The other employee had her name badge filled so I couldn't get her name. They were unable to assist me. If you don't enjoy working with the public please get different job. Don't even think of doing an online curbside pick up order. I did an online curbside pick up. After 4 hours with no updated I called in to get an update and was told 1 more hour. Literally 2 min after I finished the call I received a text... they cancelled my order. So rude and unprofessional. This location is disgusting. Have had issues with pharmacy in the past as well. -5 stars read more

Pharmacy need to Time manage way better no don't blame covid you had 1 1/2 hours to fill a standard prescription come two hours later and a still had to wait another in a long line plus another 10+ minutes because it wasn't proceed or ready this is ridiculous if we're here to pick up medication it's not for fun it's a pain or discomfort we're having and to wait more time maybe if you guys stop talking to each other and actually work your fill time will be quicker. I'm also plan to give you 1's on your receipt survey I know those hurt your stores score and corporate will notice ... and faster actions will take place TIP for everyone do the survey on bottoms of receipt time consuming but that's the only way management or corporate will notice their lack in customer service so something can be done .. read more

I really had a bad reputation at this location before, today 12/20/2022 went in the store around 9:30am to do western union transaction ,the girl that works as the cashier told me is only allowed one transaction a day Then she told me to wait ,she went to ask something at the lady in the photo station, then the girl came back and she told me to go at the photo station, that lady told me that the system was down. I understand a lot of places are understaffed these days. But I went in for a few things. I waited by the cash register and look around for a cashier, I noticed one worker looked at me a few times (not just once but a few times) and went about his business as if he didn't even see me. Finally when there was about 6 people waiting he decided to come up and ring us up. Not a sorry for the wait not a hi , not hello nothing. Even when he came upfront he walked slow. Before I started couponing I never had a problem with this store but now that I have began to use coupons A LOT at this particular location it seems like it's ALWAYS an issue about something, to picking up curbside orders to cancellations with orders and today it was about using a certain coupon that the store itself had gave me it was buy $25 get $7 for next purchase so I did get some items and after in store discounts my total was still well over $25 but was denied using my coupon and the grl said just because I couldn't I was like but why that's not a reason, I have heard from other couponing ppl how certain stores act towards them for couponing but never had I experienced my self personally, so looks like I have to find another Walgreens to do my purchases at. read more

Wish I could leave zero stars. The manager kicked out my other dogs in training and only let my service dog in but she should've said "no dogs allowed at all" but she said "only service dogs can be in the store" so I told my partner to stay outside with our other two dogs but the manager kept following me around even though I had my two other dogs outside and I stayed with my service dog and then told me again only service dogs were allowed and when I told her my dog was a service dog she just stood there staring at me while I was shopping looking for dog treats. I go here to pick up my prescriptions, and again the pharmacy has a way of changing my prescriptions. I have one scription's with two medication yes two over the counter medication and the pharmaceutical wanted to change my medication saying that I cannot be taking both of them at the same time I do understand that, but it doesn't give her the right to just changed my prescription when a doctor prescribe those two medication. If one doesn't work, maybe the other one might work, but to me, it just seemed so rude how she likes to manipulate peoples prescriptions. she not the one paying for people medication. and she should just advise and not judge. she made me feel so bad. read more

Store is great, but pharmacy service is horrible. Not enough people working to cover the counter. Takes forever inside and outside.

The guy at the check out at the door was very nice and good. He even apoligized for the other people being paid to be in the store. Without even looking the very young very stupid clerk walking around the store does not know what an inhaler is, does not know it's purpose. We ended up going to CVS to get one. I have a PhT. This is the worst service I have ever seen at any pharmacy. Anywhere. Worst ever. It's ok the to hire young stupid women because the don't know how to dress for work but for heaven sakes teach them or keep them in the back!!! read more

The store employees are something else. They did not provide me a receipt and I asked for a copy and the girl at the register had an attitude and I asked for the manager and she had an even bigger attitude. was rolling her eyes and telling me I must have selected to have my receipts go to my email which I told her I never did and asked how I can change it and she said I don't know. How do you not know? The security guard was even worse. I do not condone stealing and some lady was stealing some toothpaste and the security guard starts cussing her out in front of everyone as well as tries grabbing stuff out of her pockets without even asking her to give it back first. He is not a cop, he is a security guard and I think that he needs to be more professional and not act so hostile and make the situation worse for the patrons that are in the store. read more

The register system went down while I and two other customers were in line to pay. We had no choice but to leave the store empty handed. Be warned, make sure you pay for your merchandise before 10:00 PM. Even though you've shopped for all your stuff during business hours, the registers will go down at closing time. They failed to WARN customers and save them from major inconvenience. This Walgreen's shouldn't allow customers to shop until closing if their systems will go down while in line. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this location. read more

I have shopped at this Walgreens many times. The atmosphere is always lovely and I am always greeted when I enter. I understand they are a little under staffed here , but typically when I need help there is someone always available to assist me. I came by on 3/5 in search of some Beauty products that I have purchased there . They carry " Kiss" brand eye lashes that I love wearing so that night I noticed they were out of stock, I was pretty bummed that they haven't restocked that item last few times since I have came in so I asked one of the employees when they were getting another shipment. She looked through their inventory so I went over the 2 items with her and she took down my information and said she will hold those items for me and I could stop by after work on 3/6 to pick them up. After work I called the store and to my surprise she had them up front by the cashier waiting for me. I am super happy. I know it may not seem like much but I really appreciate her help and how thoughtful it was that she kept her word. It's one small kind gesture like that reminds me how I am so happy about my continued business at this store. Everyone is always so nice and helpful . I didn't get the managers name but overall I am always pleased with my customer service and they way the treat all their patrons. I am a happy customer and I left with the eye lashes I have been wanting to replenish my own inventory so I am never without different styles of lashes =) Lashes really completes your look...imo. After reading some negatives reviews...it makes me so sad...to hear about the complaints...throwing a little shade on this location. If you are that concerned ever thought about just letting someone know about " why" you are unhappy versus slandering their name. read more

I recently moved home for a couple of months from Irvine and this Walgreens is even worse than I remember. First it took them 3 hours to fill a simple generic antibiotic prescription. Then I was in line for 45mins waiting to pick it up. The Walgreens where I used to live would have had it filled in 15mins. From what my parents told me, they don't have much luck with the other pharmacies in the area. Pick your poison I guess. Started off great....until I didn't get my photos. I used the Walgreen's app to order 75 prints because I had a coupon. I was impressed by how well the app worked. I submitted my order and got a message saying my photos would be ready in about an hour. I arrived after my quoted time and waited at the photo counter for several minutes for someone to help me. When the lady arrived, she asked if I had ordered prints and asked for my name. She then looked up my information on the computer. Then she says, "Sorry, our printers aren't working. They should have called you." I received no phone call. This was a complete waste of time and gas. I ended up having to go someplace else because I needed the photos the same day. Avoid using the 1-hour photo service if you actually want your photos. If you enjoy uploading your photos, cropping them, submitting your order, driving to Walgreens, waiting several minutes for an employee to help you, and NOT GETTING YOUR PHOTOS, this place is awesome! read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. I placed an order for a canvas on Thursday, February 6th and I received a notification saying it'll be complete by Saturday, February 8th. I happened to be in the area on February 8th, so I stopped by to check the status on my order. The employee informed me that they ran out of ink and they placed an order the week prior but have yet to receive the ink shipment. There was a chance the ink might be delivered on Monday, February 10th, but there was no guarantee that my order would be complete since there are consistent orders being submitted in the photo department, thus, it would only push my order to the end of their to-do list. I asked if I can follow up with them on Monday, but she suggested I go to another Walgreens. I asked if she can transfer my order, but she explained that their system didn't allow them to do that. It was a huge inconvenience and waste of time. I'm understanding of such things happening, but I would have appreciated a phone call informing me of this. It could have saved me time and money. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I ended up going to the Walgreens on Sierra Ave and Jurupa Ave. and my order was completed the same day, no issues. read more
