For those of you who don't know about the small business Best 99 on county line ... you're missing out.. those of you who haven't been in a while... stop in!! Friendly staff and they have everything you need! I went the other day and got 3 water guns, a ton of water balloons and some bubbles. My children and I had a wonderful Sunday afternoon in our back yard. Stopped by there again to get coffee filters and snacks for our movie night tonight. They have EVERYTHING! Kitchen items, food, ice cold drinks and ice cream. Cleaning products, shoes, shirts, hats, craft materials, medicine, make up and makeup removers, toys, coloring books, and I love their gift bags. I love this store I love the owner He's so sweet and nice and friendly with all the customers but his wife she was very rude to me I asked her where the funnels were And I went to look and all I Saw was funnels for cars and I didn't think that's where they were I thought it was going to be on the back wall by all the other kitchen utensils and accessories, but it wasn't And then when I asked her again she got all huffy and then started stomping down the aisle and pointed it to me that right there they're right there they're right there very rude she was she needs to mimic her husband's personality because she's way off no personality at all that woman has other than that I love their store but I won't go there for a while if she can't be nice to the customers like me read more

We were in the area so we stopped by this location. This used to be my moms favorite place to shop while she lived in Yucaipa. The store was extremely clean, everything in its place. I found several items that the Redlands store did not carry for my spa party this weekend (little granddaughters party)... They had a couple of check-stands open and there wasn't a line so it was literally walk up and check out. Mask are still required, x's on floor for checkout..... Parking is always a challenge, they share a parking lot with lots of other businesses. My mom would be happy, her favorite place is still there and doing great. Mornings are the best, everything is fresh and hadn't been picked over yet. read more

I actually like this 99 variety store, I guess mainly because its near where I live (thats a huge plus! otherwise drive to Yucaipa Blvd to the other 99c only or Dollar store. They have a variety, you never know what your going to find in there, they also have some shoes, t-shirts, knitted hats, socks, etc...They have a lot those hard to find household items, hardware, babystuff, school supplies, make-up, Party Supplies & food - I guess the only thing I'd like to see more of, would be more refrigerated food (sandwich meats, chorizo, etc)...but they're building a supermarket next door, so that might not be an issue much longer. I like coming here, simply because its so convenient, the only thing (& only reason I don't go there that often) is that there are some "characters" to put it politely that come by frequently....but I try not to let that stop me from patronizing it, its a good little "convenient store - might add the only one nearby, stuffs cheap & the family that owns it are really polite & go out of their way to help you each time :) read more

I went to this store this morning and didn't find the type of engine oil that I needed. No big deal. However once I left the owner started following me out of the store and screaming at me. I thought maybe he thought I stole something so I emptied my pockets and he continued to scream at me for not buying anything. No one is entitled to buy things at your store and you shouldn't be screaming at your customers if they don't. I've noticed him following other customers out of the store on other occasions as well so this seems to be a regular event here. I will never be coming back here again. read more

This store has a great variety of all kinds of stuff, the stuff you drive 10-15miles to a big box store to but a thing-a-ma-jig. Check here first, you may be pleasantly surprised! Absolutely no stars. This place need to shut down for disrespectful and rude to the customer. Do not come to this store. Is a family own business and the father and son are rude people. If you have an item needed to exchange they won't take it and said it's not their products. Then says the way you open the product is wrong. After that he got some male customer trying to escort you out like you're a criminal and didn't even returns your money. The police have been notified. read more

I love the the items in the store too but not so much the owners seem to gyp you off either with over taxing or just won't return the exact change something is off and I've noticed they only say Hi to certain customers not a nice feeling. read more

I found a lot of items that I couldn't find it in the other 99 cents store (99 c only, dollar tree and etc ) price is good and service is above and beyond). As the name states, this really is the BEST 99 cent store! I craft a lot and am an artist and as you may know, crafting and art supplies aren't always the cheapest things to come by. However, this 99 cent store blew me away with their generous aisle of crafting, scrapbooking, and and general artsy supplies. To top it off, they have a decent section of household tools as well - all perfect and affordable for the starving artist! Very satisfied whenever I stop by and pretty much everything is actually 99 cents (none of that 99cents Plus crap) and employees are very sweet and helpful. read more

They have everything! Anything I can randomly need I know I can just go down to Best 99 and they will have it! We went to buy nuts and bolts from our local hardware. Cost? Over $35!! Went to Best 99 in Calimesa and bought even more nuts and bolts than we needed for $5!!! They come in multi packs fir $1 a pack. Also bought draft excluder foam ($4 at the hardware store) and liquid nails ($1.99 but still cheaper than anywhere else) Best 99 has a HUGE selection of hair accessories, jewelry, nail varnish, and craft accessories. But they also have household, seasonal decorations, plastics, shoes and even milk! Love this place! Be sure to look around--there are many surprises, like hula hoops and fancy lace fans...yes, only a dollar! read more
