I wanted to take a moment to recognize Smalls for the wonderful experience she provided. From the moment she helped me, she was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away and was genuinely fun to talk to. Her positive attitude and friendly personality really stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. What impressed me the most was how knowledgeable she was when helping me choose a drink. She listened to what I liked and recommended something that was absolutely perfect. It's clear that she cares about making sure customers have a great experience and find something they'll enjoy. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Smalls went above and beyond. Her kindness, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with people are truly special. Thank you, Smalls, for your excellent service and for making my experience such a positive one. You are appreciated, and I hope your hard work is recognized! read more

Helpful cashier:) we needed an envelope for a graduation and asked if they had any for gift cards and things. They showed us what they had and it wouldn't work but the cashier suggested cvs across the street. That worked great. The latte wasn't my cup o jo, mildly sweet and really not that tasty, but quick and friendly service goes a long way read more

Ordered through thrive thru and my drink came out very quickly however I felt very overwhelmed with the amount of drinks on their menu and I ordered 3 different drinks and they were all very mediocre. I tried a banana flavored coffee drink and two types of red bull refreshers that were way too sweet. Would not recommend, it's an overhyped coffee spot in my opinion. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Yucaipa, California

Visited this location and as usual all the people were super nice. My only issue and the reason I took off one star, is that the wait time to get my drink was very long. It took at least 15 minutes just to get to the window and then it took another 3+ minutes to get my one drink. The people in the back were making lots of drinks and they had them lined up on the counter, but my drink was not ready. I find that this happens a lot at Dutch Brothers. I don't know how their system works but I see lots of drinks on the counters except for the one they need...mine. It's kind of odd but I'm sure there's some reason for it. Otherwise, my drink was prepared as ordered. read more

The snacks are good! Love the tigers blood green tea. The service is always smooth. Outside bench seats are nice not a lot of shade!

The workers here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered my drink blended and going up to the window the drink was completely melted. When i kindly asked for a remake because it was not what i ordered she refused saying no were too busy when there was two cars behind me. I asked again and she said " no i can refuse any service ". I accepted and just asked for a stoppers and she said again told me no. How rude and miserable do you have to be to treat customers like this. Don't go here. read more

Anytime I'm in the mood for a good drink I head over to Dutch bros because I always leave happy. This location specifically is close to home and I'm here quite often. They're always in a great mood, playing good music, and ready to make the perfect drink for you. I went (yesterday) and knew the flavor pallet I was wanting but had no clue on what I wanted so I asked Omar, who graciously recommended a drink. I tried it before I left, & when I tell you it hit ALL the notes in the best way. It was a chai made with chocolate milk and banana cream (white chocolate) soft top. SOOOO good! Thanks again Omar, you're the absolute best !! read more

I had the best experience at Dutch Bros today just before 7pm! My drink was absolutely perfect--packed with flavor, refreshing, and made just right. You can tell the baristas really care about getting it right because every sip was amazing. Honestly, it was the best drink I've ever had there, and it totally made my day. Great service, friendly vibes, and a drink I'll definitely be coming back for! Ohh and we ordered 6 drinks and they worked hard to get them out in a timely manner! Omar at Dutch Bros in my hometown is amazing! I usually order the same drink every time, but I wanted to expand my choices and try something new. Omar took the time to give me thoughtful recommendations and really listened to what flavors I like. Because of his suggestion, I tried the green tea lemonade, which I never even knew existed or that they could make and now I absolutely love it! It's officially my new favorite drink. The whole experience was great , the ambience was upbeat, welcoming, and just had a really good vibe. Omar's customer service was phenomenal. He was friendly, patient, and made the interaction fun and comfortable. It's employees like him that make people want to keep coming back. Thank you, Omar, for the awesome service and for helping me discover my new favorite drink! read more

Best service in town and amazing sweet hot chocolate! Best coffee place ever in town.

A review for a custom drink that I usually order for my mother every Saturday. She doesn't like things too sweet and most of the menu is very sweet even with the half sweet option. This drink is a large iced latte with 3 honey and oat milk. She enjoys it. She likes to taste the coffee and have some subtle sweetness. The service is always great here and the place is always welcoming but thought I'd leave the review like you asked. Also smaller sizes I just subtract one honey. read more

Absolutely terrible experience at Dutch Bros. The girl who took my order, who had her hair in a slick ponytail, was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude from the beginning. I specifically asked for my drink to be extra blended, and she barely blended it at all. When I pointed out that it wasn't made the way I ordered it and asked her to remake it, she gave me even more attitude and NEVER even remade my drink. I literally paid for something that wasn't made the way I requested and was left with it after asking for it to be corrected. The entire interaction was disrespectful, unprofessional, and honestly ridiculous. If you work in customer service, the absolute bare minimum is treating customers with respect and fixing an order when it wasn't made correctly. Management seriously needs to address this employee's behavior and do a better job training their workers because there is no excuse for treating paying customers this way. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. read more

Ordered 1 soda and took 25 to 30 minutes to get. There were only three cars in front of me, they took my order prior to getting to the window so about 20min before getting to the window. I get to the window the employee confirmed my order then proceeded to make two coffee drinks then made mine. I get wanting to jump start other orders but sitting at the window an additional amount of time for one single drink is a little silly. This would be the second time this has happened and it's typically after 3pm. Either they are short staffed or poor team work. I suggest not to take orders prior to getting to the window if you're just going to make the drinks while customer is at the window. read more

If you build it... they will come. People love forming lines. Wrapped around a building even better. The craze of Dutch bros is fascinating. Every location I've been to usually has a wait time attached. At first glance this particular location seemed to be not too bad. Only 5 cars ahead of me no big deal. But once I was in I was stuck for a long while. I have visited this location multiple times. Limited parking. The staff come out to take our order and process payment. Then the wait.. once at the window the servers are happy to pull out your selection that was ordered 20 min ago. Served with a happy tone and happy smile. All your troubles subside and you're left with a, "mmm this is good." Their menu has a huge combination of sweet, tart, fruity, caramel, mocha and oh yes coffee flavors. Seasonal drinks and fan favorites the possibilities are endless. If you gotta have that craving quenched there's not much else to do but wait. If you're pressed for time I would recommend ordering on the app and pick up instead. read more

Had a great experience with Zar and Sarah. Prompt service and a quality beverage. Can't ask for more than that.

I went to order at Dutch Bros. There was a sign that said our representatives or our workers/employees zigzag to serve all of our clientele, and so I thought that that was actually the way that things were done. There was a line of people in front of me about four or five cars and all of the individuals on the left-hand side were continuing to pull forward and there was one representative or one barista or whatever you guys call them taking orders only standing on that one side only servicing those single individuals on that one side, ignoring everyone on that other side, and choosing to service only the individuals on the left side, causing a backup as well as infuriating. The number of individuals waiting myself included to be assisted people on the other side, were choosing to gun their engine in order to jump in front of individuals on the right side again not following any of your protocol that's listed and we ended up not being served. We ended up completely being ignored after waiting about 10 minutes to be addressed and sitting in a line behind multiple cars all of which on the right hand side chose to leave your establishment on Yucaipa Boulevard. You guys should be ashamed of yourself, especially if this is a standard protocol. I find it really rude. I find it really ridiculous, especially since you have signage that says you offer this kind of service where individuals zigzag back-and-forth but your barista our servers are just choosing to serve whoever the hell they feel like it's bad form on your part. It makes me really want a question going back to Dutch Bros but definitely about going back to this location. so I'd like an answer from anyone besides a bot. I'd like a reason why and I'd like to make sure that this a young brown haired, darker skinned...I don't know whether he was tan or if he was Hispanic or what his ethnicity was, young man chose to ignore everyone on one side or, if he was just selecting his friends at about 5:10 5:15 or a little before then afternoon on 15 July so I'm looking forward to your response and answer. Thanks. read more

The consistency of product is great however the customer service can be hit or miss at this location. As someone who works long shifts in healthcare, I need my morning pick me up. Dutch bros has been my go-to for months now and I loved it because the employees are usually very friendly and it's just a great way to start my day. The drinks are always great no matter what you get. I have tried coffees, teas, lemonades and rebels all of which have been great. So the quality of the product is up to par. Unfortunately in the recent times I have gone there has been one specific employee that twice now has been rude. One of the main reasons I would go to this dutch bros in specific was because the employees were always kind and I loved starting my day that way. The excellent customer service seemed to be part of the brand of the company but those experiences with that specific employee have been off putting. read more

Genuinely confused as to why it took over 30 minutes for employees to even take the order of the car ahead of us. There weren't any employees working the drive-thru line like they normally do, so I initially assumed they were understaffed. But after looking inside, there were at least four employees just... cleaning. An orange drink sat on the counter for about 10 minutes while the car ahead of us seemed completely ignored. Meanwhile, the line grew to about six cars behind us, still with no orders being taken, and a walk-up customer (who had been there before we arrived) was also left waiting. We pulled in at 7:12 PM and our order wasn't taken until 7:51 PM -- again, with only one car ahead of us. When we finally reached the window, we got an apology and some stickers for the wait. Yippie. 3 stars for the drinks even though they got the order wrong at first read more

This is my second time having dutch bros and it did not disappoint! We were lucky to arrive when there was no line in the drive thru, which was honestly shocking since it's always packed here. The parking lot is spacious and not difficult to figure out. We were helped by a younger girl and she was very sweet, even though there were no cars behind us she came outside and took our order on her tablet to expedite our process. I had my friend order for us since their menu has so many options; we each got an iced tropical lemonade with extra coconut milk and peach drizzle. Both were out quickly and the employees had a conversation with us as they made our drinks. Happy to have a Dutch bros so close, will be back soon! read more
