Everyone seems to love this store so, I'm sure it's just my personal opinion. I really try to avoid this store because the shoppers are rude. Twice, while I was reading a label on a product, another shopper nudged me out of the way with a shopping cart. While picking up some green beans from the bin, a lady reached over me to fill her bag. She couldn't wait for 30 seconds. This happens every time we shop at the Redlands store so, we just don't shop there. read more

This Trader Joe's is so great to shop at. I like how it's always clean inside and the staff is willing to go out of its way when you're looking for a product. They have the best salads and ready to cook frozen meals in a large variety. I gave up with Aldi's because I actually spend much less here and it's a cleaner store with so much more products. read more

Always a good experience here. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, but there's a wide variety of products that you wouldn't normally see at other grocery stores. For example, I love the cold brew boba ice cream here. They also have ube as another unique flavor, but you can find that at Asian grocery stores as well. The truffle pate is also delish! From their frozen foods and alcohol selection to the flowers, you'll appreciate the items offered here. Cleanliness is also a plus! read more

Honestly I love this Trader Joe's! It can sometimes get busy but they have so much food options. In other states, they don't have as many options but this TJs always has everything. The parking is pretty busy as well so just be careful backing out. read more

So glad there is a Trader Joes in the IE. I only wish they would open more of them because whenever I go its packed. They have a large parking lot, but its shared with a Vons next door. The store aisles are always very full of carts and people and you definitely get a chance to practice your patience. The staff is very helpful and willing to take the time to give you their recommendations. They open up extra checkout lines when needed. That being said they are usually well stocked, except when it comes to seasonal teas. They sold out of the pumpkin tea two weeks before the seasons official end. I always enjoy trying one of their numerous types of cheeses. They have beautiful flowers for sale that last for weeks. Their peppermint candy cane Jojo icecream is delicious. I always make sure I get a variety of nuts, especially the candied pecans. Keep in mind this Trader Joes is right off the freeway in the heart of Redlands. Don't go if you are in a hurry, take your time and come away with all the goodies that Trader Joes has to offer. read more

Plug for Trader Joe's! I was there earlier this morning with my basket and quickly realized I would need a cart, (I don't know why I don't just grab a cart to begin with). Store associate Evan went to get me one and helped me move my items from the basket to the cart. I placed my iced coffee in the front of the cart and it slipped through and broke on the ground. He mopped it up and I apologized. A few minutes later he found me in the store and had walked next door to replace my iced coffee!!! Thank you Evan for going above & beyond to help me. I honestly love Trader Joe's and this location is no exception. There are tons of options and they always seem to have the things other stores are out of. I came here for the highly sought after Jingle Jangle at Christmas and they were fully stocked! I follow a few Trader Joe's accounts on Instagram to get new ideas, and many people complain that when they go to the store near them the items are sold out or not in stock. This never happens here! I have tried all kinds of new foods (plumquat, ie: a hybrid plum and kumquat which was amazing). They have a whole section of grab and go options that I bring for lunch. There are tons of salads, wraps, sandwich filling, and sushi- just to name a few! The cashiers are really good at controlling the lines and I've never waited more than 5 minutes in line, even at peak times. They are friendly and helpful and makes shopping there easy and enjoyable. This is probably the nicest/ quickest (at the check out lines) Trader Joe's I've been to! Granted it was extremely crowded, more so than usual, but the check out was swift. We did a little shopping for the upcoming week and found everything we needed. I have never been a Trader Joe's fan, but after visiting last week, I am now! I had always assumed organic food was expensive, but the prices here were really inexpensive! I may have to convert to Trader Joe's from now on! The biggest perk for me was the credit card plays a little jingle as soon as it's done collecting your payment haha! It was cute!! read more

Only giving 1 star because the prices on some things are amazing. But I keep seeing recommendations on TikTok so I wanted to stop in & see what the hype was. Store was great but the people customers and employees was not great. Very rude and not friendly. It was just uncomfortable. I couldn't even really look because every isle had at least 2 employees stocking the shelves all fast like they were on a timer or something and I felt I was in there way. When I went to produce a employee literally had a box and sat it right in front of me & started stocking the produce like I wasnt there looking at what I was gonna buy. So rude. I love Trader Joe's!!! The layout of this store is a bit funky in my opinion, I was confused (but that's just how I am). Their frozen section is amazing! It's like bigger than the other Trader Joe's frozen sections? Maybe? Maybe I was just super hungry and this place was just so amazing at the time. Always a beautiful selection of cheese and frozen desserts. The employees here were super nice! I definitely went on the wrong day, dude told me to avoid Sunday's because that's like legit one of the busiest days. I usually don't have any problems here, and this is my go-to Trader Joe's. However, once in a while, you do run into someone working at a Trader Joe's that shouldn't be in contact with people. Today was such a day at the check-out lane with Addi. If management reads this, seriously, she needs to be retrained or working in the back. When she started bagging my groceries, she was throwing everything in all willy-nilly. Normally, refrigerated and freezer items are bagged together. So, when I saw what was happening with the first bag, I started resorting it, saying (in a nice non-snotty tone), "I live on the mountain and need to put freezer items in my cooler." To which she replied, "Oh, so you want to bag all the groceries?" MY MISTAKE for saying yes, but I was taken aback that that was her first offer, instead of saying, "Ok, I'll sort them that way." So when she was done ringing us up, I was still bagging; so I said, I could use some help with the rest, to which, IN A VERY SNOTTY TONE, she said, "Well, you said you wanted to bag all the groceries or I would've been helping you all this time." I mean, it was snotty. Sometimes I'm willing to make a scene, and others not so much. It caught me so off-guard. She definitely should not be working the check stand, so if you see her, I would avoid her. read more

Normally I love Trader Joe's, but this location is terrible. I went in and just needed to buy one item. I couldn't find it, so I asked an associate. They appeared so upset that I asked for assistance and simply said, "it's in the cooler area". After being given a vague response, I made my way to the cashier, who looked at me with an extremely angry face. She literally stared right at me and walked away without saying a word. The cashier then made her way towards another worker and began talking/laughing with her. Terrible service, I understand retail is tough but damn no one is forcing you to work there. This Trader Joe's is amazing. As are most Trader Joe's but this is the one in my area and that I frequent most often. Trader Joe's in my opinion beats out Whole Food simply based off of price and selection. There is always parking and it is located in an area with plenty of other grocery stores but Trader Joe's is where I always end up going. They are always well stocked and helpful if you're lost or looking for something. I appreciate the displays and recommendations that they give for new products ranging from hot sauces to fish to flowers. I'm always surprised by the low prices and quality of products available for purchase. I would definitely recommend this Trader Joe's and all Trader Joe's!!! read more

I love love love love Trader Joes. They have the most delicious food choices, the most helpful grocers and such a clean store. Their ready to eat meals and sauces are delicious. They have great coffee and of course this famous two buck Chuck isn't too bad either. I feel their prices are competitive with most other grocery stores. I know they will take any opened item back as a return with full money back guarantee. I've heard that if you ask nicely they will even open items and let you taste test them before buying them. How great is that customer service? This Trader Joe's is right next to a nice Mediterranean restaurant that has great food, too. I have yet to try their lemon chicken soup. I love Trader Joe's, but not the Redlands location. I don't know what it is about this location. First, the customers are awful. They think they can just leave their carts wherever they think that what they need is more important than anyone else shopping in the store. I literally got hit in the heals today by a lady. Second, I totally get that the employees need to restock but can you please have some curtesy for the people shopping. When I was in there today I had so many employees just go right in front of me to put something away like I wasn't even standing there. No excuse me or do you mind if I put this away real quick. It's a great store the atmosphere is always kind and welcoming, yes sometimes there are employees stocking shelves but they are always more than willing to grab you something or if they're directly in your way they move. I have always been a fan of trader joe's but this location holds my heart! I have a history with having low blood pressure and hypotension. Due to this, when I visited their store a couple of months ago, I passed out when I was in the line to check out. When I gained my consciousness, I was woken up to two female workers that were fanning me as well as making sure I was hydrated and taken care of. They were so courteous and did not make me feel ashamed (as I was already embarassed). In all their service does not disappoint, and their staff is always willing to recommend different products and help you find the best ingredients. I also love their cheese selection!
