totally different vibe, staff is actually attentive and welcoming. Just something to keep in mind. Disgusting and lazy staff. I walked in to do some shopping before I go home and there's disgusting wet stinky dog feces on the floor and of course i didn't see it and i stepped on it!! it smelt so awful i thought i was going to throw up. on top of everything else the workers are standing around laughing and giggling about the issue and not doing anything to clean it up just looking at me as i was the one who stepped in it. i asked the worker if he had wipes or anything so i could clean off my SANDALS and he said "i know" irritated and told me to wait as if i was the problem?? all the workers are useless and just standing around like it isn't their job to help and all they could do was stare and say "well good luck!" i will not be coming back here for a couple months at minimum until i can get over this disgusting experience. disgusting and awful staff. weren't even apologetic about it just kind of said "oh that sucks we're working on only allowing service dogs". read more

I love this store. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful, but on this particular day one of your employees Melia was not very friendly at all. No greeting when being checked out, no eye contact, handed me my receipt with no acknowledgment at all. Bagged my eggs with alfredo and teriyaki bottles on top of them, scanned my flowers, as the flowers bags fell off, she just picked up the bags and crumbled them and stuffed them in my grocery bag. One of the smallest locations I have ever been to. They didn't have a bunch of variety. A lot of my favorite Asian frozen foods were not stocked here... like the Orange Chicken, Kimbap, Tikka Masala, etc. The staff here were quick and efficient! During Christmas time, there were LOTS of customers going through the store. However the cashiers were able to keep the lines moving very fast. read more

During my weekly shopping at Trader Joe's, I randomly go through the body butter for any seasonal scents that come out. To my delight, their Holiday body butter trio with three scents of lavender santal, white gardenia and pineapple bergamot was displayed. I grabbed one set because I love lavender. They are almost out too! Each mini tub holds 3.5 oz. I love Trader Joe's body butter because it's affordable and just as good as the ones you get at the high end cosmetics stores. The body butter makes my skin feel so soft and I use it nightly. This trio set would make a perfect holiday gift! The employee who checked my groceries out was very friendly. Another great TJ's, this one comes with a larger parking lot than your typical TJ's! I thought the store was well-stocked and noticed lots of employees refilling the shelves. I specifically asked for an item, and an employee was so nice to walk me to the aisle to grab the item for me. I have always gone to this traders and never had an issue but just recently I had an interesting experience. I was grabbing some things last minute 30 minutes before they closed since I had just gotten off work. I know that the sardines in spring water are very popular and now hard to find in stock, so whenever I find some I like to stock up with what I can find. If it is on the shelf, then there are up for grabs. Isn't that not the purpose of selling the item? Well, I grabbed the FEW they had, and upon leaving the aisle the female worker who was stocking in the area said out loud while I was still there, "SEE! This is what pisses me off!" Pointing towards the empty space where the sardines were. While I understand they are stocking up, it is very unprofessional and rude to make commentary like this around customers. It made me feel like I was doing something wrong...I'm very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and lack of consideration. This worker seemed to be a manager as she was wearing a pink Hawaiian button up shirt which makes it even worse. read more

First time at this location today. They did not carry or have in stock all of the items I was used to getting from Trader Joe's. I came in the afternoon on a weekday so parking was not bad yet but it would definitely be an issue on weekends/evenings. The most notable thing for me was the two younger girls working the check out. They were gossiping to each other the entire time they were ringing me up and bagging the items. Only one ever addressed me personally and it was only at the beginning and once to say how something was appearing on my receipt. Very unprofessional behavior and conversation. It made me uncomfortable and feel like I was invisible. I will be trying a different location from now on. read more

Great staff at TJs. There is a new melon that I saw that caught my eye - at first, I thought it was a Korean apple pear, but it was not. size is a little smaller than a grapefruit. Thanks to Lola and Garrett TJs team/staff they offered and were able to give me a sample of the fruit to try. One bite of the fruit I was hooked. Juicy, delicious, tastes like honeydew & cantaloupe. My wife went to Trader Joe's in Redlands on April 6, 2025. Her wallet was stolen from her purse while she was in the store shopping. I went to the store to see if I could review their video tapes. They refused, understandably, but the manager then said they only have two video cameras, one at the entrance and one at the exit. my wife then went to the Redlands Police Dept and filed a police report. The officer told her that its not unusual to receive shopper complaints of theft at the Trader Joe's in Redlands because they only have two video cameras in the sore and the thief's know it! read more

They have a good wine selection, although, that's not all I go there for. I went for Cranberry juice and some vitamins, but their vitamin selection was very limited. I don't recall it being that limited before, but I may be wrong about that. The fruit selections are also limited, but I don't usually go for the fruit anyway. The snack section is always my go to aisle, and I have to always get a bag of the Elote Corn Chips.....I luv those chips! read more

I usually come to this trader joe's and I love it because everyone is so kind and inviting but today i had Annette help me out and she was nothing but NASTY!!!!! From the second we walked up she gave us a dirty look, no greeting, and then proceeded to make multiple rude comments while helping us. I was in the Redlands area and wanted to pick up some corn chip dippers (the plain ones) + a few other items. Unfortunately, they ran out of the plain corn dippers. This was the first time they ran out something that I wanted. I did ask one of the staff to check if they have any in stock... she came back with a No... BUMMER! I ended up getting the spicy version. I haven't tried it yet... we'll see how that goes. The inside layout of the store was off, too. Not the standard setup I'm used to seeing at other Trader Joe's. I had to walk all around the store to find the chips LOL. Staff was okay. Parking is plenty. I didn't think I would rate Trader Joe's this low, but I just didn't feel the love that I normally do with other Trader Joe's. Oh well... sometimes, the good vibes aren't always there. Anyway, you can give this Trader Joe's a try when you're in the Redlands area. You may have better vibes LOL. read more

Love that this Trader Joe's is located near two of my favorite 100% vegan restaurants (Plant Power Fast Food and Loving Hut.) I love the variety of vegan food they offer and that all vegan items are clearly labeled either on the front of the item (with the word vegan or the letter v) or on the back of the item. The store has a open layout and staff are available throughout the store to help as needed. Cashiers are efficient, friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate that the store provides a printed list of vegan items sold inside the store which was given to me by the cashier. With such great service, this is one of my favorite must stop shops for vegan groceries! read more

Love this Trader Joe's. The staff are always so friendly and always so nice to my young daughter as she routinely tries to help them scan items at check out lol. They're usually pretty well stocked and I always see them restocking items when I'm in there. They can get really busy on the weekends, so if you want to avoid a crowd go on a weekday. Can't get enough of their unique products and I'm always excited to see what they get in during the holiday season. So glad there is a TJ's nearby :) Also, I think they have the best reusable bags around and love that they only offer paper bags at check out! read more
