Ordered through thrive thru and my drink came out very quickly however I felt very overwhelmed with the amount of drinks on their menu and I ordered 3 different drinks and they were all very mediocre. I tried a banana flavored coffee drink and two types of red bull refreshers that were way too sweet. Would not recommend, it's an overhyped coffee spot in my opinion. read more

Visited this location and as usual all the people were super nice. My only issue and the reason I took off one star, is that the wait time to get my drink was very long. It took at least 15 minutes just to get to the window and then it took another 3+ minutes to get my one drink. The people in the back were making lots of drinks and they had them lined up on the counter, but my drink was not ready. I find that this happens a lot at Dutch Brothers. I don't know how their system works but I see lots of drinks on the counters except for the one they need...mine. It's kind of odd but I'm sure there's some reason for it. Ordered 1 soda and took 25 to 30 minutes to get. There were only three cars in front of me, they took my order prior to getting to the window so about 20min before getting to the window. I get to the window the employee confirmed my order then proceeded to make two coffee drinks then made mine. I get wanting to jump start other orders but sitting at the window an additional amount of time for one single drink is a little silly. This would be the second time this has happened and it's typically after 3pm. Either they are short staffed or poor team work. I suggest not to take orders prior to getting to the window if you're just going to make the drinks while customer is at the window. read more

Genuinely confused as to why it took over 30 minutes for employees to even take the order of the car ahead of us. There weren't any employees working the drive-thru line like they normally do, so I initially assumed they were understaffed. But after looking inside, there were at least four employees just... cleaning. An orange drink sat on the counter for about 10 minutes while the car ahead of us seemed completely ignored. Meanwhile, the line grew to about six cars behind us, still with no orders being taken, and a walk-up customer (who had been there before we arrived) was also left waiting. We pulled in at 7:12 PM and our order wasn't taken until 7:51 PM -- again, with only one car ahead of us. When we finally reached the window, we got an apology and some stickers for the wait. Every location I've been to usually has a wait time attached. At first glance this particular location seemed to be not too bad. Only 5 cars ahead of me no big deal. But once I was in I was stuck for a long while. I have visited this location multiple times. Limited parking. The staff come out to take our order and process payment. Then the wait.. once at the window the servers are happy to pull out your selection that was ordered 20 min ago. Served with a happy tone and happy smile. All your troubles subside and you're left with a, "mmm this is good." Their menu has a huge combination of sweet, tart, fruity, caramel, mocha and oh yes coffee flavors. Seasonal drinks and fan favorites the possibilities are endless. If you gotta have that craving quenched there's not much else to do but wait. This Dutch Bros is by far my favorite, both for the service and the quality of the drinks. I went in on Sunday morning when it was extremely busy, and one employee -- I believe his name was Jacob -- was working alone. Despite how hectic it was, he handled everything amazingly well. He stayed friendly, professional, and positive under pressure, and you could tell he genuinely cared about giving customers a great experience. Dutch bros has been my go-to for months now and I loved it because the employees are usually very friendly and it's just a great way to start my day. The drinks are always great no matter what you get. I have tried coffees,teas, lemonades and rebels all of which have been great. So the quality of the product is up to par. Unfortunately in the recent times I have gone there has been one specific employee that twice now has been rude. One of the main reasons I would go to this dutch bros in specific was because the employees were always kind and I loved starting my day that way. This is my second time having dutch bros and it did not disappoint! We were lucky to arrive when there was no line in the drive thru, which was honestly shocking since it's always packed here. The parking lot is spacious and not difficult to figure out. We were helped by a younger girl and she was very sweet, even though there were no cars behind us she came outside and took our order on her tablet to expedite our process. I had my friend order for us since their menu has so many options; we each got an iced tropical lemonade with extra coconut milk and peach drizzle. We've been coming to this Dutch Bros location for over two years now and last month they changed the golden Eagle flavor and every Dutch Bros I've gone to in the last two months, golden eagle is not the same. I had one of the best experiences today with Oriana. She went above and beyond and somehow got the mix back to the way that it was before. I was so pissed because the golden eagle is my go to drink and it just didn't taste the same anymore so I had to figure out a new drink and she went above and beyond and made it from scratch And I'm so happy that I came across her today.
