ABC Pharmacy - Next to a taco place - Pharmacy Near Me - Rialto, California

I absolutely had a very pleasant experience with this pharmacy, my original pharmacy was out of stock with my medication, i called here asking if they had my medication here so that way my pharmacy can redirect my prescription here and not only was my interaction on the phone was nice, the guy who helped me on the phone took over and contacted my pharmacy for my prescription. He then called me back and confirmed he handled everything and then he was even able to offer me a coupon on my medication and brought my ($22 copay to $0). The techs here were very welcoming and nice and I would 100000% recommend this pharmacy thank you guys!!! read more

This pharmacy filled my prescription in such a timely manner! I didn't have to wait in a long line or deal with "you can buy it over the counter" like most big names pharmacies do. The workers had great customer service. This place has become my one and only pharmacy! read more

Great little Pharmacy! I went in to get a covid vaccination. Alice was very helpful with the information and the process was fast. My mother had got hers done at Walgreens where we waited nearly 2 HOURS with appointment! I will definitely recommend this pharmacy to friends and family. read more

Never again will I used this pharmacy .. They were supposed to deliver my prescriptions to my home it took 7 days of constant calling trying to get my prescription and I spoke to everyone that works there and still didn't get my prescriptions filled finally I had to call my doctor and had them call it in to Rite Aid and it was taken care of within an hour .. Thanks rite aid .. ABC pharmacy sucks!! read more

I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN. PLEASE STAY AWAY! first, they delayed delivery of my medicines and then they missed one drug in the package. when i called them, they insinuated that i was lying about it. the mgr finally agreed to transfer the prescription to another drug but then they did not transfer the authorization too so i had no medicines for an entire weekend plus all the prior days of delay! i called them (specifically Crystal) first thing Monday and they still insist it was delivered (yup i have to go through all these to get a double dose of medicines?!) and that there is nothing they can do coz they already transferred the prescription! what a great customer service...tsk! how grossly incompetent!!!!! i suffered all the more without my meds , my condition worsened over those days! THEY SHOULD NEVER SCREW UP MEDICINES AND PATIENT'S CONDITION!!!! read more

Ships prescriptions out fast and on time . Pharmacy communicates well . Good customer service.

This pharmacy is amazing! Eugene, the pharmacist went out of his way to make sure I had the generic version of a prescription I needed while the name brand was being approved. Since I am in North Orange County and they are in Riverside, they sent me the prescription by UPS and even waived the co-pay! Thank you ABC pharmacy, you made my day! read more

I got a prescription and was quoted $400 at 2 other pharmacies. These guys helped me get it covered for a faction of the prize. They'll definitely help you save one $$$ read more

I would like to start by saying this Pharmacy is amazing the staff all the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist are very pleasant. I've been going to ABC Pharmacy for almost 4 years now and it's been a great experience, Unfortunately they are no longer contracted with Molina however, I can definitely say I appreciate the extensive help that the pharmacist Steven and Edward have always provided for me along with all their others. In which I would just like to finalize this review by saying these people at ABC Pharmacy are amazing they go outside the box and make sure that you're satisfied and well taken care of as being one of their patients that receive their medications from their location. And before I could conclude this I would also like to mention the pharmacy text Name by the name of Rebecca at ABC Pharmacy is in extreme importance to this company she has been so very helpful to me in the past 4 years and very nice young lady there couldn't be a better pharmacy tech or Pharmacy staff in the Inland Empire. Thank you all at ABC Pharmacy and I hope very soon that you guys contract back with Molina. read more

I have never had such compassionate care and support to help me with my medications that were not covered by my insurance. Elizabeth went out of her way to get me the best deal possible and saw to it that I was also being taken care of. A totally upliting experience, since its rare to find this type of customer service nowadays - where you are treated with respect and a genuine sence of caring. read more
