I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros, and I have to shout out Jocelyn for making it even better! She was an amazing broista, super friendly, energetic, and genuinely made my day. You can tell she really cares about customers and brings such a positive vibe to the stand. My drink was perfect (as always), but the service is always 10/10! Always makes me double rainbro rebel a 10/10!! :D read more

I've held off a bit on adding this but it's now overdue. I waited to try Dutch because I just assumed it was all super sugary crazy drinks and prob just not for me. I was finally taken here with a friend and let me just say I'm fully converted gal! I've been to this location no less than 6 times now and it's always a great experience. The employees are always upbeat, music is always a vibe and it's all smiles. You can literally get anything at Dutch-my favorite daily driver is the SF strawberry black iced tea. The SF tigers blood is a close runner up for me on a hot summer day and the stars of the show-the iced protein SF golden eagle. It's ridiculously good. Their SF varieties are MILES better than SB. Oh and dutch has actual pup cups!? My dog always agrees-fire. read more

I ordered a vampire slayer blended with freeze dried candy. Jay was amazing although he didn't take my order he still made my experience worth stopping by. He surprised me with today's sticker drop which I was expecting to be out. I had been charged incorrectly and received a regular vampire slayer blended and when I informed him he let me know they accidentally did not charge me for the candy. I told him it was no big deal and I would just take the drink as but he went out of his way and added the freeze dried candy at no charge I thanked him and his coworker for everything and wished them a good day. 10/10 service read more

I love Dutch bros creative drinks ! H20 are my favorite! I usually go with the gummy bear add coconut milk. The staff is always friendly my only concern is the wait time is a bit much longer then normally use to, even if I'm placing an app order maybe it's staffing issue so I would make sure to place an order way before if your in a rush read more

Somebody call 9-1-1 Shawty fire burning on the dance floor, whoa... Only shawty was the shawty cup in my hand after a stop at this Dutch Bros. Needed a shawty coffee after not being able to sleep working an overnight shift. Hotel was facing the sunrise (no bueno). 5/5 Service Quick no line except the Tesla that took forever to order. Car behind me and I both got our drinks by an awesome Dutch barista before they did at the window. Lady who took my order was pumped for the day so told her hit me with the 911. 2 drive thru lines available. 5/5 Drink Drink was what the sleep deprived doctor ordered. 6 shots in a hot coffee beverage in the 911 was not like drinking gasoline. It was actually a bit sweet (not a lot). Drink comes with 6 shots of espresso, half-and-half, and Irish cream syrup. It is available hot, iced, or blended . This Dutch Bros is off the 10 freeway a few lifts down which is why they probably didn't have a long line like other ones off the same freeway. Visit this spot for your 911. Ok. I am only reviewing this place for coffee. I think their smoothies are pretty good, but the coffee taste less like coffee and more like a sugary drink. The first time I ordered I couldn't finish it because it was waaaaay too sweet. So I told by someone to get it half sweet, so I went back and did that....still too sweet. It's ok, but not my 1st or 2nd choice read more

Oh my goodness the employees here are so sweet but I was stuck in line forever!!!!! I wonder if they were short staffed or if this location is always busy like this. It must have taken close to 30 minutes to get my one rebel drink. I wanted to stop by "quickly" on the way back to vegas but this place set me back quite a bit haha. Everyone was nice and the drink was as perfect as can be but lord was my patience tested due to how slow the line moved. I'll never see this location again since I'm never here but if I'm on the freeway I'll remember how busy they get. Haha read more

Great place to get a coffee, staff is friendly especially ari, stands out from the rest. Great barista

This location is a bit hidden, my GPS was telling me to turn left into the 7-11 from the freeway exit. I couldn't see it but my kids in the back seat have eagle eye vision and spotted it quickly! The line was super short which great because I still had to charge before heading home (which is near the In and Out)! Well with the GPS directions I had to enter through the "Do Not Enter" sign. Guuurl, I was not going around the whole building! I slid right in line and ordered quickly! I always order a hot drink, it could be 105 degrees and I will have a hot coffee. My girls ordered the Golden Eagle something something. I could never remember. Service was great super friendly and very happy! I asked if they had any stickers and sadly no they didn't! This will definitely be a pit stop from now on! Thank you for reading! read more

Drive thru line was long, ordered in app. Waited in line a bit. Thankfully the girl walking the line to take orders told me to go to the outside lane to get out easier when my order comes out. I appreciated her telling me. She was super nice. Only went for coffee. We don't have Dutch bros. In Hawai'i so I wanted to see what the hype was about. Decent coffee better priced than Starbucks. Would visit again while I'm home from Hawaii this week. Big Mahalo for the friendliness of your staff read more

Spot has an outdoor walk up order /pick up station but no indoor seating. Place looked clean, and service didn't take too long. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros so I was excited, however I left a little disappointed. I ordered their Vanilla Protein latte with caramel syrup (iced). It was okay, really just tasted like a Dunkin Donuts coffee to me. I'm from the LA area so driving to Dutch Bros is a bit out of the way for me and I unfortunately do not think I will be trying this again- there are just so many better coffee spots around. read more

Be prepared to wait like 20-30 minutes if you go through the driveway it takes forever

Does this Dutch bros have an issue with staffing? The wait time has always been a problem since it first opened.

Ordered 3 drinks. 2 kids smoothies and a fizz. There was no line at the walk up and 3 cars in the drive thru. There was at least 4-5 workers. so we thought we would get our drinks fast. Nope! We waited 20 minutes. Is that normal? that's the last time I go there. Every now and then a car drove in and it seemed like their Priority was the drive thru. Also, the employees gave bad customer services. They were rude regret giving a tip. Lastly, don't know what the hype is my drink tasted like it was watered down. No flavor. read more

I had a wonderful experience with two of the girls there. I believe their names were Jocelyn and Carissa? Very sweet and funny. Last year for my birthday, I got my birthday drink at Dutch Bros Lake Elsinore. It was a bust as the service was lack luster. Not even a happy birthday. This year, I went to Dutch Bros Beaumont on my way to Indian Wells to celebrate by birthday. I actually redeemed my free drink on my birthday. The lady that took my order was OK. She was not talkative. Maybe it's because she was the only one outside taking orders? At the drive up to pick up my order, the lady was pleasant. The problem was, I asked for light ice and the moment I picked up my drink I could tell it was not light ice. I asked the teens in my car if they thought it looked like light ice They concur it was not. Bummer. The drink itself was not bad; cold brew with sugar free vanilla and caramel. Good enough. Missed the Dutch Bros friendly service though. Oh, did I mention it was my birthday but she didn't acknowledge it? read more

I have worked in the fast food beverage industry and I understand how it works when you have new people in training and unpredictable busy times of the work day. However, when I walk up and place an order I expect that I would receive my order before two others that placed a walk up order after me. Sometimes just saying sorry for the wait is not enough. Wait time was 25 minutes at the walk up window. read more

This place is horrible! I just moved down here and have been to multiple stores and this place takes an hour to get a drink order out when there are 6 cars in line. They take your order ahead of time, but it's like nothing is made until you get to the window. Tried the one in Moreno Valley and 6 cars in line, I was out in less than 10 minutes. read more

First, let me tell you that I used to be a Starbucks girl! But once they put the Dutch Brothers in Beaumont, I instantly fell in love not only does the coffee taste better but you get more for your dollar. What a treat it is every morning to walk up and automatically the barista's know my order and my name they always write adorable little heartfelt messages on my cup, which makes my day brighter. Every barista there is simply amazing a special shout out to Ari and Jocelyn. I adore them all a latte. Management is always helpful. And I see them working as a team every day. Alright so I've given Dutch bros 3 or 4 tries and didn't like it. Its been a few years.. so i tried it again and thought it was really good. Maybe I i just dont like their blended drinks, which i have gotten at least once or twice. This time I got the golden eagle, and this changed my mind completely. On top of that the service was good. May have took a little long, but the the drive thru line looked super long, we ordered at the window. Staff that took our order and gave our drink were both friendly and were great read more

I went to Dutch Bros. for my birthday drink. I don't get over to the other side of town much but when I do, I love to stop in. I got an iced sugar free protein drink and it was marvelous. BUT the real reason I'm writing this is because of the service I received. I ordered my drink on the app and thankfully (after I ordered mine) I called my husband to ask him if he'd like one. I'm glad I did because he said yes to a dark chocolate mocha. So I encountered 2 different cashiers and both were so sweet and delightful and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I mean, getting one happy and helpful server is one thing but both of them were just the best ever! I wish I'd gotten their names but that's on me. It was mid afternoon so easy parking and no long line. I cannot wait to go back. And thanks for the birthday drink! read more

i'm constantly getting dutch bros but today i was rushed out the line because " we have a long line " first you give me what I don't order and then when i tell you you try to dumb it down and give me something else. Asked for a drink carrier and toppers " oh but i already gave you your drinks " okay and...? Rude workers but when you guys sit there talking to someone you know for 10 minutes holding up the line it's okay. read more

I love Dutch and I come in every morning at 630am it seems that the morning shift has changed in last few weeks, I love the young crew but they don't seem to provide quick service and or have an organized plan on how to serve customers first. I will not get into detail the event glad to explain if contacted directly by Dutch rep. All of that to say i am always greeted taken care of promptly when Gina is in the mornings as if she has everyone participating at 110% i have even seen her step in and help to get things done quickly. I appreciate her efforts ! Thank you read more

I'm writing because I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Dutch Bros. On Monday, I placed a mobile order for three drinks. My co-worker picked them up, but not only were the drinks completely incorrect, they also weren't ready on time. No one answered the phone when we tried to call, and because we are in a classroom, we ultimately had to go without coffee. This is not the first time this has happened-- the same issue occurred last week. At the end of the day, I went back to the store and spoke with Mark, who identified himself as the manager. He apologized, acknowledged the repeated issue, and told me he would add five free drinks (any size) to my app along with additional points. He stated it would take 24 hours to appear. It has now been several days, and none of the credits or points have been added. I have called every day since, and I keep being told "the office is closed." Because the credit never appeared, I had to load more money onto my app to purchase drinks for my co-workers--something I should not have had to do. This situation has become extremely frustrating and honestly feels unacceptable. I would appreciate having the promised drinks and points added to my account immediately, as well as confirmation that the store has addressed the recurring order accuracy and communication issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution. A read more
