DK Pharmacy completely changed the way I feel about the pharmacy experience. I was fed up with the…read morelong lines and impersonal service at big-chain pharmacies, so I decided to give DK a try. I'm glad I did, and I'll never go back to the chains. When I call, I don't have to sit through a long list of menu options, and I'm rarely put on hold for more than a minute. The pharmacist is accessible and available to answer questions, which makes a huge difference. I highly recommend DK Pharmacy. The level of service and genuine sense of community they provide is something you just don't get from the big chains. They kept their doors open a few minutes after closing so that I could pick up my medication today. DK pharmacy cares about its customers and it's this kindness that's hard to find at any big chain.

I have rare medical issues that require medications that pharmacies would continually have to order each time I called for refills. Every month there would always be a problem, especially during the COVID period. I finally switched to DK Pharmacy and I'm grateful I did. They work very closely communicating with my doctor regarding all my medications. They've never let me down. They are very professional, courteous and I only wished I had listened to my doctor sooner. Pricing is irrelevant since it's governed by insurance or coupons. Of course, I believe our medications are outrageously overpriced.
