    Pharmacy is the worst here! I don't mind waiting in line, but the staff in the pharmacy are the rudest! Not the one guy, he is nice, but the females give attitudes and roll their eyes. They have me ALWAYS pull around to the end of the line when getting my prescription. They will say 10 mins and then come back. I've been a pharmacy tech, and I would NEVER treat a customer how this pharmacy does! It is such a shame. When your sick you don't want to be treated like dog shit from your own pharmacy.

    Shoutout to Rita at the cashier counter! She was so sweet to me trying to help me out with all those damn coupons. Not only did she run through the new discount program I hadn't heard of before, but she knew how to work the deals sales and coupons to my advantage. Plus she was super nice and put the date on the info card so I knew when yo cancel it. I saved sooo much today it really makes me happy. Thanks Rita! Also the store is the biggest most stocked CVS I've been in. Also very clean!

    Cannot discourage you enough of dealing with their pharmacy. Not only are they more out of stock of medicine than in stock, but don't notify you when the doctor prescribes you a medication and they don't have it for four months. By the way it was ONLY a blood thinner to help prevent a stroke. Then their tech tells me it can't be that important. Sadly used to get all my prescriptions once every three months. Now going 3-4 month to get stuff because they can't get their act together. Was just there yesterday and told my long lost prescription was ready. Then told it had been restocked. Wow according to today's text they have it back in stock. Have asked over and over again to be transferred. Won't do it. Will pay my damn co pay to have a coming of Jesus with my doctor to transfer or I change both of them. Btw the anticoagulant I haven't had in four months. I already had a stroke. This is to prevent another.

You three make a difference in a persons life without even knowing it but I want it to be known. You all were so helpful and knowledgeable with the store products and with your individual jobs, you all were able to assist me quickly and whole heartedly! Because I was attending to my husband in the hospital I was unable to do the survey at the bottom of the receipt in time, 72 hours was not long enough for me unfortunately but I did leave a comment on the Walgreens listens.com and I wanted to leave a comment on here as well. You three seriously do not know how much you helped me that night. For anyone else who sees this... I had been awake for 48 hours because my husband had just gone through an unexpected, last minute major knee and leg surgery. The surgeon had just told me he wouldn't be walking for 3 months and that I should start to prepare my house. It was 7pm and I needed a wheelchair asap. I opened my Walgreens app and searched for a wheelchair, I seen one available so I purchased it for pick up. Upon my arrival I seen already that the box was too big to fit in my car, Beverly seen me start to panic and quickly informed me that there was a smaller wheelchair in back and it was cheaper. She ran back and brought it up for me with a smile that warmed my heart. Fredrey started assisting me with my transaction but because I had already ordered and paid online I was worried I was out of luck. Jaedyn was close by and over heard us talking, he said to me "no worries at all, I can cancel this from our side." He cancel the transaction so that Fredrey could complete my transaction in-store. It was really nice that they even listened to my heartache and headache that I had just been through at the hospital. Jaedyn was also kind enough to inform me that he did give me my points back from the online transaction that we canceled so now I would not lose them. Something I didn't even think of but he did. Fredrey helped carry the wheelchair to my car and wished me the best and wished my husband a speedy recovery. I'm very lucky and feel extremely blessed that they all work at my neighborhood Walgreens. Thank you again. My husband is finally home and on his way to recovery. The wheelchair is working out perfectly.

    On February 10, 2026 I went with my father-in-law to Specialty Medical to purchase an electric…read morewheelchair. I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner.
