NEVER would I ever step foot in this store again... as soon as I walked in the door the gentleman behind the counter looked at me with a disgusting scow on his face! I have dealt with many people such as this, so I really paid it no mind and proceeded to get my coffee. I approached the counter with two Red Bulls, say this is a refill of coffee because I had my own cup and I also had a water bottle with ice in it and I said this one is just ice. He rings me up while on the phone and when I ask him if I can have a bag for the two Red Bulls, he looks at me with another look of discussed and says that'll be $.10, the man wouldn't even give me a bag! I reached into my pockets and I don't have any change so I said that's OK. You have a very blessed day. I am so glad that I do not allow negative souls like this to affect me but again if I live just across the street that would've avoid this store. read more

I came to exchange a propane tank. I PAID 28$. They could not open their cage in to exchange my tank. They could not even give me a Refund. So I went to Tractor Supply on Calimesa to Refill my propane tank. 15$. I do not need their propane anymore. Now the owner refuses to give me a refund and insists on giving me a propane tank that I no longer need. I just want my refund. So now I will have to call my bank and dispute it. Also only 1 employee knows how to speak English. It's a struggle to communicate with everyone else that works here. They're all Indian. Only the assistant manager is white. The only person that can actually speak with you and that you can understand. But he gets no respect from the owner and is hardly there. They definitely live up to the Stereotypes. This is NOT the 1st problem I've had here as well. I am NOT the only person that has these problems with them. I recommend that everyone avoid this place and take their business elsewhere. read more

I've lived In this city for almost 10 years and I've never gone to a worst store than this 7 Eleven. Not only are their prices inconsistent, but they also do not refund you when THEY are the ones to make the mistake. I don't even know how this is still open. We had an incident where the cashier spilled our drink yet made me pay for it rather than allowing me to refill my drink. Corporate will be contacted and it's been MULTIPLE incidents here. My children nor family will ever be back here again. Nor do I recommend anyone else to. read more

Stopped coming here in 2015 because the woman with long gray hair & glasses was beyond rude on two occasions. Starting coming here again 2 weeks ago. This time another employee was once again pretty rude. I get she may be tired, but rudeness at this location seems to be standard. This place is crazy the blonde older lady is rude I found ants in my soda no big deal I didn't even take a picture so I drive back up the street to show the clerk my soda and I kindly asked for a refund very simple she counter offers me a soda no thank you I reply and she gets irrational with me says she's gonna get fired for coming up 2 dollars short why I don't know how considering I would think the owner would be happy I wouldn't go this route which I will never shop at this 7/11 again especially since she still works there apparently she was lying and didn't get fired it's gross I will be calling the health department next for riverside county read more

Disgusting employees dont wear masks or gloves in the middle of a pandemic and they handle all your purchases coughing sneezing everywhere.

Just had an experience at this 7-11 15 minutes ago, 3:45 PM. My wife went in. 2 girls/young women came in not wearing masks for COVID-19. My wife turned away and they laughed, "we made her turn around.". Clerk allowed them to continue in the store and make their purchase. I called the store and spoke with the clerk asking if they observe requiring masks. She said no. She said they may tell people to wear masks next time. I asked if she told the 2 this. She said no. I will be reporting this incident to Riverside County Publuc Health and 7-11 corporate offices. read more

Probably the worst 7-11 store around. I went in there today to buy something at about 1:50pm. The cashier stated to the five people in line " Im only going to do one more then I have to do a 10 minute shift change break". And sure enough thats what he did. What type of dirtbag business stops all transaction in the middle of the business day to do a shift change? There is no management at this 7-11 . The franchisee should be be removed and the manager, if there even is one, should be fired. No wonder they have an overall rating of one star. This place takes pride in providing bad service. Additionally their employees look like they were hired right out of the welfare office. One guy refused to ring up products one day until I said what a glorious day it was! It's 7-11 which is a superior convenience store experience. Their diet coke is better than AM/PM and they have a huge selection of whatever you need. I buy food, medicine, beer, etc here. Plus it's not as ghetto as ones in the city. The only downside is the parking lot is kind of small and it gets crazy in the morning. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The employees are really nice but the "clerk" who I think is the owner is the rudest person I've come across. He has absolutely no concept of what customer service is. The worst part is that he totally spoke down to and humiliated the really nice lady that was working there who was doing nothing more than being helpful. He snapped at her about stacking the chips, then again about doing something else and told her to learn priorities when she was the only one focused on the customer experience. When my husband and I pulled up around 9:15 am the man that was outside smoking went inside after my husband had been in the store getting his drinks for work. Turns out he's the cashier of the store. What bothered me the most is he went back in too ring my husband up he never washed his hands,need I remind you that there's hot food sold here. I asked to use the restroom during normal business hours, this one is supposed to use 24 hours, the manager said he would not let me because he doesn't like to clean it. The service is horrible, i ask for my receipt, after using cash, and the clerk gave me a reprint. I ask for the original, and i was told the register doesnt print out cash receipts. I think someone should look into this, sounds like sticky fingers. read more
