My friend and I reserved the afternoon tea and it was such a cute and fun experience. The shop is already set up in such a pretty way with nice music, but in the corner they had the perfect setup waiting for us as we came in and it felt like a proper tea service. There was a wall with hats set up if we wanted to get really into character (we did) and both the tea and all of the snacks provided were delicious and well portioned. We did the Tea for Two option and I had a pot of vanilla chai and she had organic darjeeling. We want to do this again before the season for it ends it's such a great experience! read more

I have literally been to fifteen or more Ding Tea locations all over Orange, LA, and Riverside counties. I always joke with them that I wish they had an extra large size drink. When I was taking care of my ill mother in this area late last year, I added this location to my long list of "visited Dings". I was pleasantly surprised that they DO have an extra large size, the only Ding I'm aware of that does. Their menu has Kumquat Orange on the menu but they were happy to make it a Kumquat Lemon too. I tried the orange version a few times but am hooked on the lemon. Great tasting drink with a ton of boba in an extra large size. I haven't been down this way in a while but I stopped by today. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays. I'll definitely stop by for an extra large if I'm ever down this way again. read more

My wife and I have been eyeing this place ever since the sign "Ding Tea" went up in Yucaipa's newest food plaza. We love the Ding Tea in Loma Linda and this location is much closer to us. Ding Tea first originated in Taiwan, the birthplace of what we know as boba today. The interior was very nice and clean and cutely decorated with leaf and large grand opening balloons. The workers seemed very happy to be there and had a genuine smile when taking our orders. When we came in opening day, they had a special buy one get one free special. I went for my usual taro drink and a grapefruit tea. Was it as good as the other Ding Tea locations? Yes, the milky, rich smoothness of the milk tea was very delightful. However, this place is already expensive to begin with, but we were charged $1.25 extra for getting LESS ICE! Because I order 2 toppings, there's less tea. In order to still have some liquid in my drink, I order less ice. I can understand if I asked for a full cup of ice on the side & they want to charge me for it, but to PAY for getting fewer ice cubes is RIDICULOUS!!! The customer services is top notch and the staff are so helpful when you have questions. They helped me perfect my drink order and offer to remake it if I don't like it. I'm a regular at this Ding Tea location. I go almost every week since they opened. I have left a positive review in the past but recently teas are tasting a little different than they used to be. The major issue is with the sweetness. I used to order regular 100% sweetness but in recent months I lowered it to 75% and it became too sweet again so I lowered to 50% in recent weeks but it is still TOO SWEET. I do not feel ANY difference between 100% and 50%. This is a big big problem for me because I cannot taste any tea anymore, it is all flavored liquid syrup sugar. I don't know what is going on but there seems to be no consistency in their drinks and I have been quite disappointed in the past months. I really wish the owner reads this and fix the problem with the sweetness. The people who make teas here clearly do not follow Ding Tea's recipe on sweetness.. please have them trained on pumping not too much syrup into a drink when a customer wants just a HINT of sweetness, please have them taste the difference between 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% etc. Not everyone likes their teas 100% sweet and Ding Tea has a reason for letting their customers choose their sweetness level, to satisfy everyone's preferences. read more
