Such great matcha and so many options! Nutty, naturally sweet and good matcha to milk ratio. Love how they don't use any artificial ingredients or dyes! Even though this isn't a free standing shop and is located in a public market I love how they still have their own design and vibe to their store front! Love the tile work, and overall aesthetic. There is also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which I appreciate! The staff were so sweet and welcoming, I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the IE.

A good spot for a sugary sweet quick pick me up. It's located in the Redlands public market, right at the entrance. It would not be hard to miss with its bright teal colors and lit up atmosphere. I took a look at the menu while waiting in line. There were a few people waiting for the drinks. They have a variety of options to choose from, like boba, coffee, lemonade and matcha. I chose the matcha ube with oat milk and organic hojicha milk. They have standard sizing. There were two staff members. Our cashier was nice and accommodating. She answered my question in whether the oat milk was gluten free. It is. Our drinks didn't take more than 10 minutes. They were delicious. The first sip of my matcha ube was a dream. Thanks!
I wanted to love this place since the employees were great, ambiance was inviting, and the service was quick but was left disappointed by all the drinks :( The matcha latte with banana came with actual unripe banana chunks and the texture completely threw me off! The thai tea was also off since it tasted more like whipped cream with a dash of Thai tea flavoring, and the ube matcha latte just didn't sit well since it wasn't sweet enough and the ube flavoring was too artificial and powdery Also its card only since they don't accept cash!

I entered through the side and walked around, looking for this place, and I didn't realize that it was facing outward kind of separate from the food hall. I placed my order with the cashier. It wasn't too busy so they had available seating. I waited about 10-15 minutes for my order. I wonder why it took so long, as they were not busy. When I got my drink, I wasn't really impressed. Yeah, you can see the green for the Matcha, but I can already tell by the Ube foam that the taste would be subtle. I was wrong. Both the Matcha and Ube flavors were subtle. In fact, both flavors were really hard to taste. The drink tasted really watered down. I didn't get that sweet and earthy taste a Macha drink is supposed to taste like. And as a Filipino I hardly got any Ube flavor taste from that drink. Such a disappointment in this drink because I had high hopes for it. I was really looking forward to having drink.
Cute little boba shop located inside the public market of Redlands. I decided to stop by here with a few friends and got their royal ube with boba. While the foam at the top was really good, unfortunately I didn't taste any ube flavor in the drink.. it was very bland if I am honest. The boba was nice and chewy but also flavorless. If unsweetened boba is what you are aiming for, this is great, however, if you're thinking of the more common sweet to semi sweet boba, you might be very disappointed. Hoping we get the chance to adjust the sweetness in the future. Otherwise the service was great and it is located in a lively area.
Drinks came out fast! They made sure we were ok with the dairy in the heavy cream bc we ordered drinks with oat milk which was super nice! Blueberry cloud latte is very tasty and has graham cracker crumbs in it for texture(kinda funky). Banana matcha has a strong banana taste to it and oat milk flavor is strong. Overall clean cafe with good service

When you walk into the main entrance of the Redland Public Market, to your right is Tsoko. It is a handcrafted tea, coffee, Boba shop that leans towards Filipino flavors. That in itself is very unique as it's the first one I've ever stumbled upon. Tsoko is Filipino for chocolate and the menu includes chocolate drinks along with coffee and tea. They offered ceremonial grade Matcha from Japan and we decided to get one to try. The Matcha flavor is very prominent and it is a stand-up drink. They offer house made jams and syrups along with fresh boba. The menu is unlike any I've seen before and well worth a try for anyone exploring this market. I will definitely try the Tsoko chocolate drinks next time I'm up this way. Parking is ample on streets and nearby lots. Casual and good service. Please come and create your own adventure.
I think this is the best coffee I've ever had. Will be visiting this place often. Very good prices for the quality of their drinks.

Cute little shop located inside the Redlands Public Market! Love the convenience of its location, it's to the right of one of the main entrances meaning you can get one of those ten minute parkings in the front, grab your drink and leave. When I arrived it was one barista making drinks and taking orders (co worker was on break I assume) Point is he was very kind to acknowledge me and tell me he will be right with me. Within that time his co worker came back from break and took my order. She was kind to offer suggestions. My drink was ready super quick! Now for the drink, good quality matcha. I got the banana matcha on oat. You can taste bits of banana chunks. Drink can have a bit more ice to be colder. Shop was clean. Overall a good place to stop by for drinks! read more

After our sweet #5 stop at Take Ur Seat Lite (TUSL) in Redlands Public Market (RPM) on Memorial Weekend 2026, we needed a drink to rinse down all the savory foods from stops #1 Shrimp Corner, #2 Yugo Shokunin, #3 Beyond Biryani, and #4 Hen & Heifer. Tsoko Cafe (TC) is #6 on our food adventure's list and it's right next door to TUSL... perfect! TC is also one of the OG food vendors at RPM. Their signature drinks, matcha series, Tsoko latte series, milk teas, iced teas, and coffees are handcrafted with care and creativity. We still sat in front of TUSL. I ordered at the TC counter. Young lady behind the counter didn't show much expression except to take my order. Got Butterfly Pea Flower with peach flavor for my eldest daughter, House Brown Sugar Boba for my youngest daughter, and Halo-Halo for moi. We got our drinks quite swiftly. Both my daughters enjoyed their drinks, however, we were disappointed that about 2 inches of liquids were taken off from the top of their drinks just because we asked for no ice. It's a bummer when shops do that. As for my Halo-Halo, it was just okay. I felt it lacked sweetness and it was small for a $10+ drink. Probably won't order it again. Didn't get a bang for my buck. Anyway, if you're a drink enthusiast who desires delightful experiences, Tsoko Cafe may be the place for you. Come seek and celebrate with a refreshing drink. Halo halo on a hot summer day is the best. Refreshing, sweet and creamy with lots of layers of flavors made up of crushed ice, condensed milk, sweet beans, and fruits. Topped off with ice cream and flan. I prefer ube ice cream but theirs came with vanilla. The flan was really good -- rich and smooth. One of my favorite desserts. read more

Visited the Redlands area from 76 miles away and stopped by this delightful coffee and tea shop. Tsoko Cafe is located in a food hall in Redlands. We were warmly greeted by the young lady at the counter on a Saturday afternoon. The Mr. decided on the house brown sugar special + cream w/almond milk base. My drink was the matcha latte w/ube cream also w/am almond milk base. Love that they don't do high fructose corn syrup and no artificial colors. My drink was tasty. Tried the hubby's and his was too sweet for me. There's cool Filipino art work on the wall and some tables and chairs to enjoy your beverages. If we are visiting the area again, we'd likely stop by. 4 stars. read more
I went in to first try the Ube Royale and it was so delicious! I would just say I hated how it was all ice. I would have loved it slushy form or something. But it was still good flavoring. I went back to try another and got the house brown sugar boba and it was so not good. Just milk and sugar. I couldn't finish it. The workers were kind and the place itself was very cute. read more

My bf and I just got back from visiting his family in the Philippines and we were so happy to find this boba shop! It was so exciting seeing the Jeepney mural back home! Tsoko Cafe is located at the very front of the Redlands Public Market, to the right of the main entrance (to the left of Take Ur Seat). They have plenty of seating and adorable wall decor We tried the Strawberry Matcha and the Thai Tea with Matcha foam; both were flavorful and exactly what we were craving! I generally don't have too much matcha, but their foam was so addicting that I'll be back (maybe I'll finally become a matcha girlie haha)! Service was amazing! The cashier greeted us immediately, and even helped us with the menu options. Tsoko Cafe located inside the Redlands public market is a gem. It is beautifully decorated. Their drinks are mostly iced coffee with Matcha from Japan. They have Filipino style coffee. A bit odd, Japanese name, Filipino coffee. There was a line here so I had to check it out! Service was friendly and helpful. Thankfully there wasn't a line. He helped me decide to get the Premium Matcha latte. It took a little while to get my drink. I asked for 1/2 ice and 1/2 the sweetness. They got the sweetness right. I felt there was more ice than I asked for. Nonetheless, the Matcha latte was pretty good! The Matcha was strong but not over powering. Next time I'll get the strawberry Matcha latte. read more

I am usually not a coffee girl, but this was perfect. The ube cream brought a unique taste. It was sweet but not too sweet. It is inside the marketplace in redlands and it is so cute. They made my drink pretty quickly. I had a long day and I didn't know that this would help me wake back up. The filipino flavors are light and not overpowering which is supaaa yummy!!!! Wowowow I loveeee halo halo so when I saw they sold it here I was so excited! I came in yesterday and on a hot day this really hits the spot!! You have the option of coconut or mango ice cream. Late post! Tried their blueberry matcha latte. It's good. A bit pricey though. What's good is you can modify your drink to your sweetness and milk choice. Might try their coffee drinks next time. We visited on a Saturday afternoon to grab some matcha for my family and me. I've been to this marketplace several times but never tried this spot before, so I was excited to check it out, especially their matcha and halo-halo. I ordered the matcha with ube cream, and my mom got the halo-halo. The matcha wasn't quite what I expected, it had a slightly grainy texture and wasn't very sweet, and the ube cream didn't really balance it out for me. My husband tried the blueberry matcha and felt the same way. My mom thought the halo-halo was just okay. As Filipinos, we've had a lot of halo-halo over the years, so we might be a bit picky here. Service-wise, it was a mixed experience. The young man with spiky hair who took our order was friendly and helpful, but there was another staff member who seemed less approachable. When my mom accidentally spilled something, my husband asked for a tissue but didn't get much of a response. When we said thank you as we left, we didn't get any acknowledgment, which felt a little awkward. The ambiance was fine, similar to many other boba spots. It might have just been an off day for the team, and I understand everyone has moments when they're tired or preoccupied. Still, a small smile or a quick acknowledgment would have gone a long way. read more

If you're looking for an uplifting summer drink or want something refreshing after a nice workout, try the Halo Halo. It was made perfectly with just the right amount of sweetness (not too sweet) and authentic ingredients that remind you of the Philippines. I ordered the Barako Coffee with Ube Cream and my fiancé ordered the Tsoko Matcha Fusion. The ube cream on the barako coffee was delicious but the coffee itself fell short. It was too milky and I couldn't taste the flavor of the coffee. The matcha fusion was not sweet at all and had a bitter taste. read more
