White rabbit literally has the best sandwich I have ever had. It's called the California classic which comes with the go to fixings: turkey, bacon, mayo, tomato, lettuce, red onion, and honey mustard, on squaw bread. We paired it with an ice coffee with oat milk and English toffee which was pretty good. Another perk to this coffee shop is the seating which can be either inside with about 5 table options and a great patio option which shade to enjoy lunch. I don't know if the owner of The White Rabbit just doesn't care or is just ignoring the situation at his restaurant. However as a resident of Yucaipa we care and want places like this to stick around. We stuck with its slow service and thankfully it got better, but what happened today was unacceptable. We went in at 12:50 on Sunday, three people working, on Father's Day and ordered sandwiches and were told they weren't making anymore because they were closing soon. When we asked when they were closing, we were told 3:00 and they had to clean the sandwich area. Two hours to clean a small prep area. I could understand if it was 2:00. Let's face it, they just wanted to keep socializing and not taking care of couple of regulars who wanted lunch after church. If you're going to own a restaurant don't turn it over to a bunch of kids who don't care. Otherwise you'll be out of business. Sad!!! read more

Came here just before 1pm on a Sunday and we were told that they can't make sandwiches anymore today. When I asked why, they said they close at 3 and need to clean the kitchen. There were 3 employees and it absolutely does not take that much time to clean that small kitchen. We used to love coming here but will not return! You lost faithful customers! read more

I ordered a sandwich that I get often and today the gentleman working the front said they were out of bread that he could only make half sandwiches. I ordered this to go so by the time I got home and I opened it and looked at it, it was more like half of a half sand which, ridiculous!. Nine dollars for a tiny piece of bread that looked like it was barely slapped together and wasn't even prepared remotely close to how they're usually made. Went a few months ago. Been trying new coffee spots as a local in yucaipa. Was excited to try it. Im always looking for a welcoming coffee shop with tasty drinks, pastries, and a good vibe. Vibe was probably the best thing, but personally did not feel welcome, which is fine. It was a busy morning. Coffee was fine. Pastries options were super disappointing. Cannot confirm, but looked like re-packaged store bought pastries. At least repackage some Costco pastries. And the sandwich was just okay. Felt like I make a better sandwich which is not a high bar. Haven't been back since. First impression was poor. read more

Went to get 1 drink in the morning & after we ordered we waited about 20 minutes and never got our order. We then started noticing multiple people that ordered after us were receiving theirs food and drinks and still not ours. We then went to the counter to ask where our one drink was and the said "sorry we will start that one next". Then they said "we don't make the drinks in the order that people pay"....... Like what? How does that make any sense at all? Place needs to teach their staff how to run a shop. We ended up getting a refund and leaving. read more

Coffee, food, staff, and availability of essentials has FLOPPED tremendously... rude, unconcerned staff, out of almost everything, not keeping coffee counter clean, always a mess, menu items always out of something, coffee is like drinking medium-hot browned water, ice cubes in the creamer???? What gives??? This place used to be the BEST in town, now it's sluggish, unprofessional, unkempt, with ruder than necessary YOUNG childish staff, can't keep up the coffee bar with ready to pour coffees IN THE MORNINGS, and there's NO ONE IN THERE(?), so it's not like its busy , just a total LET DOWN now... we've patronized this establishment for 20+ years, but now, it's so bad, we won't ever go back, unless the owner brings it BACK to how it used to be, and the Quality they had in the past. Ordered the California classic.. I come here often and last time I ordered it they neglected to tell me they were out of tomato's and noticed it when I received my sandwich. Thought this was a one off and didn't think anything of it. I come back today and order the same sandwich no mention they're out of anything, and received my sandwich without tomato and bacon. Literally turkey and a piece of lettuce, I asked them if they were out of bacon and tomato and they acknowledged they were but still took my order without mentioning it and just sad sorry. Granted these sandwiches are not cheap and I go there because of the ambiance. But to sell a product and not letting the customer know they're out of something before selling it for them to find out is wild. Then to just say sorry, sucks to be u.. that's another level. I will definitely be asking if they're out of anything before I pay if I decide to go again. read more

Overall, good experience. While antiquing down the street this is a great place to stop and grab a little treat. Girls working there are sweet and helpful with answering questions. Only reason I give it a 4/5 is the decor/ambiance inside is very plain. Furniture looks outdated and not comfortable. Needs some rugs, new paint, basically a facelift. Went last Wednesday, the 2 girls working had no personality. We asked for the London Port, with roast beef, mustard, and onion ONLY and got it with everything on it. I asked for the mocha coffee drink. It said two shots of coffee on the chalk menu. There was no coffee in it. The sandwiches were very sad looking, obviously just thrown together. The girl behind the counter, with long blonde hair was making the sandwiches with no gloves, her hair wasn't tied back or a hair net on, I'm surprise the health department allows that. I used to go there a lot a few years back, I don't live in the area anymore and was visiting and thought we would go back because it was so good but what a huge disappointment hopefully they do better in the future. read more

Hi y'all!' October 14th around 1pm , i decided to try this place out ! From the start the overall atmosphere was so comfy and cozy. Great warm vibes, but then i ordered. I ordered a lose left tea and a sandwich. Great sandwich, my tea had leaves in the bottom of the cup still ( i didn't realize it was loose left tea before ordering) and had addressed that to the 3 baista's there. As i go to address it, one girl is eating a sandwich right where they're making drinking and another is sitting on the floor . Thought to myself eating around food and not in the break room ?? ALSO SITTING ON THE BARE FLOOR . As i'm walking away to continue my homework all three start laughing. Anyways, I stayed and continued to do homework whole time i couldn't even focus to do my homework. The barista named Ava was ranting to the other 2 blondes about her getting kicked out of her moms and having to stay at her dad's house !! I could hear their whole conversation the whole time i was there !! No one welcomes , no one says good bye. Very disappointed since it looks like such a great place !! Not welcoming. In the front patio were a bunch of older men talking about very conservative views and how "men who want vaginas need to shut up". Shrugged it off, went inside. Staff is unwelcoming. Do they hire high school girls? They dress inappropriate, have no experience, and talk a lot. It's very creepy to think that a manager would hire a bunch of minors. What I assume were some friends and not workers walked into the kitchen and just stood around and talked to them. The final nail in the coffin was when I was approached by two men who, after what I assume was a Bible study, came up to me and invited me to church. I didn't care about that, but one of the men put his hand on my shoulder and when I brushed it away he tried touching me again. I immediately told staff that I would call the cops and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. So if you wanna support a cafe with Trump supporters, a possibly creepy manager who hires very young women, and even MORE creepy customers who say they're Christian but they're actually creepy men, then this is your place. Going to be following up with the better business bureau about this. Worst experience I have ever had in a coffee shop. read more

They're lucky to get one star.The first time we went here we had a good experience. The last two times were not good. The young lady at the register was very rude. Has no customer service whatsoever made me feel like we were bothering her& took long to get us our sandwiches ,Because she was too busy visiting with some of the guest there ,while my food is getting cold & then comes & brings us our food & I still tell her thank you & she doesn't even respond to me . This morning my Husband & daughter went there . The guy at the register today has a attitude, rolling his eyes & being impatient so needless to say this will be the last time that we will be going here. We try to support local businesses especially when you see that they have Christian based stuff in their business. It's very simple treat your customers with respect & have customer service etiquette. They offer a multitude of different latte flavors so I settled on a hot Creme de Menthe latte w/ almond milk, on oh my god was it exquisitely tasty! Cute Coffee shop in downtown Yucaipa! Indoor and Outdoor seating available. It it's cool enough, the front porch seems to be the prime spot! They have a selection of coffees to choose from. I opted for an iced chocolate latte with peppermint. It was perfect, not too sweet! The employees were helpful in explaining the menu. The blended choices aren't necessarily avail for over drinks etc. Restroom was clean. Decorated cute. Just an overall nice place to meet a friend for coffee or a sandwich; Highly recommend!!! read more

Me and my sister found this place after our hike a few minutes down the road and we enjoyed it a lot. Although we didn't get any food the menu and the options looked very good and as for the coffee, it was great. I got a sugar free drink (which not a lot of places can make taste good) and it was delicious. Finished it before getting half way home. Drove a little bit to get here after reading reviews. I was just feeling like a jasmine hot tea and it seemed they had an extensive menu of teas. I chose one and they said they were out. I think out of their 10 tea choices on the menu they only had about 3 or 4. Disappointed. The vanilla black tea was okay for 3.50. Maybe I'll come back and try it again. read more
