I stopped by after my Pilates class and I honestly can't recall why I don't come here as often as this place deserves. The sugar-free vanilla latte with oat milk is my go to at any coffee shop, and I can tell you with my whole chest that this is the best one I've had. Sugar to creaminess ratio, paired with the right strength of espresso made this 1000/10. I also had the chorizo pastry, and the flakiness + savory flavor was superb. I have 3 additonal pastries waiting for me to come out of my coffee and chorizo coma, but I'm sure they're also 1000/10. And let's not forget how freakin adorable this place is! A girlie's dopamine hit the minute you walk in the door, greeted by the sweetest staff. Great lighting, beautiful decor, fun trinkets for sale. Must visit while in Redlands!

The best cinnamon rolls ever!! I recently placed an order for baby shower desserts. The cookies and rice krispy treats were beautiful and tasty. I received alot of compliments how beautifully decorated they were. Great communication and order went smoothly.

It's ridiculously cute in here! Staff greeted us when we arrived and helped us decide what to order since everything looked so good! The cookie butter chai was really good and I've never seen that offered anywhere else. I tried the Mil Hojas and it was light and flaky and just the right amount of sweet. My friend got the cinnamon roll and it was classic, delicious cinnamon roll.

I got to discover this bakery through JogDawgs! I got here an hour early before the run just for me to check out the place, and wow it blew me away! As soon as you step inside, you'll be swept up with pastel colors and a genuine, sincere effort put into the space that invites friendly conversations to blossom over sweet pastries and drinks. All the pastries made me salivate, because of how freshly baked they were and the variety they offered. I've been told the churro cake is the most popular, and they were sold out by the time I got there. The next time, I hope to get the churro cake. In seeking to support the local business through JogDawgs and get some sweets for friends who are studying for their finals I got the following based on the staff's recommendations: **Brownie **Strawberry croissant **Strawberry shortcake cupcake **Green apple and pumpkin maple maracons I marveled at how shiny and beautiful the pastries were! They were equally delicious and I can tell the staff seeks to provide the best experience for each customer. Thank you all for the work you do, and God bless you all.

Well, honestly it's a cute local spot in Redlands. Cute decorations. But honestly I would give 3.5 out of 10. The strawberry chocolate was my favorite. But then, apple pie and strawberry cinnamon rolls were disappointing. The rolls were too dry and very little of the fillers compared to size of the rolls. Every bite, I had to take a sip of my americano. And overall, nice experience but too pricey. 3 items and 2 drinks cost me $50.

I'm really torn writing this review because the cake itself was beautiful -- it looked very similar to my inspiration photo and photographed nicely. When we first went in to order, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and they even let me try a lemon raspberry cupcake for free, which I appreciated. However, for $650, I expected a much more professional experience. First, they lost my paperwork. Then they had our delivery date wrong, and we were told they had to "squeeze us in" to actually make it happen (which was quite stressful to hear the day before our wedding). On top of that, the flavors were incorrect. I had ordered Victorian Wedding Cake for the bottom 8" tier and Lemon Raspberry for the top 6" tier. The entire cake was lemon raspberry. Unfortunately, some of our family members are allergic to raspberry and couldn't have any cake at all. The pricing also was frustrating. The starting price was $750 (not including delivery), and I was able to barter for a lower price of $650 (including delivery) by choosing cream flowers instead of gum paste, which felt a bit random given the overall cost. I wish I looked through the Yelp reviews before ordering my wedding cake, because below there is a couple that had a similar experience... 2 stars It was a beautiful cake, but at this price point, I expected better organization, accuracy, and professionalism. Though they are very nice people I am writing this review as a customer/consumer. I truly feel like I didn't get what I paid for, and I hope they improve their customer service moving forward. Flavor was good and I changed my two stars to three, for the cake served its purpose and our wedding was a dream come true. Thank you.

They made me an absolutely beautiful vegan cake for my daughters birthday. It came out exactly how I wanted. So happy with it and it was very big! We got the vanilla berry which was so so good! Very happy with the cake and service. Definitely recommend!

First time here and so glad I checked it out. I purchased a variety of cupcakes and some wedding cookies sooo good. This spot is awesome and a new go to for me for baked goods such a great selection of cupcakes, cookies, brownies and so many other options that's not even counting the espresso's can't say enough. The staff are very friendly professional and helpful. The setting is relaxing and comfortable perfect for enjoying some awesome baked goods and a drink. I'll definitely be a regular

I like this place a lot. They have a small parking area, but it's never super packed, and you can always park. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but I only ever see people inside. It's so cute in there and there are lots of spots to take food/drink pix. The staff is prompt to help you out at the counter, so I think that helps keep it from overcrowding. Their bakery items are all really cute and fresh. I haven't had a single stale item. Their drink offerings are creative and have great flavor profiles. I tend to overspend here for sure. I take the kids and before you know it, one coffee and pastry turns into a box full of stuff and I'm $50+ bucks deep. Eek! It's fun for them though :)

I know that you will not hear this from anyone other than me. I'm actually quite glad that when I walked into this store that there was a long line. While I was in line, I was able to appreciate all the beautiful pastries that were in the case and also make a decision. It was so hard deciding which dessert to order. Everything was just absolutely beautiful, unique and looked delicious. The desserts were huge in portion size also. I ended up getting a Mil hojas, which is flaky pasties topped with whipped cream and fruits. It's one of my favorite types of dessert as it's crunchy in texture. Absolutely delicious. I also ordered an ice almond milk latte. I'm not sure what went wrong on thai day, but the latte was sour and undrinkable. Parking is limited. There is a cute indoor seating area. Casual. Please come and create your own experience.

Sugar Bloom baked my wedding cake and it was absolutely stunning. The photographer took like 10 photos of it because it was so beautiful and delicious only starts to describe it! I had the coconut raspberry cake with a buttercream icing and it. It was absolutely delicious! Sugar Bloom from start to finish their service was impeccable and the cake was delicious.

My wife ordered the steak Benedict anI the corned beef Benedict. the quality of my wife's ssteak was not a very good sirloin cut, although the were at least able to cook it right My corned beef Benedict was the worst thing I have ever ordered or tasted. The menu indicated that it would be 1/3 lb of corned beef on the Benedict, however I got 2 of what was about an 1/8 lb corned beef hash that they formed into a patty. It was some low quality type canned hash that had some horrible unnatural flavor that incapacitated me with a bad headache for the rest of my Saturday afternoon. I told the lady in the cashier that their menu needs to be more truthful and indicate that it'll be corned beef hash and not sliced corned beef you would find in more legit delis. If they advertise 1/3 lb of corned beef and they deliver 1/4 lb of corned beef hash, they need to indicate so in their menu. I don't believe I shall return due to the bad food experience I had, but I am more of a picky when it comes to food since I am a very particular Chef. This is just my personal review of this place and why the single star rating.

The moment I walked in, I was surprised by how quiet and cold the atmosphere felt. It didn't feel welcoming or cozy like a bakery usually does. Instead, it felt more like walking into an office waiting room. Unfortunately, the service made the experience even worse. This was my first time visiting in person, so I had a few questions about the different cake flavors. The girl with braces seemed impatient the entire time and kept trying to rush me while I was speaking. At one point, she even exchanged a smirk with the other employee, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I honestly didn't understand the attitude. In the end, I ordered the same raspberry cake because I completely lost interest in trying anything else. Ironically, this time the cake tasted way too sweet for me. I even tried eating it cold straight from the fridge to tone down the sweetness, but it was still overwhelming. Overall, the combination of the service and the cake not tasting as good as before made this visit disappointing.

Turns out all those jaw-dropping Yelp cakes are basically VIP-only.... most are special order, so the display case was giving more "snack break" than "dessert heaven."
