I love this coffee place!! Service was great first and best the second time if I'm being honest. I went with my mom twice and I will say that they don't disappoint with how quick they are to make your drink The guy that took our order I didn't get his name is pretty chill and friendly! Thank you to the barista that made our drinks, they were so delicious Highly recommend if you like sweet and strong coffee, aka my favorite place to go to now since it's like 5mins away from us! read more

I stopped by planning to grab a coffee and work remotely for a while, but the experience was disappointing. My iced vanilla Americano wasn't mixed, so I ended up drinking concentrated vanilla syrup/sugar at the bottom of the cup. On top of that, the drink was filled so high that it was already spilling over when it was handed to me. The bigger issue was the Wi-Fi. The internet appeared to have DNS problems on both my phone and laptop. I have some networking experience, so I spent time trying to troubleshoot and reconfigure my computer before asking the staff. A barista acknowledged they were aware of the issue but said they didn't have access to the router or anything to fix it. If this location wants to attract remote workers and people staying for a while, I'd recommend looking into the Wi-Fi reliability. It made what should have been a productive visit much more frustrating. The staff was polite, but the overall experience could definitely be improved. read more

Pleasantly surprised by how yummy my latte is! I order a matcha latte, which I have never had from here before. I don't know what they do to it... maybe it's made with love! So doggone tasty! The service was great and fast. I was able to get a parking space right in front. Good vibes, the AC is on. Thank goodness because this heatwave has not been fun. I will be back! read more

Horrible customer service. Ownership may have changed. Was ignored for a long time at the register, everyone was busy but not really helping each other; no hello, smile, look, any kind of acknowledgement. I understand burn out and being tired but damn, bad bad vibes. Other places to get coffee. read more

The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Redlands is one of those reliably good stops that makes a busy day feel a little more manageable. The drinks are consistently delicious and always prepared quickly and expertly, even when there's a small rush. I also really appreciate how spotless the store usually is, which somehow makes the whole experience feel calmer. It's an easy place to pop into for a pick me up without overthinking your order. Sometimes dependable, well made coffee is exactly what you want, and this location delivers that every time. read more

PERFECT COFFEE SHOP EXPERIENCE! It's a shame this location closes at 8pm-ish as it's the perfect spot to cozy up, read or study! Orange street's location has plenty of tables and chairs for individual or group visits. My family and I stopped by for an ice blended drink and coffee before closing, the girls at the front were super quick and professional. Overall, this location had great vibes. I had a brief chat with an older lady who had a few coffee-related questions. I answered a few for her but then the ladies stepped in and clued her in. They were quiet, but kind. I saw plenty of coffee ground bags and tea powder on the shelves, I love the smell of Coffee Bean. They had a few merch items like small coffee cups, but nothing too crazy! Recommendation : Brown Sugar Hazelnut Ice-blended drink! It's limited time so grab it while it's there! read more

I've been going to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for a long time and have never seen one in such poor condition. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting to begin with. I asked for simple syrup and they just put sugar in my iced coffee instead without sharing with me that they didn't have their simple syrup made. I only know because I asked for extra and he had to tell me he didn't have any and had used sugar instead. He also forgot the cinnamon on top. The ice melted immediately telling me their iced coffee wasn't very iced. I would definitely avoid this location in the future. read more

Conveniently located just at the first exit after the 210 joins the 10. Off the fwy and through the 2nd light, right turn and you're there! A quick stop, glass of iced tea, bathroom break and back on the road! Staff are friendly and helpful, this place is clean and tidy. read more

This place is the worst. I was standing at the register for over 5 minutes being completely ignored. Last time, I ordered 2 drinks and a bagel and it took 35 minutes. It was not busy. Their coffee is gross too. Worst coffee shop in Redlands. I've tried this place at least 1/2 dozen times and it always disappoints. read more

The barista came off as passive aggressive when picking up a DoorDash order. Purposefully mispronounce name to "Michael" after I told her my name. Incident happened today 8/11/26 7:40 am dark hair, dark colored oval glasses, she advised there were 4 orders ahead. No issue i stepped away from the pick up area and took a call. She went ahead and had the items from my order and placed them all separately on the table. All my prior DoorDash pickups have been bagged and sealed by this location consistently. I asked for a bag and was responded with attitude saying it was a pickup. Other DoorDash orders were bagged up not why she was singling me out felt personal. I got the bag and bagged it myself, poor customer service, inconsistent service with a splash of attitude. Maybe retraining is needed for the employee? Definitely don't recommend DoorDash from this place if you want inconsistent service. Definitely recommend going to one of the many other coffee shops they're a lot friendlier. read more

Came in for coffee on a Saturday tall jewish looking guy with a hat on and glasses was standing there. Didn't look like he was an employee dressed in a button down and jeans, he was at the counter looking through papers. Appeared to be inventory review or something. He not once took time for a greeting, he just stood there in front of me. Not sure if he were a manager or owner if this brand sells like that. Whomever he was rude and lacks respect for customers. We have a problem with that type of rudeness in any business. The coffee the lady made was ok so she helped bring in a 2. Customer service is not his thing although he was there making coffee as well. Sir, please improve and remember the customers keep you in business and keep food on your table. Get it together.! read more

Wish we had one of these in Seattle! My wife likes to get the white chocolate latte and the Vietnamese cold brew. I love their dark chocolate latte. They are all creamy and not too sweet. The nugget ice is fun, but does melt really fast. We recently tried both the turkey pesto sandwich and the chicken bacon ranch baguette. Both had really yummy bread and a good amount of meat and cheese. The sauces were more subtle, the pesto in particular I wish there was more of. They frequently run an "order a large, pay for a regular" special, so make sure you have an account in the app before you go in! read more

Best customer service!!!! Tuesday morning on 5/19/2026 I really appreciate the employees for helping me choose the right drink I desired.

Honestly, I visit this location a lot. So I'm very disappointed to report my most recent experience. I always order ahead because I pick up my coffee on my way to work. Multiple times my order wasn't ready even though the loading circle had completely closed on the app. Today was no different. I understand that this is a busy location however it doesn't take too much to communicate. Also why is my order saying completed when it's not? I'm watching people come order get their drinks and leave. By the time I get my order it's cold, no stopper, and not even a single apology. Like I said this isn't the first time, but it's definitely the last. When I tried to make a complaint on the site it conveniently isn't working properly read more

When ordering employee was pleasant, did ask for egg bites that were ordered to be cooked extra, when I got them they hadn't been cooked extra, they then tried to gaslight me by saying that they had been and now they couldn't be cooked extra because I had looked at them off of the counter, per the manager, mind you I hadn't stepped away from the counter at this point, time for new management Starbucks will now be my go to for a drink and some egg bites read more

I went into the coffee bean and tea on Orange Street and there was only one other person in line waiting for their drink so I walked up to the counter and the two girls working there were gossiping and would not acknowledge me I stood there about 5 minutes and then I left... This was my very first time coming into the coffee shop I was never so upset to think that the two girls were so busy gossiping... Giggling even! The one girl was just standing there and the other girl was I guess making a drink... Don't know I'll never go back in there again how immature and unprofessional ‍ read more

The drinks were good but the bathroom... I swear I felt like I would've been safer and it would've been a lot cleaner had I just used the bathroom outside. It was horrendous, included a urinal and a toilet (both were extremely old and dirty) and the overall look of it scared me. Bathrooms are a make or break for me when it comes to any establishment. One of the largest coffee bean and tea leaf's that I have been too. There were plenty of comfortable chairs and tables to sit, study, or hang out. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Came here in the evening time so they were running out of most bakery items that I wanted. The perfectly passion fruit ice tea is one of my favorites. I requested im for a certain amount of pumps of sweetness or you can order it unsweetened and the tropical flavors of the tea are still noted with each sip. The mocha latte and Chocolate chip cookie hit the dessert spot needed. read more

My "go to" coffee place. Not just because of convenience, not just because of the great drinks, but mostly because the smiles, greetings, and attention I receive when I walk in the door. This is an update to my original review. I have shown pics of the inside and patio dining areas (I like their coffee but you don't need to see another pic of a coffee cup). They keep their AC on full tilt, so it's a great indoor coffee place to chill - get it? But other than being on Redlands Blvd, their patio can have its good moments and I see lots of folks enjoy it. read more

The Vietnamese coffee had a weird taste to it, kind of sour. It' my first time here so I'm not sure if that's normal for them or whether it would've been worth it to ask them to remake. It also kinda smelled bad in here, I don't know why or where it was coming from but it was prominent. I think it's from the AC because it'd smell worse whenever people would open the door and air would blast. I will say the place is study-friendly with lots of indoor and outdoor seating and free wifi, but not enough outlets. And the outlets that are available are very loose. read more

I ordered online, drink came out fine, however the staff, particularly a girl there was very rude telling me "is that not your name" I can understand the misunderstanding or miscommunication there was whether my drink was ready or not, she merely said my name but wasn't clear of whether the drink was mine. She just turned it around and walked away. Then she asked "what are you waiting for" I told her and she replied "yeah, is that not yours, is that not your name" I was pretty taken back by her attitude towards me for a small misunderstanding. I know it's a pretty busy, stressful time but there was no need for that. I simply said "oh sorry about that, thank you" and walked out of the establishment. read more

This is the closest Coffee Bean store to us. We ordered online and unfortunately our second visit was just as unpleasant. The first time the employee was complaining that she was having a bad day and we saw another employee just standing around not offering to help her even though she could see customers waiting. Who knows? She could've been on a break, but that same employee stood around not helping for the second time we came here today. If you're on a break go to the back, just don't stand there making your customers think you're not doing your job. No one likes to wait for orders especially when the app tells you a time when your order will be ready. Don't get me wrong, we love their drinks they offer here, but the service at this store is lacking. We may just drive a bit further to get better service. read more

Horrific customer service, poorly ran. Terrible communication between employees, as you can tell they're arguing in front of customer. Don't come here unless you enjoy terrible customer service and horrible attitudes. Picking up an order we mobile ordered that took 35 minutes! We were going to cancel our order but it wouldn't let us. Boy at register insisted we could even after I told him we would wait. He said that there was a lot of orders before us. I get it but manage the orders, let people know there's a longer wait, change the pick times. Don't accept orders or go 20 minutes after the pick up! Then he said we had to get in the long line he was just complaining about, to pay for extra caramel the app doesn't let you add! And our order was a reward! I was so upset I had to have someone else go in and get it and then they didn't even add the Carmel! I don't care if it was our favorite place to go, we will never go back. Go anywhere else. read more

I have been coming to coffee bean for over 10 years and the customer service experience here at this location was by far the worst I've ever experienced and that's including coffee beans inside of airports. I asked for a simple modification to my drink, and she told me "we don't really do that". There are people who order at Starbucks and at Coffee Beans that have several modifications to their drink. I don't understand why me asking for a splash of extreme into my vanilla ice blend was an issue? I have never been told no and then when I questioned it, I received attitude from both the cashier and the barista. So disappointing. I experienced so enough attitude that I didn't even care for my drink anymore. I said no thank you and walked out. Lovely way to end the last week of the year! read more

Coffee is always perfect. Coffee bean is my absolute favorite place to get coffee. I have been here around 10 times or so and I have given the benefit of the doubt but I can't ignore the bad service anymore. The last couple time I have come in the service isn't good. Thursday August 01, 2024 6:25 and Not Returning! The customer service the two women working behind the counter gave wasn't too good. the female with scarf over her two-toned colored hair didn't say hi, just can I help you? No smile, seemed I was interrupting talk with the coworker. The shop closes at 8:30 so... another - two - hours - to - go... whew! She was not interested or cared much that I was there to buy something, and she was working there to sell with smiling up-spirited service. I've read the reviews and thought I would try Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf - Redlands. I am not coming back. I don't expect a lot just genuine friendliness even if you fake it. The decor and appearance is ok, but the building and ambiance is not what will keep me returning. The park, library, emergency room, starbucks would be nicer to visit, have a drink, and a treat. While I was writing the review, one of the women, not politely asking either, for me to move from where I sat to the front of the shop. I did so that I could continue to drink my cold brew, which is good but that's besides the point. You would think if they want to work, if they like to work, then they would want to show, they need to show they care and represent your Redlands shop well. I don't give a star for service, the coffee yes, not service! read more
