Racing her voice mine not letting me finish my sentences , even if they made a mistake with my medicine taking more than three weeks, that mine insurance already pay, and Neglecting to give me my medicine, I don't know how such a big corporation like Walgreens allow this unprofessional people keep working, if you see the reviews, everybody is giving a one start because they say they cannot give a zero but everybody's complaining corporate office. Need to do something about it, especially with this woman at night shift . She doesn't care about it. It looks like she doesn't want to be working there. I do Not recommend Walgreens pharmacy at all. Honestly, you can be dying d waiting for your medicine so much trouble when it could be so easy lack on Management. This one's for Beverly, Fredrey and Jaedyn, an All Star Team who truly saved me from a mental and…read moreemotional breakdown last week. You three make a difference in a persons life without even knowing it but I want it to be known. You all were so helpful and knowledgeable with the store products and with your individual jobs, you all were able to assist me quickly and whole heartedly! Because I was attending to my husband in the hospital I was unable to do the survey at the bottom of the receipt in time, 72 hours was not long enough for me unfortunately but I did leave a comment on the Walgreens listens.com and I wanted to leave a comment on here as well. You three seriously do not know how much you helped me that night. For anyone else who sees this... I had been awake for 48 hours because my husband had just gone through an unexpected, last minute major knee and leg surgery. The surgeon had just told me he wouldn't be walking for 3 months and that I should start to prepare my house. It was 7pm and I needed a wheelchair asap. I opened my Walgreens app and searched for a wheelchair, I seen one available so I purchased it for pick up. Upon my arrival I seen already that the box was too big to fit in my car, Beverly seen me start to panic and quickly informed me that there was a smaller wheelchair in back and it was cheaper. She ran back and brought it up for me with a smile that warmed my heart. Fredrey started assisting me with my transaction but because I had already ordered and paid online I was worried I was out of luck. Jaedyn was close by and over heard us talking, he said to me "no worries at all, I can cancel this from our side." He cancel the transaction so that Fredrey could complete my transaction in-store. It was really nice that they even listened to my heartache and headache that I had just been through at the hospital. Jaedyn was also kind enough to inform me that he did give me my points back from the online transaction that we canceled so now I would not lose them. Something I didn't even think of but he did. Fredrey helped carry the wheelchair to my car and wished me the best and wished my husband a speedy recovery. I'm very lucky and feel extremely blessed that they all work at my neighborhood Walgreens. Thank you again. My husband is finally home and on his way to recovery. The wheelchair is working out perfectly.
