Really bummed that they discontinued the shredded beef burritos ! We only came here for that. Plus, why the heck is it freezing cold inside? This is probably our last time here. read more

It's not fair to compare this place to a McDonald's because I hate the food served there so much before I ate here I thought it was the worst in the world. It's now the second worst. To be fair it was my first time ordering a hamburger the other food might be more appetizing however I doubt that The meat patty was thinner than the regular hamburger at McDonald's and completely dry no favor at all fries were ok ( not as good as in and out ) the young people working there were ok not overly friendly and did not look happy that they were working there. I think my total was about $12.00!- I could have had a much better burger at chillis for $10.49 I won't be going back if I want a milk shake I'll go to in and out ( they are awesome there ) read more

Love this place! Best Taco Burger around. I wish I had a Baker's Drive Thru near me. So when I do drive though a place that has one, I make it a point to grab a bite there. I usually get the Taco Burger combo with fries and a diet coke. The taco burger is served on a soft, warmed bun with shredded lettuce, Taco meat, tomatoes and cheese. Reminds me of the old 'Naugles' (a southern California fast food place a long time ago); they originally had the taco burger. I also get a bean and cheese burrito. The refried beans are cooked perfectly and the flour tortilla is always soft and delicious. This Baker's Drive Thru location has a nice clean interior and good outdoor seating as well (when it's not hot out). The service at any of the Baker's Drive Thru's I have been to has always been super friendly and very fast. read more

Great, friendly service albeit a little slow through the drive thru. 100% worth it to get my banana cream pie milkshake fix and a hot, delicious frynormous order! Wish we had a location closer to us because I would be here so often! My husband tried the peppermint shake and he said it's not as good as the chick-fil-a one, but it's still good and he liked that the size was definitely bigger than the competitors! read more

This location is gross. The floors and tables were dirty. It smelled like sewer right outside the front door. We waited over 10 minutes to recieve our order, which was only 3 meals. The food was cold as we're the staff. We got 6 tacos and they all look like they were sat on. They were flat and only half full. I will never go to this restaurant again. read more

What's the point in having the option to walk in and pick up your online order when the doors are locked at 9pm and there's a long line in the drive through? Not much in terms of quality, their menu is simple with burgers and tacos. We stopped by on our way to Palm Springs as this was a chain that's local to the area, and my children have not yet tried it. Online order was a breeze, sign up for their club for discounts and freebies. Our order was ready on time and made correctly. Service was friendly and very hard-working at this location read more

I had heard of Baker's, but had never stopped. Well, that changed today. I went here for breakfast. I went with a double cheeseburger, light spread, a medium fry and a regular crunchy taco. How was it? Burger- Favorite of the 3 items I ordered. 2 juicy patties, good produce, nice bun. Solid fast food burger. Wish I would have gone with a triple though. Patties are kind of small. Fries- Standard thin fries. Decent. Taco- Pretty large crunchy shell, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, not that much cheese. Good enough. Place reminded me of Del Taco kind of. Menu is available all hours of the day, which is nice. First time here was ok. Would I come back? Yeah. read more

Stopped in for a cheeseburger, plus onions, and strawberry shake... both items were perfect, as ordered and the strawberry shake was made with chunks of strawberries. Definitely preferred these items over the choice of McDonald's next-door. read more

We went to Baker's on the way home after a quick road trip. This place was packed when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. You can place an order with the cashier at the front or you can place your own order via the self serve screen. I went for the hamburger combo with a side of medium fries, and a drink. The food came out fast, ahem, as expected out of fast food. The people here are very friendly and helpful. The place is kept pretty clean. The hamburger was decent. It's actually really good. I had Baker's before in a different location but it was a while back. The fries were cooked properly. I do wish they have some sort of a more sturdy container for the ketchup. We had to place the ketchup on top of the paper on the tray so that we could dip our fries on the ketchup. Anyways, I'd recommend this place for a quick bite if you're on a road trip or if you just want a good burger quickly. read more

Food used to be great, it's horrible now, I go back once in a while hoping they will change the food back, it keeps getting worse. The quality and the flavor continue to decline. I reached out multiple times with no response. The founders would roll over in their graves if they tasted the food now. I grew on bakers and loved the food, it's really bad now, the flavor is gone, they recenttly changed their fries and they are bad too. Burgers are dry, tacos are stale and flavorless and have hardly any meat. It's just bad now. read more

I think the cooks added some eye drops to the food last night 15 minutes later I'm running to the bathroom nasty Food.

They make a big deal about the "return of shredded beef. " I should have noticed they sure don't advertise the price. After ordering shredded beef burrito, I understand why. $12.99! It was good but I definitely came away ripped off! read more

We came to Bakers because we love their food, we left WITHOUT ordering because the Asian girl at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE to us, almost to the point of being HATEFUL. What is wrong with the owners/managers at this location? On 2 consecutive visits I ordered a Double Baker and add chili.....There was much confusion and back and forth via the drive thru for apparently the geniuses who added chili to the menu did NOT add a key for the workers to hit on the register for say 75 cent to $1 extra if you want the same chili that goes on the chili burger to be put into anything else like a taco, burrito or, in my case, on my Double Baker. I was told the ONLY way to do that was to order a more expensive chili burger and then be upcharged for both the lettuce and tomato that comes on a Double Baker......thus jacking my cost up to over $8. WTH?? Total nonsense. Put in a KEY for adding the chili to immediately fix such a simple issue and stop raping your customers with up charges like extra for added secret sauce and grilled onions that used to be FREE.....The Greed here is incredible. Now that McDonald's is staying open later at night, I see less of a crowd at Baker's. Does anyone wonder why? And, 2 of the last 3 times I have come here, the bottom bun for my burger was dried out and hard like a hockey puck. Where is the quality control??? If you read the other Yelp reviews, you will see that I am not the only one complaining about this issue, read more

So sad that Bakers has gone down hill ever since Mrs. Baker died. Bakers was never really considered fast food, it had a much higher quality to it. It was always super fresh like in n out, but it was better because we had more options. The food doesn't taste the same. The fries are completely different, egg burritos taste horrible now and don't even bother with the cheeseburgers. These were some of our family favorites! As the quality started to go done the wait in the lines were still very long. Very disappointing to wait 45 mins just to get food that taste like it sat forever. That would have never happened at the old bakers, you waited but you got super fresh food. It is sad to say that you know Bakers is going to close down all because they won't turn back to the old ways! Now we drive by Bakers and there's no line. Before the lines were long but we'd be more than willing to wait! So sad please come back Bakers!!!! read more

This Bakers has really gone downhill over the last few months here. Portions are smaller, meat is tasteless and super greasy, hardly any cheese on tacos and burritos. The Yucaipa location food quality and portions remains great. New manager " Francisco " knows nothing about customer service. He would be better off working on the back of a garbage truck. There's an old saying in the Food Service Industry: " Fix the Customer, THEN Fix the problem. " Francisco needs to go back to Bakers training camp. read more

Fast food no longer takes pride in the quality or consistency of portions for their food. Bakers is no different. Went and purchased 3 tacos ( 2.50 each), which looked like a .59 cent taco from their competitor. Looked so sad. This is why people are bringing their business to food trucks. Better quality and quality. Bakers consistently went down hill year after year. read more

Terrible quality, food is always cold and soggy especially the fries, and on top of that they always close inside early so you have to take the long drive thru, everything here is so lackluster from the food especially, service is a 3/10 at best, there's a reason why bakers will never top Inn and out read more

The establishment was a little messy I will not lie. However, I got a red burrito, chili cheese fries and a regular taco. All of my food was very hot when I got it! This is sometimes rare from a fast food restaurant which was a nice surprise! It was very fresh. The chili cheese fries are by far my favorite from there. The red burrito lacked any real flavor but the taco was pretty decent. The service was OK. The guy ringing us up seemed to be annoyed that he had to work at all. Other than that it was ok. read more
