We were in the mood for Boba after dinner and we decided to stop here! They have a huge menu on screens so you can see everything they offer! There was only one employee working but she was working fast and she was kind! Our drinks did not take long at all! We ordered the Taro Twist and the Thai Milk Tea and both were delicious! Today I was very excited to come in person after had gotten it door dashed to work the other day and having the store 3 minutes away from home makes it even better to come with my girls. I came in the store happy to get their amazing Krak coffee with banana creamer but the cashier, Lady, was very blunt and rude taking our order. There was no other customer in the store just me and my girls and she looked like she didn't want to be there. Very unenthusiastic and I felt like I wasn't suppose to be there or that I was bothering her by ordering my drinks, I believe she was just having a bad day but either way it isn't our faults. Besides that, our drinks were delicious and hopefully next time we get better customer service. read more

Really vibrant and cool boba spot! The ambience inside is so colorful and very clean! As soon as we walked inside the employee greeted us and let us take our time while we browsed the menu. We usually order the brown sugar milk, tea with oat milk, and it was so delicious and the Boba was so incredibly soft and tasted extremely fresh ! I wish they offered smaller sizes because I'm not always a fan of a big drink, but I still enjoy this place. It is in a really busy shopping center, but you can typically be in and out fairly quickly because the service is speedy. read more

Krak boba is locate right by the Shake Shack in Redlands. It's easy to locate with ample parking. Came here on a Sunday night and it was pretty busy. Many group of friends where here chilling. Very bright and color ambiance. Staff is nice. I ended up ordering one of the advertised specialty drinks--mango yogurt with their new mini boba. Let me tell you, it's the best mango yogurt drink I've ever had. Mostly because this version is blended and still has some chunks of mango bits. The flavor was so rich and sweet, it didn't even feel like a drink, it felt like dessert. The mini boba was an interesting add (since I normally don't do boba in blended drinks) but still delicious. They were mini but not entirely too small. Fresh; soft and chewy even in such a cold drink. It was refreshing after a long warm day. Can't wait to come back and try all the other flavors and topping combinations! read more

I am all about the Cocoberry, but last night I wanted something different with mango and strawberry. I asked if they could add some strawberry puree and boba to a Mango Tango and the staff were really very accommodating. The drink was exactly what I wanted and definitely refreshing if you want a non-dairy beverage. The boba here is fresh and delivers the perfect chew, so I recommend adding it to your order if it doesn't have any. Cheers to Krak! read more

Hubs is a coffee addict, and their coffee boba is like shots espresso that go straight to your soul! We've gone back a few times since opening. Service is slow. A lot of hanging out and talking with friends with one person doing all the work is what I've noticed the last couple times I went. Also, it needs more air circulation. It has a smell in there. I love the Krak coffee and the coco Thai butterfly. Those are my go tos but service needs to be better and air quality read more

Got the King Brulee at 50% sweet and light ice. Works for me. Tastes good and boba is the right texture. Well staffed for the grand opening weekend and got my drink within a few minutes. As with other boba shops these days, expect to spend probably $7-8 per drink after adding your toppings and tax. read more

Okay now I'm irritated. The first time I went to this place there was literally paper in my drink. I have no idea how but there were bits of paper in my mouth with every sip. Super weird and gross. This is the second time I've had a bad/ridiculous experience now: I order from them and they sent the door dash driver out the door with no straws?? Honestly. Never going here again. Finally a Krak boba in the area. We have been going to the one in Rancho Cucamonga. When we stopped by they were doing their soft opening, so the employees were still learning the various drinks. They were overall friendly and prompt. We like the variety of different bobas they have compared to other boba places. My kids enjoy the cookies and creme and Dragon Slayer. Cookies and creme: 7/10 it was more chunky here compared to the other krak boba we visit, so my kid prefers the other location. Dragon Slayer: 10/10 My kid loves the flavor of this drink and so do my wife and I. You can really taste the lychee, mango and dragon fruit. Guerrilla Thai: 8/10 It was pretty good, but left a strange powdery after taste. First time trying this drink. Queen Brulee: 8/10 It was again pretty good and had a powdery texture. Otherwise. Overall, we do enjoy this place and we will definitely be back. read more

My brother was greatly impressed with the almond croissant, honing in on the laminated dough and the frangipane--a rich, nutty, and smooth almond cream. This prompted him to talk with the owner and baker, and he shared that in baking, "you have to be a little bit crazy. I use French butter and extra ingredients!" All the pastries were expertly made and were indulgent. Both the hot and cold sandwiches highlighted the meats and cheeses striking a balance with the arugula greens. Even the kids enjoyed the greens. The French onion soup was the best we have ever tasted; a delightful bowl of rich onion beef broth, toasted baguette with melted gruyere cheese. Maison La Jolie is the mastermind of a husband-wife duo. They are a much welcome addition to Redlands.

I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

She handed me my 2 orders of popcorn chicken and I quickly left and head for work. I had open up my bag orders of popcorn chicken to eat just before starting work and and to my disbelief both orders of chicken was heavily loaded and coated with chili powder that made it too spicy to eat. All in retaliation because I had asked them to make the correct smoothie order that I had initially asked for.
