They never did really fully explain about the $40 they told me about two dollars here three dollars there. I just got so disgusted. I just told Instacart I will never Order through you ever again . so I'm just telling you, so this will not happen to anyone else . We walked all the way back there only to find out the packing tape was actually in the stationery department, just a few aisles from where we had originally asked. It felt like we were intentionally misdirected because he didn't want to take the time to help. That's not the level of customer service shoppers should expect. Management should address this behavior. Associates should be helping customers find products accurately instead of sending them across the store for no reason. This experience wasted our time and left a very negative impression.

I've been to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country, and while every location has its strengths and weaknesses, this Beaumont store consistently falls short. One of the biggest problems is how unfriendly it is for elderly and disabled customers. There is no seating near the front of the store for people who need to rest, and shopping can be exhausting if you have mobility issues. The store only has two electric shopping carts for such a large location. The excuse that homeless people keep stealing them isn't acceptable. If that's truly the problem, Walmart should invest in a system that prevents the carts from leaving the property instead of leaving customers without the equipment they need. The store also seems to carry a more limited selection of products than many other Walmart locations. On top of that, the aisles are often messy and disorganized, making it harder to find what you're looking for. When you do need help, it's often difficult to find an employee, and the staff that are available rarely seem interested in assisting customers. Checking out is another frustrating experience. The lines are frequently long, and the self-checkout system often has trouble reading my debit card, turning what should be a quick trip into an unnecessarily frustrating one. It's disappointing to see how far this store has declined over the years. I remember when it was a place the community was proud of. I hope management starts paying attention to accessibility, customer service, organization, and the overall shopping experience because this location has the potential to be much better.
