The store is newer plus very organized and clean inside with plenty of parking outside. I always have a great experience when shopping here. The employees are very helpful especially when I have questions. I recently came here to purchase cough medication / drops and they helped me decide what to purchase. I signed up for their rewards programs which gives you great rewards and coupons. Definitely recommend this location.

My first visit was for a COVID shot which was when I had Kaiser insurance. I had some concerns like many and the pharmacist stopped what he was doing to spend a few minutes to discuss. I changed Insurance providers a few months later and went back to Green Valley to discuss the process of getting my prescriptions transferred. They not only took care of contacting Kaiser but contacted me within 24 hours to apologized for the delayed response in getting my records. I had my prescriptions filled in less than 72 hours. I continue to get my prescriptions filled when they are due without having to call them which is really appreciated and something I have never experienced. My most recent example was just a few weeks ago when I needed a test for COVID and could not find a kit for sale from Target to the local chain pharmacies. I called Green Valley and explained my situation and they gave me a kit because I was experiencing symptoms. When I arrived, it was raining and they came out to my car to hand it off. This group of healthcare providers are consistently welcoming, informative, helpful and display exemplary customer service. The experience feels like a small town pharmacy from the 50's (based on movies not my age) which is incredible hard to find in Southern California. I relocate here 8 years ago and have no connection to anyone working at the pharmacy but wanted to share my experience. At times we are all quick to write reviews when a situation or experience falls short on expectations but after 18 months, I really wanted to recognize and share my gratitude and appreciation for the team at GVP. I can honestly say this store is run better than it has ever been. Katherine is an incredible manager. She is attentive, professional, and truly cares about both her customers and her team. It shows in every aspect of the store. Juju, who is often working the front, is always so warm, welcoming, and friendly. She greets customers with a smile and makes everyone feel appreciated. Lorenzo and Leticia are also outstanding employees. They consistently provide exceptional customer service and take obvious pride in their work. This CVS Pharmacy experience was bad, really bad…read more After being rear ended in a car accident, I was rocked. I was in pain and my neck was crazy stiff and shoulder was hurting. I could not lay down comfortably nor sleep. So when the awesome Dr Cho at Haven Urgent Care took such good care of me and prescribed 2 medications via this adjacent CVS, I showed up after the 45 minutes to a horror show. The other reviews about the totally mean spirited and just stupid Pharmacy Manager Hien Nguyen are spot on and dead on balls accurate( " My Cousin Vinny"). I was next in line and had been waiting 11 minutes when Ms Nguyen smiled and vigorously waved to the lady behind me and said " Come on up". I figured maybe a quick hello but she went on to tell her friend about her pregnancy and just about everything under the sun - 27 minutes. Ms Nguyen would look over at me every 3-4 minutes but .. nothing! Not a word not be right with you.. not sorry I did this...! Finally another lady came up to help and things went further south. I showed her my id with my birth date and also offered my SS number so she could quickly look up my DOD benefits card. She just declined and said " No, can't do this." Go sit on that chair( no please) and we will call you. Please note this was maybe 47 minutes waiting in line and I was in excruciating pain... Finally after another 12 minutes, I just got up and left. I did take a photo of these two ladies. I did tell the Store Manager who seemed to have dealt with these complaints prior...I called CVS customer care the next day. They took the details and apologized. I just did a 5 star review for a CVS in New Hyde Park, Long Island NY. This was at the other end of the spectrum. My advice - find a different pharmacy other than the CVS on Haven just north of Foothill Blvd.
