I cannot review the cinnamon roll although I drove 30 minutes to try one. Only after seeing it over and over on INSTAGRAM just to get here and get a wonderful smile excellent customer service but no cinnamon roll. I think that on their instagram reel they should specify that these rolls are only available for a few hours out of the day. I'm disappointed. I'm sure they're delicious but I guess I will never know.
I never heard of this place until a colleague of mine gifted me a cupcake for my birthday! She bought the strawberry shortcake and man, oh man was that a delicious cupcake. The icing was the right amount, presentation was beautiful and the filling wasn't overly powerful but it was just the right amount. I normally don't like cupcakes with fillings in the middle but this one was made with love. I look forward to coming here and trying more of the desserts!
Really wanted to love this place, but the desserts just weren't good. As soon as we entered, we were greeted and the staff were so friendly! They offered suggestions, and we decided to go with their cupcakes. The place is so cute inside, and they have tables to sit inside. The Kit Kat cupcake we tried was not good. The cake was very dry. The frosting was good, but the Kit Kat was so stale. unfortunately they had sprinkled the Kit Kat over the frosting, so the bites of frosting were covered in stale Kit Kat.
The place was pretty busy this morning.... Not many parking spaces left.. so it's worth it... I stopped to pick up some pastry for my grandkids... Beautifully done and yummy too! Should of posted this a couple of months ago
This was my first time coming into SugarBloom Cakery and the place is super cute. The ambiance is charming and welcoming, and it immediately felt like a fun spot to stop for a treat. We tried the chocolate raspberry cupcake, and it had strawberry preserves inside, which was such a delicious surprise. Honestly, it was so good it kind of blew me away. I also ordered a cold brew and had them sweeten it for me. The coffee itself was good, but the only downside was that they charge extra for the syrup and the milk. That was a little "meh" for me because I'm not really used to paying extra for those add-ins, especially since I'm spoiled by my Panera Sip Club. One thing I absolutely loved though was the packaging. The box the cupcake came in and the little bags they had were so cute. They honestly felt gift-worthy, like you could easily grab something here and bring it to someone as a present. The service was really good and the overall vibe of the shop is adorable. They also offer tastings for weddings or events, which I thought was cool. I believe it was around $75 for two people and included a few different flavor samples. Overall, it's a really cute spot and I would definitely come back for the sweets. The cupcake alone was worth it. I'd probably skip the coffee next time just to avoid the upcharges, but still a solid four stars
I stopped into Sugarbloom Cakery & Coffee in Redlands and left wondering why I didn't buy a second slice of banana cake for later. The cake was insanely delicious and easily the highlight of the visit, the kind of dessert that has you thinking about it again days later. The coffee was excellent as well and paired perfectly with the sweetness of the cake. The team was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel warm and inviting. I also loved the interior, which is bright and whimsical without crossing into the overly themed territory that some bakeries seem to aim for. Everything else about the visit was great, but honestly, I would come back for the banana cake alone and happily consider the coffee and atmosphere an added bonus.
Super cute bakery with a wide variety of coffees and teas and lots of different creative baked goods. I had their spin on a whoopie pie made with oatmeal cookies and whipped cream with fresh strawberries and a bishoff cookie. I had the cookie 2 days later and it was still good! Only suggestion I have is putting little signs in front of each baked item so we know what it is and can make a decision prior to ordering to speed up the process.

The young lady that helped us was super nice and welcoming. The pastries we got were great! The location is so cute! Music was dope. I loved it all!

As soon as you step inside, you'll be swept up with pastel colors and a genuine, sincere effort put into the space that invites friendly conversations to blossom over sweet pastries and drinks. All the pastries made me salivate, because of how freshly baked they were and the variety they offered. I've been told the churro cake is the most popular, and they were sold out by the time I got there. The next time, I hope to get the churro cake. Very cute place with friendly cashier. First time trying this place out and really wanted to love it. Pros were that the cupcakes were great, moist, and not overly sweet. The boxes and super cute which match the business ambiance. Cons: the display case has very few labels to figure out what each pastry was; I kindly and politely told the young lady behind the case helping me that "it would be helpful if there were more labels to know what each thing was" and she immediately rolled her eyes and then her mood changed with me. As a first time customer, it was awkward for me to now be dealing with this attitude, especially because the pastries are not cheap. Also, I was disappointed that they don't serve any drip coffee because they promote their business with "coffee" Signs. Otherwise, I hope this business continues to thrive and I may come back to try other things at a later time. Hopefully with less attitude when offered a kind and genuine recommendation.
Well, honestly it's a cute local spot in Redlands. Cute decorations. But honestly I would give 3.5 out of 10. The strawberry chocolate was my favorite. But then, apple pie and strawberry cinnamon rolls were disappointing. The rolls were too dry and very little of the fillers compared to size of the rolls. Every bite, I had to take a sip of my americano. And overall, nice experience but too pricey. 3 items and 2 drinks cost me $50.
Great service and yummy pastries. I wish they listed what each item was and the price for their bakery case. The cookie butter chai could've had more of a biscoff cookie butter taste but i still enjoyed it. The strawberry and cream croissant and pumpkin spice cinnamon roll were so delicious! We also enjoyed the banana cream pudding cake, both us and a couple that came in later were shocked at first by the $16.50 price but both parties still got it with how good it looked It was worth it and definitely shareable. While waiting, we got to look at their tall bookshelves full of items from local small businesses which was really cool. read more
It's a very cute bakery with beautiful lighting and a nice social media vibe. The staff was attentive, and I stopped by to get some treats for my friend. I came in around 3 PM on a weekday, and they didn't have many flavors left, so I bought all three: berries & cream, pumpkin cream, and red velvet. It wasn't a hot day, and my friend's place was only about 5 minutes away. But when I opened the box, the cupcakes were way too wet and moist. I picked one up for a picture, and the coating actually stuck to my fingers. The strawberry also tasted like it wasn't very fresh, almost like it had been sitting out for too long. They tasted okay, not bad, but nothing really stood out. Unfortunately, the overly wet, chewy texture and the not-so-fresh strawberry really ruined the experience for me. I don't know where to start. I was excited to try a new place and when I got home it was a true disaster. First off ambiance: it was cute, very pink and white so very girly. The decor was simple, nothing was a wow factor. Does take away from the it being cute. Customer service: the lady that helped us was nice, but didn't notify us there would be a surcharge. What's it for? Card? Cakes? Takeout? Just notify me. Food: I got two cupcakes $7 per. 1 brownie $6.50. 1 cake pop and one almond croissant. Total $35 and some change. For those prices I would expect my food to not be spoiled. It was the matcha cupcake. The bread and strawberry were soured. The only thing we ate and finished was the brownie. And it tasted weird. Everything else was split between 4 people and even then half of everything was thrown away. $35 and spoiled. read more

The best cinnamon rolls ever!! I recently placed an order for baby shower desserts. The cookies and rice krispy treats were beautiful and tasty. I received alot of compliments how beautifully decorated they were. Great communication and order went smoothly. read more

I contacted Sugarbloom to create a cake for an 8th birthday - daytime "slumber party" theme. The picture I gave them was an AI generated photo, and they did an unbelievable job! Of course when I was getting the cake I picked up a cookie and coffee also, obviously. 10/10! read more

It's ridiculously cute in here! Staff greeted us when we arrived and helped us decide what to order since everything looked so good! The cookie butter chai was really good and I've never seen that offered anywhere else. I tried the Mil Hojas and it was light and flaky and just the right amount of sweet. My friend got the cinnamon roll and it was classic, delicious cinnamon roll. read more

The owner of Sugarbloom made my wedding cake and it was just truly amazing. It was one of the best tasting cakes I've ever had, and it was vegan to boot. My daughter has an egg allergy and so I wanted all food served at the wedding to be egg free so she could enjoy the food and cake as well. Sugarbloom offers vegan wedding cakes, so we did the cake tasting and fell in love with the vanilla berry buttercream vegan cake. We decided to look no further and booked the wedding cake with Sugarbloom same day. The cake was decorated beautifully and was so moist and rich in flavor. I was initially afraid to get a vegan cake because I was afraid It would be dry or just not that flavorful due to the lack of butter and milk, but oh my gosh! This cake was just amazing. I loved the frosting so much! I could just eat that by itself. All of my guests also praised the cake and had such wonderful things to say about it, and daughter cleaned her plate lol. It was one of the highlights of my wedding. The owner also went above and beyond with delivery. Thank you so much for making our wedding that much more special. I like this place a lot. They have a small parking area, but it's never super packed, and you can always park. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but I only ever see people inside. It's so cute in there and there are lots of spots to take food/drink pix. The staff is prompt to help you out at the counter, so I think that helps keep it from overcrowding. Their bakery items are all really cute and fresh. I haven't had a single stale item. Their drink offerings are creative and have great flavor profiles. I tend to overspend here for sure. I take the kids and before you know it, one coffee and pastry turns into a box full of stuff and I'm $50+ bucks deep. Eek! It's fun for them though :) read more

We found this place on our way to rancho . It's a a little cute place to have coffee and a treat with your girlfriends. We got there a little after 3pm and the baked goods were almost out. If we're ever in the area again I would stop by again. read more

Food - amazing creative carousel for your taste buds - if you like pistachios and cheesecake you are going to love their pistachio cheesecake - The bakery is a beautifully vibed cafe that feels like a girls night out where everything clean, good and girly come to upgrade the warmth and friendliness of a donut shop but winks to Michelin star fusion status, someone who knows their stuff made this. Twenty-two years living and eating in Redlands and I have never felt so at home and fancy at the same time. I randomly popped in to their shop for a sweet lil something to go several months ago and was blown away by their strawberry shortcake dream - with the creamiest most delightful frosting I have ever tasted. This frosting is beyond amazing I wanted to buy a tub of it, but it's not for sale in tubs, only on the cupcakes. Biting into the strawberry shortcake cupcake greets your taste buds with fresh slivered strawberries tucked inside, whispering that this decadent choice is absolutely worth it. I know that you will not hear this from anyone other than me. I'm actually quite glad that when I walked into this store that there was a long line. While I was in line, I was able to appreciate all the beautiful pastries that were in the case and also make a decision. It was so hard deciding which dessert to order. Everything was just absolutely beautiful, unique and looked delicious. The desserts were huge in portion size also. I ended up getting a Mil hojas, which is flaky pasties topped with whipped cream and fruits. It's one of my favorite types of dessert as it's crunchy in texture. Absolutely delicious. I also ordered an ice almond milk latte. I'm not sure what went wrong on thai day, but the latte was sour and undrinkable. Parking is limited. There is a cute indoor seating area. Casual. Please come and create your own experience. read more
Bakery and Coffee Shop! Came here for a nice pick me up coffee and ended up loving the baked goods! As you walk in you can smell the sweet and fresh bakery items. The cinnamon rolls were delightfully soft, flavorful, and overall amazing. We bought two coffees and they were both great. The lavender was amazing and so was the strawberry. All menu items are on the sweeter side but I found that the coffees were still enjoyable and the sweetness added to the flavors and did not detract from the coffee taste. Overall 10/10 Service was great too! As soon as you walk in they greet you and ask if you're ready to order baked goods. The line moves pretty quickly. Some seating indoors and really cute interior. I'm really torn writing this review because the cake itself was beautiful -- it looked very similar to my inspiration photo and photographed nicely. When we first went in to order, the staff was very kind and welcoming, and they even let me try a lemon raspberry cupcake for free, which I appreciated. However, for $650, I expected a much more professional experience. First, they lost my paperwork. Then they had our delivery date wrong, and we were told they had to "squeeze us in" to actually make it happen (which was quite stressful to hear the day before our wedding). On top of that, the flavors were incorrect. I had ordered Victorian Wedding Cake for the bottom 8" tier and Lemon Raspberry for the top 6" tier. The entire cake was lemon raspberry. Unfortunately, some of our family members are allergic to raspberry and couldn't have any cake at all. The pricing also was frustrating. The starting price was $750 (not including delivery), and I was able to barter for a lower price of $650 (including delivery) by choosing cream flowers instead of gum paste, which felt a bit random given the overall cost. I wish I looked through the Yelp reviews before ordering my wedding cake, because below there is a couple that had a similar experience... 2 stars It was a beautiful cake, but at this price point, I expected better organization, accuracy, and professionalism. Though they are very nice people I am writing this review as a customer/consumer. I truly feel like I didn't get what I paid for, and I hope they improve their customer service moving forward. Flavor was good and I changed my two stars to three, for the cake served its purpose and our wedding was a dream come true. Thank you. read more

It's a great bakery in downtown Redlands offering a variety of sweet treats and coffee cafe. The cinnamon rolls are TikTok famous and people either love them or don't like them so much, personally I think they are good but they are pricy! I really enjoy the strawberry croissants: flaky and a hint of sweet with fresh whip and strawberries! Service is super friendly but not always accurate. Tried a new place out and it was a 10/10. I originally went for their cinnamon rolls but was informed they only make them on the weekends and occasionally on the weekdays. I still decided to grab a couple pastries and a coffee because everything looked so good! I got 3 cupcakes which were strawberry banana, strawberry, and a chocolate with Reese's topping. The cupcakes were so good! I'm not a big sweets person but the icing was a whipped style icing and it was amazing!!! The cupcakes were fresh and I will definitely be back! I also got a cookie butter latte and it was perfect! Customer service was 10/10 also very friendly, knowledgeable, and service was fast. They also have a rewards program as well. read more

Ok the brownie here was amazing! The matcha was some of the best I've ever had. I just wish everything wasn't so damn expensive... not just here but in general. If these were $5 I would be there daily! Super cute place but the parking on the busy street can be difficult for a new driver. Barista was nice too! read more
