I love using their app to order photo prints. On my last visit, after I paid for my prints, I was given a store coupon, $5 off on a $15 purchase before taxes. Since I needed other items, I thought "awesome". My total was over $15, I handed the cashier my $5 coupon, just to realized (obce I left store) she never applied it towards my purchase. I was out $5. Setup both my COVID shots here and had great service with the Pharmacy and staff in the store. Everyone seems to be helpful not only with myself but others coming. 1st visit was a little wait but found out - they were short staffed and someone had called off so they had to turn some Rx's away but I was able to get my shot. (Arm was sore) Today getting the second shot - same arm in case of soreness. This is a hard place to review. I went in for a Covid vaccine. The process was straightforward and easy, and the people at the pharmacy were very nice. If it was for that alone, I'd give 5 stars. The problems? 1. It took 45 minutes. There were only 4 people ahead of me and it took me 30 minutes to get to the counter to get my paperwork processed. After that, it took another 15 to get my shot. Even with that, I'd probably still review them positively. They were all working their butts off and stayed friendly the entire time, but then we get to #2 & 3. 2. The pharmacy area has markers to space people out 6', but they set up chairs for people that are way less than 6' from the line. Also, the place where you get the vaccine was close to the register. Because people were standing around and sitting down waiting, it was impossible to maintain distance in that area. 3. They do NOT enforce mask rules. There were people without masks. The people at the pharmacy saw them, but said nothing...even when they were at the counter. One guy was coughing, spreading whatever germs he had all over the pharmacy area. I left feeling so incredibly happy and grateful that I got my vaccine (I know they are hard to come by and that I was fortunate, and that is not lost on me), but also terrified that I may have gotten something while I was waiting. read more

Where do I begin So the line was pretty short at first.. like 2 people in front of me.. once It's my turn I'm told too wait like 3 times because she attended others.. Cool , no big deal.. then she couldn't speak Spanish so she was asking people if we can translate for her , no big deal either.. what really bugged me.. the phone would ring and she would be pressing the button I assume too hang up .. we'll it was one girl in the counter so I don't blame her. Pharmacy is on point, great knowledgeable staff working in there. Photo department has awesome touch screen kiosk that I was able to use for a amazing heart felt valentine's day gift. Good location. I came into this god awful place on Aug 8 - ready to check out, the gentleman told me the machine was having trouble and asked me to insert and swipe my card multiple times.... I said I wasn't comfortable until he cancelled and re entered the transaction, but he ASSURED ME, it didn't charge and the matching was just glitching... On Aug 10 - I check my bank statement and see that THREE charges from Aug 8 have already POSTED, not pending, but have POSTED to my account... I call the store and speak to The Store Manager who advises me to wait until Aug 16 to make sure they're posted and not pending - I JUST TOLD YOU that the charge was from the 8th and POSTED on the 10... With COVID, it's confusing as to how we can pick-up stuff such as photos. When I called, they mentioned I can show up as soon as I got an email and I can do curbside or drive thru. So I went through drive-thru but the item I got didn't fit in the box which was fine. I got out and went into the store when the shift lead that was on duty was kind of rude to me. She told me that unless I chose curbside or drive-thru, I should come in the store. I told her nicely that I spoke to someone and that's when she got rude. She said, "Maybe you misunderstood because we only do curbside if you choose that." Daniela, on the other hand, was extremely friendly and courteous when handing me the photos and checking me out. Drive through has been closed for the past couple times we needed to pick up prescriptions. Inside the line takes at least 20 minutes when there are as little as 4 other people in front because they only have one person at the window in the pharmacy. Wouldn't recommend coming in to pick up your medication if you're in a hurry because you'll be spending 20-25 minutes in line. read more

I went to pick up meds at 145pm and the pharmacy was closed i asked about this and the girl who wears a little vest wasn't much help. She said they go to lunch whenever i said since when because there is a sign on the drive thru that says 2pm-230pm. I went to check the time and it said they would return at 215pm. I had to run other errands so i went back at 230pm and the pharmacy drive thru was open so i went there but instead of 4 meds they only had 3 the pharmacist says oh that one wasn't refilled but i can refill it if you come back in 15 minutes. I said no im going to park and wait because those are heart meds. She said oh ok and you won't need to wait in line. read more

Pharmacy staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. Ever time I've used them I've had problems. The last straw was when they made me wait an hour to tell me they were out of stock and they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them to call a different store to make sure they had it in stock before I wasted my time again.
