I had a very disappointing experience with an associate named Jasmine at the deli. She never greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or said a single word throughout the entire interaction. Dirtiest Walmart I've ever been too read. 20 years ago I drove up to the parking lot and turned right back around. The parking lot is so filthy, there's the smell of urine, trash, used condoms. where there should be flowers, shrubs and trees there are dried up flower pots, the curbs are broken everywhere and there is old water running down the curbsides everywhere. I went again last week EVEN WORSE NOW! Homeless people walking around. The produce department is so groce! I wouldn't buy anything from there. I came to this Walmart to pick up a couple beauty supplies. Their health and beauty supplies area is sectioned off. It's a small area. I had to go through the steal bar to enter into it and another steal bar to exit from it. Lots of the supplies are behind locked glass. There was a nice gentleman walking around with a key if you should need something behind the glass. Once items are obtained, the employee takes the items up to the cashier. When it's your turn to pay, you need to tell them which items are yours. The health and beauty supplies must be paid for before you leave the area. I am Walmart + member and like to use the scan and go feature. The manager at 1120 S Mount Vernon Ave, Colton, CA 92324 stated on 12/24/25 in store I was unable to use the scan/go feature. I am only a member due to my disability and the convenience of this feature. I checked the app, the "scan and go" feature was working properly and would allow me to check out and obtain a digital receipt so the asset loss protection guy could check upon my exit from the store. Needed Frontline for Fleas. The product was in a locket cabinet. I pressed the button requesting assistance. No one came to help, but seven Walmart staff walked passed me, each telling me they didn't have the key, etc. After nearly 15 minutes, I finally tracked down someone who help me. He didn't use a key, but his work phone. When I asked if he was the only one who could unlock the cabi, he said, "No, anyone with a work phone." I asked to see the manager. While waiting in the front of the store, five more staff members walked by me. I asked each one if they had a work phone. Two of five had them. By the way, no managers ever showed up, so I left my cart at the entrance with the greeter and I asked to give the cart if he ever showed up. This is NOT the first time I have had to wait 15 or more minutes for s to help me with a locked item. Ok I give this place a 3 because the parking lot is ridiculous with the charging stations takes up most of the closer ones wtf. Handicap is understandable but to prioritize those vehicles not everyone that's disabled can obtain a sign or can afford an electric car. Anyways inside is pretty decent everything is organized. Get all your essentials. Staff is helpful. It's Walmart you will see something funky or not in place. When I checked out the conveyor belt had a dip underneath so when you put your items on it looks like it's going to swallow or fall in. Food products can be fresh, frozen and canned. Organic produce are also available. Service self check outs are available for express purchases. Ambience is always busy anytime of the day I come. I am beyond sick of this walmart. I took a long break from shopping here. I've been coming here for a long time. I completely get it. You're trying to stop people from stealing, but in the process, other Walmart customers suffer. You're standing waiting for someone to come open stuff that is locked forever. Self check out is a joke now. Out of maybe 10 self check out registers, only 2-3 are opened. 3 registers with cashiers open. Stand in self check out lines for what seems like forever. You're standing there, and you see and hear people getting frustrated. Now you hear "more registers have opened in self check out 15 items or less," and Register 2 has no waiting. Came in there for 3 items. One was ice cream, by the time i left my ice cream had melted. I'll just drive to Target and pay whatever extra i have to pay. One poor lady worked the entire customer service line during the noon hour By herself. The line was at least 13 deep the entire time. She almost fell over backwards twice. When we got back home in San Bernardino. I try to return it. They do not take back any medical supplies, not even a walker. I complain to the manager. I needed help with a lock up medical item. I pushed the button. But, I seen 3 workers standing by the pharmacy talking about some employee. They started to laugh & looked at me. I asked the lady if she had the key to the lock up. She replied very rude. "No I don't have the key. If you push the button someone will come". She had some keys around her arm. I told her "Oh! I'm sorry I didn't mean to get you upset". She said "Oh! No you didn't" and walked away with the two other workers. The young girl came walking up to open the lock up. I asked her if she was the only one. She said yes I am. I told her I have other items that are Lock up. She said ok just ring the bell. I have other customers I have to go to first.. Been here a few times to give this place a rating based on my experiences. In my opinion, there are probably better Walmarts than this specific one on Colton. Of course since it's a super center, they almost have anything you need, they also have an auto center in the back. During my trips here, this is a sketchy area, and I'd advise you to always watch where you place your belongings. Aside from being aware of your surroundings, whenever I needed help to find an item or need to check out in the back of the store, there was hardly anyone to help. The most I've waited was 20 minutes just to check out in the back to get my oil change items. The inside of this place is unorganized, some aisles are better than others. The dressing rooms are decently clean... I found and inhaled so much dust when I was changing, my allergies acted up all day... I wondered how often they clean up the dressing rooms. I would also give you a piece of advice to leave your kids at home if you're shopping here because there are a lot of sketchy people who come here and I've seen older men or women try to creep up on kids who are away from their parents... I'd rather go to another walmart that's a little better than this one. read more

I went in to wall mart on 4/6/2024 looking for a camping chair that I had seen online. Since I could not wait for the chair to be delivered, I decided to buy it physically. As a result the price online was different from the store price. As I was about to pay I asked if they could price match the item since their website stated the cheaper price.
