I've held off a bit on adding this but it's now overdue. I waited to try Dutch because I just assumed it was all super sugary crazy drinks and prob just not for me. I was finally taken here with a friend and let me just say I'm fully converted gal! I've been to this location no less than 6 times now and it's always a great experience. The employees are always upbeat, music is always a vibe and it's all smiles. You can literally get anything at Dutch-my favorite daily driver is the SF strawberry black iced tea. The SF tigers blood is a close runner up for me on a hot summer day and the stars of the show-the iced protein SF golden eagle. It's ridiculously good. Their SF varieties are MILES better than SB. Oh my goodness the employees here are so sweet but I was stuck in line forever!!!!! I wonder if they were short staffed or if this location is always busy like this. It must have taken close to 30 minutes to get my one rebel drink. I wanted to stop by "quickly" on the way back to vegas but this place set me back quite a bit haha. Everyone was nice and the drink was as perfect as can be but lord was my patience tested due to how slow the line moved. Does this Dutch bros have an issue with staffing? The wait time has always been a problem since it first opened.

Ordered 3 drinks. 2 kids smoothies and a fizz. There was no line at the walk up and 3 cars in the drive thru. There was at least 4-5 workers. so we thought we would get our drinks fast. Nope! We waited 20 minutes. Is that normal? that's the last time I go there. Every now and then a car drove in and it seemed like their Priority was the drive thru. This location is a bit hidden, my GPS was telling me to turn left into the 7-11 from the freeway exit. I couldn't see it but my kids in the back seat have eagle eye vision and spotted it quickly! The line was super short which great because I still had to charge before heading home (which is near the In and Out)! Well with the GPS directions I had to enter through the "Do Not Enter" sign. Guuurl, I was not going around the whole building! I slid right in line and ordered quickly! I always order a hot drink, it could be 105 degrees and I will have a hot coffee. Spot has an outdoor walk up order /pick up station but no indoor seating. Place looked clean, and service didn't take too long. This was my first time trying Dutch Bros so I was excited, however I left a little disappointed. I ordered their Vanilla Protein latte with caramel syrup (iced). It was okay, really just tasted like a Dunkin Donuts coffee to me. This place is horrible! I just moved down here and have been to multiple stores and this place takes an hour to get a drink order out when there are 6 cars in line. But once they put the Dutch Brothers in Beaumont, I instantly fell in love not only does the coffee taste better but you get more for your dollar. What a treat it is every morning to walk up and automatically the barista's know my order and my name they always write adorable little heartfelt messages on my cup, which makes my day brighter. I went to Dutch Bros. for my birthday drink. I don't get over to the other side of town much but when I do, I love to stop in. I got an iced sugar free protein drink and it was marvelous. BUT the real reason I'm writing this is because of the service I received. I ordered my drink on the app and thankfully (after I ordered mine) I called my husband to ask him if he'd like one. I'm glad I did because he said yes to a dark chocolate mocha. So I encountered 2 different cashiers and both were so sweet and delightful and genuinely seemed happy to be there. I'm writing because I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Dutch Bros. On Monday, I placed a mobile order for three drinks. My co-worker picked them up, but not only were the drinks completely incorrect, they also weren't ready on time. No one answered the phone when we tried to call, and because we are in a classroom, we ultimately had to go without coffee. This is not the first time this has happened-- the same issue occurred last week. At the end of the day, I went back to the store and spoke with Mark, who identified himself as the manager. He apologized, acknowledged the repeated issue, and told me he would add five free drinks (any size) to my app along with additional points. He stated it would take 24 hours to appear. It has now been several days, and none of the credits or points have been added. I have called every day since, and I keep being told "the office is closed." Because the credit never appeared, I had to load more money onto my app to purchase drinks for my co-workers--something I should not have had to do. This situation has become extremely frustrating and honestly feels unacceptable. I would appreciate having the promised drinks and points added to my account immediately, as well as confirmation that the store has addressed the recurring order accuracy and communication issues. I tend to drive to palm springs a few times a month for my moms doctors apt and I have to stop by for a fun drink from Dutch. The employees are always super fun to talk to and very good personalities you can tell they really like working there. I hope thats true. My go to drink from Dutch when im not in a coffee mood is the OG Gmmy bear with a sugar free rebel and soft top. My go to coffee order is a sugar free golden eagle no caramel drizzle with protein milk. so so good.
