But if you're gonna have a no refunds/no returns policy, then you need to keep a fitting room open!! First time here and I fell in love with the place. They have a bunch of stuff. Let me tell you right now it's gonna be a hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. Store has strict policy's please make sure to ask the policy before walking out of the store to save your self a headache. I purchased several things from the store before and I enjoy shopping there, but... this recent purchase caused me a small inconvenience. I purchased two lamps one stays on just fine and the other flickers, I took it back to Crazy Boss and unfortunately the manager verbally told me "If you come here all the time, you should know the policy" nonchalant and walked away. She did not grant my request to swap the item. They have a strict 24 hour electronics return policy, which I was not aware of, but that's OK item was only $7.61 with tax. So I went ahead and grabbed another one to purchase and when testing that one out it had the same flickering issue. However, one employee that was on the clock took her time to help me test out the lamp and she found a resolution. The lamp requires special lightbulbs and she even let me take pictures of the required lightbulbs. I didn't get her name but she provided me with the best costumer service. She took her time and helped me figure out and providing me with a resolution. I also didn't have to purchase another lamp save my self another spending. Thanks girl!! read more

Literally the quality is worse than shein. All the clothes are a bunch of junk. Like no brands cheap shit from China. Some random good brands like 1/1000 items so you need to be patient. I was buying a bunch of clothes for Christmas. One of the pants didn't have a pricing. Instead of asking a manager the cashier said she can't sell it unless I can go and find one exact like it. They were already closed so I wasn't going to go look through their mess of clothes to hopefully find it. They should have a more efficient system to search for the product OR be proactive find a solution & take care of the customer. I love this store. You definitely have to come with time and patience as they are always updating and moving around merchandise. I always find Target brand items, carters, JCP items. I've gotten boots from target for $7 when originally they are $30. And all in motion jackets for $5 instead of $45. Definitely a great store! I just left this location and I will not be returning. I came here to try and find my daughter some tops so I walked in to be stopped not even greeted by security and he asked to look in my purse which was a tote style purse. Then he told me that I couldn't bring my purse inside because it was a large. He said I could take my wallet out and leave my purse at the front door, which I was not going to do and I was not going to leave my purse in the car. Came today to look around for the first time. Store is nice, and clean. Really nice security guy in the front. Security guard is why I'm giving this location 3 stars. Once I checked out cashier I came with family so I went first to pay with a nice Asian girl. And my friend was next and helped by a Hispanic lady with black hair didn't want to sell us a bikini top size L since the bottoms weren't size L as well. WHAT? and after she tried to ask another coworker to translate telling her stuff in Spanish to tell us. But HELLO? I'm Mexican too. So I play dumb as she keeps trying to use this poor girl to translate for her "DILES QUE NO NO SE PUEDE blah blah blah" after I told her in Spanish I could understand her she was still trying to play dumb. So yes I went back to the store and took a size L bottom from the sales floor so we could get what we wanted to buy. She was trying to tell us to get the same item but HELLO, there's no duplicates it's whatever they have on the sales floor. After that the nice Asian girl checked us out no problem, idk why that other lady had a problem? And before that interaction another lady I could hear said she was not going to get serviced by her because she did not like her attitude! Wow, we asked to speak to the manager and the manager had us waiting 20 minutes and guess what they had another couple waiting to speak to the manager as well in the front saying they had been waiting 45 min already and no show! This is a new store. It has a feeling like a bigger Goodwill store. They need to hire more employees on the floor as the shoppers throw everything around if not shoplift the merchandise. The location is in a high shoplift location. Either that or they should invest security cameras. The big thing that sucks is the little line of customers they have at the entrance. As if it's full inside they have to let some customers wait outside. It's inconveniencing the customers and the line is not worth it. There's 2 security guards outside the entrance but they look like the uniform is just a costume. They opened May 4, 2019, it used to be the old Target store building. When paying if you don't know the price, the cashier will tell you then. Until then when you pay, you decide if you want it or not. Be warned! All sales final you can't return or exchange. This store can be great. But it sells fake make up and hair products which is illegal. One of the most fake items they were selling were Moroccan Oil. We brought this to their attention to one of the store managers and he claimed it wasn't that they buy all their stuff from target. I said can not be target doesn't sell this item, then he told me to complain to the manufacture. I told him how, these are fake! I went back the next day and he took them off the shelf even though they weren't "fake"! I sold them on eBay and now I have a bunch of returns because people that have owned this product even stated it was fake, the oil is suppose to be yellow and thick the ones from here are clear like water or baby oil. read more

Many items that are sold there, don't have prices, and when you finally get someone and you ask for a price they tell you the price and when you go to pay they give you another price (much higher). Decided to pop in here out of curiosity; the reviews of this place are rightfully accurate for the most part. So, I didn't know what to expect from this store, considering the strange name "Crazy Boss." As soon as I walked in, it felt more like a Payless than it did a department store because of the seemingly endless rows of shoes --it seems like this is the main thing they carry! I would say that it's just like Payless but not even Payless is as messy and unorganized as this place is! I did attempt to find a good deal on shoes but I came up short-handed and ultimately kind of disgusted for one main reason: as I looked through the shoes, I found a few that I liked, but when I was about to try them on, I looked more closely at them and they appeared to be completely used! The bottoms of them were full of dirt and the inside of them had a deep, dark imprint of someone's foot in there --gross! Turned off by the idea of ever buying shoes from here, I went to another section of the store...towards the clothes. I was hoping they'd have a decently-sized section of workout clothes for men/women, but low and behold: there was no signage that claimed the separation of any kind. Usually there's signage such as "Juniors" or "Kids" or even basic sizing like "Large," "Medium," and "Small" so that customers can better look for the specific types of clothing --essentially, everything was mixed in together, and judging by the few pieces of clothing that I did see, I wasn't interested in digging throughout the whole entire clothes section looking for leggings and sports bras. I'll admit, the prices here are good (I saw a pretty pair of flats from Forever 21 that were $9.00!), but I personally wouldn't shop here on my free time or even if I had all the time in the world; their clothing looked cheap and odd, and half of their bath bombs that were on sale looked as though they were falling apart. That would explain the signage everywhere that reads their return policy which is that it doesn't exist! They're opened packages and product laying around all over the store, and it makes me wonder how a place can stay up and running in the condition that it's in. I mean, at least make some effort to keep the place clean! As I continued looking around, I grew more and more disappointed; it's a messy and dirty environment that no one would want to spend their time, even though they're some great deals. The customer service is good, I have no complaint about that; when I walked up to the register, a woman with blonde-brownish hair in a ponytail asked if I'd like to see anything in the glass counters. There is always a lot to look through when coming here (which is not bad). I just recently came here and got charged for a random item i did not buy (what was the item idk). Luckily the owner we y through my things and doubles checked and refunded me that money. This is not the first time something like this happens to me.
