I really love the whole concept of Five Below; offering essential items cheaper than Walmart but more expensive than your average Dollar Store! This particular store is located in the Citrus Plaza Shopping Center in the area where Petco and Bevmo are. Ever since this place opened I found myself feeling the need to come in and see what reasonably-priced "Treasures" they have here, and I'm almost never disappointed. So first a gentle warning to the reader. Not everything in the store is 5 dollars or below anymore; but the MAJORITY of their items are. They have a "Five Beyond" section that offers items up to about $20. However, I would still that $5 is the average price of things around here. Some cost more, and many items cost less. With that out of the way, ya'll should know that this is THE place to go if you need cell phone-related gear. Data/Charging cables, chargers (for both home and auto), and cases can all be found here. Very handy when you have a phone and keep losing or damaging your cables. It is also a good place to look for headphones, earbuds, computer mice/keyboards, and other consumer electronics gear such as Bluetooth speakers, etc; though the quality of such is just better than average. Along with all this, they have toys, school and art supplies, clothes, workout gear, cosmetics, some home decor (think dorm stuff), books, and all kinds of other stuff. Also.. CANDY AND SNACKS!! Yup, they have lots of these and pretty cheap too. The wife and I love to load up on these before we go to a movie and hide them in her purse. The store isn't as unorganized as other reviewers have mentioned, but it should be said they seem to re-do their layout at least once per year... so that can certainly be confusing. Everything is well-lit and the displays are brightly colored so as to give the store an airy feeling. The employees are also usually friendly and helpful. This is one of the better Five Below stores. The one closest to me in Hawthorne is Ok, but all the good or cute stuff is always sold out :/. This Redlands one, I do find really cute modern retro-vintage shirts, but the ones I like is probably the majority popular are usually wiped out here too. This store is usually less crowded, more selection of items, self serve check out and the employees are usually helpful. Plenty of parking in a very large crowded shopping center. However, store is off to side facing freeway. I'll definitely be back! read more

Found this place at Citrus plaza in Redlands I didn't know it was there until I stumbled across it one day. Nothing is over $5, which is great & staff is very friendly, but I give it 3 stars because there are some items that are expensive even for $5 when you can go to 99 cents store or dollar store to get the same items for under a buck. The store is clean and has lots of items to choose from there are some items worth buying at $5 that would otherwise be more expensive elsewhere. Five Below is a great discount store for a whole bunch of items ranging from beauty stuff to children's school supplies. It is located inside Citrus Plaza next to Party City. Everything costs between $1-$5. I believe the items they carry also depend on the current season because I saw a whole bunch of summer items such as pool supplies and water guns. They also had a lot of things that cater to children such as colored pencils, books, and sports items (basketballs, racquetballs, etc.). I especially liked their nail polishes which were $3 or 2 for $5. I also appreciated the customer service I received. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who handed me an ad and a basket to carry my items. Later on I was asked by another employee if I needed help. They are definitely not understaffed. I see this place being a great addition to the Redlands community. read more

Went in on New Year's Day. Wasn't even sure they were open. Not an issue just an observation. Only three cars in the lot so hard to measure but they were open. Store is a little cluttered for it being so slow but the staff was very nice and wasn't dirty just a little disorganized. Maybe the week before was a nightmare which would make sense. read more

I love this store. It has alot of different things. They have candy, toys, cell phone, accessories, make up, workout equipment and more. The customer service is always good. Be careful when you come here you will spend alot. When it was summer time they had all the pool toys and beach towels for 5 bucks!! Plus they blow up the pool toys for you. Terrible customer service with a Caucasian lady with pony tail who was being racist only greeting her own race. Today I brought my family and there was this lady working infront of the store. She didn't greet us and was rude to myself and my daughter. She seemed racist was talking down rudely towards myself. I spoke with the store manager who said the employee that was rude didn't even ask the back to help me. When she knew she could of done that instead. Had some items from another Five Below location I wanted to exchange for some items with some of their products. Confused as to why they have a security guard in this location, there must be thieves or security is provided by the Citrus Plaza campus. I get to a cashier and begin to explain that I am exchanging items that I got from another Five Below but she starts talking another employee who is moving or quitting or something. I stop talking so she can hug her employee since the cashier was clearly no longer focused. I waited for her to finish, she's still talking about personal business with her employee friend, so I take my cart back, return to the counter and to finish the transaction. I felt rushed because her friend is leaving and her primary focus was that. Customer service needs some work and the selection is medium compared to other locations, but not worth coming to if you're going to be ignored 50% of the time. read more

Great store to pick up small gifts for parties and what not! Everything thing is five dollars and under hence the name of the business although some items are just plain cheaply made. Don't expect anything in here that is considered a toy for kids to last very long. Cool t-shirts and clothing can be found here.
