Busy times calls for chaos. That is expected but just super inconvenient for people to wait in line and have others just go ahead of the line because they did a drop off and add 10 more mins to the wait time. Might have to start planning the pharmacy visits to low traffic hours but that could be hit or miss. read more

The clerk needs to start standing behind the counter, while helping you. Not in the front of the counter right next to you, putting in your personal information in front of other customers. It's creepy and the guy needs deodorant . You smell it when you walk into the store. Tired of someone standing right next to me when I'm trying to check out. Also asked the manager for a simple oximeter for my dad, he tried selling me a50.00 one, after I told him I just wanted the cheapest one they had. After I insisted I didn't have 50.00 to pay for one in front of everyone waiting at the pharmacy, he then lowers his finger and points out the 12.00 oximeter. I feel as the manager of the store he should have been kinder. And listened to his customer. Just a weird vibe when you go there. read more

I recommend driving an extra 10 mins to the next one to save an hour.... It's a joke. I live right down the street so I've tried to give this place a chance. But after so many times of the employees not helping people in line, things not being in stock, and standing in line at the pharmacist for an hour, I can't. Foods expired. I watched the pharmacist literally drag their feet with 15 people in line. as if they didn't want people to go there anymore because it meant more work for them. It sucks because you have no choice if you ordered your meds their after surgery. Writing this to save people in need their time. If you do plan on getting drugs from this pharmacist, maybe just get Netflix on your phone bring some head phones and be ready to watch the entire movie while you wait in line, for real. read more

The hours here suck. They have less products than other CVS stores. The pharmacy takes forever and sometimes they can't even be bothered to tend to the drive thru window. You could sit there for 10 minutes and not a peep from anyone to tell you to come inside or anything. I hate this CVS. Big f***ing waste of time, every time! read more

The female manager here doesn't know the first thing about customer service. She chooses who she wants to help or not help, probably doesn't know any of her store's policies. I came here to purchase milk for my son and the price on the app and website both show $5.79 and in storage it rang up as $6.79 so normally yes things you order on the website might sometimes be cheaper than stores but it's not an item that you can order online it's milk. This issue could have been easily resolved like many other store have done before is a price modified but she says no we don't price modify and I've worked at CVS before in my early college days so I know you could price modify anything you want it's up to the manage discretion so again, like I said, she chooses who she wants to help or not help. I still bought it because I need the milk and was to lazy to go else where. I was only asking for help it's a dollar but she just rubbed me the wrong way. read more

Great pharmacy with staff that makes you feel cared for. The Pharmacist by the of Jalal was very attentive and answered all my questions about a new medication I was starting. My refills are always ready and filled on time and I am not nervous about getting my vaccines anymore now that I am using this pharmacy. I have had the best service at this pharmacy! The staff is friendly and helpful every time I visit. I love around the corner from this pharmacy so it has been fast and convenient for me. The pharmacists are absolutely brilliant. Meagan is always so sweet, empathic and very knowledgeable. She has been an angel during some of my most trying times. Employees up front are usually really nice but the pharmacy is beyond horrible. They pharmacy is rude, never answer their phones, have you wait extremely long times when they do. Even picking up your prescription is a nightmare. read more

I recently moved to the area and use the CVS because of insurance coverage. I have transferred the prescriptions of my children to this location because of the kind staff, quick service and great communication. 5 stars for this cvs. Juan was the first person to greet us when walked in and even asked if he could help us find anything. My husband needed to pick up his medication while I looked around for a few things. I went to find him and he was still at the pharmacy. I'm thinking "oh no, what is it this time" but it was the complete opposite. The pharmacist was friendly and helped him with everything and didn't let us leave with any questions- while having a smile on her face- it was a much needed bright light after this virus thing. I am very disappointed with the management at this CVS. Manager Juan is so full of it that he doesn't even know the CVS coupon policy. I hope you read this and get educated with the CVS policy. 1 item purchase = 1 item. The coupon will literally say that and limit of 2 IDENTIAL COUPONS and still say you can only use 1. Manager Juan is so rude, I am nice with strangers but once they start to raise their voice and not even know their own coupon policy is frustrating. This is hands down the best pharmacy ever! Meagan is the sweetest pharmacist and is so knowledgeable. I had multiple questions regarding a new medication I was taking for the first time and she make me feel more comfortable about taking it! If I could I would give this pharmacy more than 5 stars!
