Alright so I've given Dutch bros 3 or 4 tries and didn't like it. Its been a few years.. so i tried it again and thought it was really good. Maybe I i just dont like their blended drinks, which i have gotten at least once or twice. This time I got the golden eagle, and this changed my mind completely. On top of that the service was good. I love Dutch bros creative drinks ! H20 are my favorite! I usually go with the gummy bear add coconut milk. The staff is always friendly my only concern is the wait time is a bit much longer then normally use to, even if I'm placing an app order maybe it's staffing issue so I would make sure to place an order way before if your in a rush read more

Oh my goodness the employees here are so sweet but I was stuck in line forever!!!!! I wonder if they were short staffed or if this location is always busy like this. It must have taken close to 30 minutes to get my one rebel drink. I wanted to stop by "quickly" on the way back to vegas but this place set me back quite a bit haha. Needed a shawty coffee after not being able to sleep working an overnight shift. Hotel was facing the sunrise (no bueno). 5/5 Service Quick no line except the Tesla that took forever to order. Car behind me and I both got our drinks by an awesome Dutch barista before they did at the window. Lady who took my order was pumped for the day so told her hit me with the 911. 2 drive thru lines available. 5/5 Drink Drink was what the sleep deprived doctor ordered. 6 shots in a hot coffee beverage in the 911 was not like drinking gasoline. It was actually a bit sweet (not a lot). Drink comes with 6 shots of espresso, half-and-half, and Irish cream syrup. It is available hot, iced, or blended . Had a friendly experience with all the baristas and had my drink made fast! Made my night so much better with my amazing coffee

This location is a bit hidden, my GPS was telling me to turn left into the 7-11 from the freeway exit. I couldn't see it but my kids in the back seat have eagle eye vision and spotted it quickly! The line was super short which great because I still had to charge before heading home (which is near the In and Out)! Well with the GPS directions I had to enter through the "Do Not Enter" sign. Guuurl, I was not going around the whole building! I slid right in line and ordered quickly! I always order a hot drink, it could be 105 degrees and I will have a hot coffee. My girls ordered the Golden Eagle something something. I could never remember. Service was great super friendly and very happy! I asked if they had any stickers and sadly no they didn't! Spot has an outdoor walk up order /pick up station but no indoor seating. Place looked clean, and service didn't take too long. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros so I was excited, however I left a little disappointed. I ordered their Vanilla Protein latte with caramel syrup (iced). It was okay, really just tasted like a Dunkin Donuts coffee to me. But once they put the Dutch Brothers in Beaumont, I instantly fell in love not only does the coffee taste better but you get more for your dollar. What a treat it is every morning to walk up and automatically the barista's know my order and my name they always write adorable little heartfelt messages on my cup, which makes my day brighter. I went to Dutch Bros. for my birthday drink. I don't get over to the other side of town much but when I do, I love to stop in. I got an iced sugar free protein drink and it was marvelous. BUT the real reason I'm writing this is because of the service I received. I ordered my drink on the app and thankfully (after I ordered mine) I called my husband to ask him if he'd like one. I'm glad I did because he said yes to a dark chocolate mocha. So I encountered 2 different cashiers and both were so sweet and delightful and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I'm writing because I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Dutch Bros. On Monday, I placed a mobile order for three drinks. My co-worker picked them up, but not only were the drinks completely incorrect, they also weren't ready on time. No one answered the phone when we tried to call, and because we are in a classroom, we ultimately had to go without coffee. This is not the first time this has happened-- the same issue occurred last week. At the end of the day, I went back to the store and spoke with Mark, who identified himself as the manager. He apologized, acknowledged the repeated issue, and told me he would add five free drinks (any size) to my app along with additional points. He stated it would take 24 hours to appear. It has now been several days, and none of the credits or points have been added. I have called every day since, and I keep being told "the office is closed." Because the credit never appeared, I had to load more money onto my app to purchase drinks for my co-workers--something I should not have had to do. This situation has become extremely frustrating and honestly feels unacceptable. I would appreciate having the promised drinks and points added to my account immediately, as well as confirmation that the store has addressed the recurring order accuracy and communication issues. I tend to drive to palm springs a few times a month for my moms doctors apt and I have to stop by for a fun drink from Dutch. The employees are always super fun to talk to and very good personalities you can tell they really like working there. I hope thats true. My go to drink from Dutch when im not in a coffee mood is the OG Gmmy bear with a sugar free rebel and soft top. My go to coffee order is a sugar free golden eagle no caramel drizzle with protein milk. so so good. They had a "shake" type of drink with white chocolate. The only thing I tasted was the white chocolate; i even asked for extra hazelnut and still didn't taste it.
