I love this place. When I moved to SB it was go to place for rugs. It's turned into so much more than that. I bought a tent for my pool last year. I wish I could get another one. That's the problem. You gotta buy if you see it. If you have any pool tents left from last year. Let me know. read more

Most of their items are there for a reason usually because they are returned or because they are cheap products that will break very quickly. I bought a luggage and the wheels broke off from just standing it up. I couldn't take it to my trip. I tried to return it when I came back from my trip since I wasn't able to take it with me and they said no because "many other people had bought it and had not tired to return it." But how many of these people have tried taking it on a trip already. The manager was no help and the cashiers all backed him up even tho you could clearly see the luggage was new with two broken off wheels. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

Came here for the popular Clove nursing shoes that we saw from someone who posted about them on TikTok. They have a really big selection to choose from. I hate to do this, but you lost a loyal customer today. I have spent so much money in this store over the past few years, and given you such high praise to friends & family.. But if you're gonna have a no refunds/no returns policy, then you need to keep a fitting room open!! It seems pretty sketchy that you won't allow customers to try on items, but also don't allow any returns or exchanges. It doesn't make sense, it's bad business, and you should change it immediately. But I guess for now we both lose huh.. I'm still pantless & you get a bad review. read more

This is a huge store, so huge that not all of the floor space is actually being used as retail. The majority of the product is clothing. Lots and lots of clothing. If you walk around the perimeter, there's housewares and a lot of other stuff. It's worth going. Just take your time there's a lot of stuff to see. read more

First time here and I fell in love with the place. They have a bunch of stuff. Let me tell you right now it's gonna be a hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. Literally the quality is worse than shein. All the clothes are a bunch of junk. Like no brands cheap shit from China. Some random good brands like 1/1000 items so you need to be patient. But I only saw a couple good shoe brands. The rest is okay appliances ect. Just not sure on the quality. I mean if you're bored go check it out but don't make the drive from LA. If something says $7 it's not cheap, probably was made for 10cents. Never seen so much shit in one place lol. read more

The service is okay, not always readily available. The value of things are hit or miss, which is not surprising. The price for everything is usually EXTREMELY cheap! Lots of product at great prices. You have to look through clothing to find your size and sometimes they don't have but one size. Service is okay not really friendly the security guard is more friendly than the employees. I enjoy finding the random products for a great price read more

Store has strict policy's please make sure to ask the policy before walking out of the store to save your self a headache. I purchased several things from the store before and I enjoy shopping there, but... this recent purchase caused me a small inconvenience. I purchased two lamps one stays on just fine and the other flickers, I took it back to Crazy Boss and unfortunately the manager verbally told me "If you come here all the time, you should know the policy" nonchalant and walked away. She did not grant my request to swap the item. They have a strict 24 hour electronics return policy, which I was not aware of, but that's OK item was only $7.61 with tax. So I went ahead and grabbed another one to purchase and when testing that one out it had the same flickering issue. However, one employee that was on the clock took her time to help me test out the lamp and she found a resolution. The lamp requires special lightbulbs and she even let me take pictures of the required lightbulbs. I didn't get her name but she provided me with the best costumer service. She took her time and helped me figure out and providing me with a resolution. I also didn't have to purchase another lamp save my self another spending. Thanks girl!! read more

I love this store. You definitely have to come with time and patience as they are always updating and moving around merchandise. I always find Target brand items, carters, JCP items. I've gotten boots from target for $7 when originally they are $30. And all in motion jackets for $5 instead of $45. Definitely a great store! If you can go through the clothes I promise you'll find something! If you don't like the organization go pay full price at target. read more

I was buying a bunch of clothes for Christmas. One of the pants didn't have a pricing. Instead of asking a manager the cashier said she can't sell it unless I can go and find one exact like it. They were already closed so I wasn't going to go look through their mess of clothes to hopefully find it. They should have a more efficient system to search for the product OR be proactive find a solution & take care of the customer. Not to mention the customer next to us had just requested a manager for another issue & after the customer walked away the 2 cashiers made fun of her. Poor system & customer service. read more

So this is a discounted store with a bunch of stuff from Amazon, costco, Walmart, etc. Probably a bunch of returns. We personally love it. You gotta dig. Sometimes you'll find great things for cheap other times they have a bunch of ugly things. It is a hit or miss but fun to see what you might find. AC sucks, no changing rooms, it has ghetto clientele. But its a discount store. You want a five dollar prom dress, yes we found one. Then you can't mind all the negatives. Deal with it. I just left this location and I will not be returning. I came here to try and find my daughter some tops so I walked in to be stopped not even greeted by security and he asked to look in my purse which was a tote style purse. Then he told me that I couldn't bring my purse inside because it was a large. He said I could take my wallet out and leave my purse at the front door, which I was not going to do and I was not going to leave my purse in the car. The owner was so rude, I was asking him a question and he was straight up ignoring me in my face. I've never encountered him acting like that he's normally nice especially to my dad. Love the place everyone should shop here. The customer service is great. The quality and price is phenomenal.

Too much merchandise. You have good merchandise mixed in with none quality items and there's so much to choose from it's overwhelming.

A good place to shop for any personal household needs. Highly recommended. Watch for more sales here.

This is a new store. It has a feeling like a bigger Goodwill store. They need to hire more employees on the floor as the shoppers throw everything around if not shoplift the merchandise. The location is in a high shoplift location. Either that or they should invest security cameras. The big thing that sucks is the little line of customers they have at the entrance. As if it's full inside they have to let some customers wait outside. It's inconveniencing the customers and the line is not worth it. There's 2 security guards outside the entrance but they look like the uniform is just a costume. They opened May 4, 2019, it used to be the old Target store building. When paying if you don't know the price, the cashier will tell you then. Until then when you pay, you decide if you want it or not. Be warned! All sales final you can't return or exchange. Which sucks for a big store. I may not go back for this reason. It's worth my time at Walmart or Target and their exchange, return policies than waste my time in this mess. Buyer Beware! read more

Came today to look around for the first time. Store is nice, and clean. Really nice security guy in the front. Security guard is why I'm giving this location 3 stars. Once I checked out cashier I came with family so I went first to pay with a nice Asian girl. And my friend was next and helped by a Hispanic lady with black hair didn't want to sell us a bikini top size L since the bottoms weren't size L as well. WHAT? and after she tried to ask another coworker to translate telling her stuff in Spanish to tell us. But HELLO? I'm Mexican too. So I play dumb as she keeps trying to use this poor girl to translate for her "DILES QUE NO NO SE PUEDE blah blah blah" after I told her in Spanish I could understand her she was still trying to play dumb. So yes I went back to the store and took a size L bottom from the sales floor so we could get what we wanted to buy. She was trying to tell us to get the same item but HELLO, there's no duplicates it's whatever they have on the sales floor. After that the nice Asian girl checked us out no problem, idk why that other lady had a problem? And before that interaction another lady I could hear said she was not going to get serviced by her because she did not like her attitude! Wow, we asked to speak to the manager and the manager had us waiting 20 minutes and guess what they had another couple waiting to speak to the manager as well in the front saying they had been waiting 45 min already and no show! How embarrassing for management to not even want to show their face!! Security says they get complaints over that lady every day all the time! How sad ! If you're the mean lady reading this review, go get some help, anger management classes or somethingggg Anyways light work no reaction read more

This store can be great. But it sells fake make up and hair products which is illegal. One of the most fake items they were selling were Moroccan Oil. We brought this to their attention to one of the store managers and he claimed it wasn't that they buy all their stuff from target. I said can not be target doesn't sell this item, then he told me to complain to the manufacture. I told him how, these are fake! I went back the next day and he took them off the shelf even though they weren't "fake"! I sold them on eBay and now I have a bunch of returns because people that have owned this product even stated it was fake, the oil is suppose to be yellow and thick the ones from here are clear like water or baby oil. read more

It's okay but they need more people to help the customers some items are broken and nobody takes care of them

The people there are really rude. Many items that are sold there, don't have prices, and when you finally get someone and you ask for a price they tell you the price and when you go to pay they give you another price (much higher). You explain to them what happened and they just keep arguing that whomever told you the price didn't know what they where saying. The "supervisor" ( don't you dare say owner) treats you like you are stupid. She then doesn't even ask me if I wanted the item and just puts it away. I've spent over thousands of dollars there, but I'm fed up with the constant rudeness. I will not be going there anymore, nor will my family. read more

This place DOES NOT Close at 9pm this place closes at 8:30 according to the security guard. We came from Anaheim and it was 8:32pm and I needed to get one thing that I knew where it was located and he said no come back tomorrow . I knew where the item was and everything but he said "There's a sign that we can't let anyone in after 8:30pm" he even looked for the sign and says "oh well it was here somewhere" he couldn't even find it! He took 15min to debate letting me in and I told him I know what I'm getting and I know where it is... he said oh how do u know... I'm like I was here not too long ago ... I said I could have already paid and been gone in the time you're taking to debate letting me in. He said I can't ... I told him we came far and he said I know but I can't. We left at 8:50 and there were still shoppers in the store. Ridiculous policy ... I'm never coming again ... I was going to purchase a $200 faucet but they rather not make the sale. read more

Left overs, broken, used items here. That's it. The only things I would CONSIDER buying if I realllllyyyy needed to, would be small furniture. But still they're over 150$. Everything in here is so old, literally mainly all Christmas stuff from 2017-2018. Any calendar or planner you find says either 2017/2018. You have a mix of target/Walmart dumpster finds here. Don't waste your time or money. Also, everything is final sale. No returns or exchanges. The prices? Maybe 10% of the store has price tags so if you want something, a cashier picks how much she wants to sell it for. I looked at the electronics, & none of them come with chargers or a part that you need for it. So yeah, don't come here read more

Decided to pop in here out of curiosity; the reviews of this place are rightfully accurate for the most part. So, I didn't know what to expect from this store, considering the strange name "Crazy Boss." As soon as I walked in, it felt more like a Payless than it did a department store because of the seemingly endless rows of shoes --it seems like this is the main thing they carry! I would say that it's just like Payless but not even Payless is as messy and unorganized as this place is! I did attempt to find a good deal on shoes but I came up short-handed and ultimately kind of disgusted for one main reason: as I looked through the shoes, I found a few that I liked, but when I was about to try them on, I looked more closely at them and they appeared to be completely used! The bottoms of them were full of dirt and the inside of them had a deep, dark imprint of someone's foot in there --gross! Turned off by the idea of ever buying shoes from here, I went to another section of the store...towards the clothes. I was hoping they'd have a decently-sized section of workout clothes for men/women, but low and behold: there was no signage that claimed the separation of any kind. Usually there's signage such as "Juniors" or "Kids" or even basic sizing like "Large," "Medium," and "Small" so that customers can better look for the specific types of clothing --essentially, everything was mixed in together, and judging by the few pieces of clothing that I did see, I wasn't interested in digging throughout the whole entire clothes section looking for leggings and sports bras. I'll admit, the prices here are good (I saw a pretty pair of flats from Forever 21 that were $9.00!), but I personally wouldn't shop here on my free time or even if I had all the time in the world; their clothing looked cheap and odd, and half of their bath bombs that were on sale looked as though they were falling apart. That would explain the signage everywhere that reads their return policy which is that it doesn't exist! They're opened packages and product laying around all over the store, and it makes me wonder how a place can stay up and running in the condition that it's in. I mean, at least make some effort to keep the place clean! As I continued looking around, I grew more and more disappointed; it's a messy and dirty environment that no one would want to spend their time, even though they're some great deals. The customer service is good, I have no complaint about that; when I walked up to the register, a woman with blonde-brownish hair in a ponytail asked if I'd like to see anything in the glass counters. She was helpful without me needing to ask, so I appreciate her for that. read more

There is always a lot to look through when coming here (which is not bad). I just recently came here and got charged for a random item i did not buy (what was the item idk). Luckily the owner we y through my things and doubles checked and refunded me that money. This is not the first time something like this happens to me.
