this is a detailed message coming from an Instacart shopper as well as a retail employee who works as a cashier; as I walked into complete my order at 11:50 PM. The store closed at 12 both the store attendance (cashier) and the manager juju were extremely hostile upon entry only for the fact they close in 10 minutes. I understand you're upset at that but you should be more excited to finish with your customers to clock out at 12. (didn't even let me finish shopping a 3 item order) You work in the service industry not for yourself. I said I would contact corporate, but I need their number so if you guys try and go in there, but they are extremely rude. read more

This is got to be by far the worst Cvs ever you know I've lived here for like 20 years and when I first moved here this Cvs used to be 24 hours used to be the best Cvs I've ever gone to now it is by far the worst Cvs I've ever been to always screwing up my medication's. I remember I used to get a box delivered to my house with my medication's in perfectly packaged you know telling me every day every afternoon every night, the times everything to take my medication's. It was perfect cause I could put them in my pocket take them with me. I used to do that all the time now they got rid of that even before that during Covid I got my medication's delivered to my door. It was free now with my insurance. They screw me over again. What a joke of a country now Cvs always screws up my medication's all the time now my doctor prescribed me Percocet for my chronic back pain right I had a procedure done on my back and guess what Cvs did. They lie and say that my prescriber has not cannot be contacted and I know that's a lie because my prescriber constantly tries everything for me to get me my medication's and Cvs constantly screws up over and over and over I don't know how they are in business just like their employee who screwed over my packages three times when I try to do a pick up request so when I go pick up my packages, she screwed up not only my Tiger Balm, but it's not even the same format as airborne. I don't understand how these people are so incompetent to do their job!!! I could do your job better than you. can and I can't even get hired at the Cvs. I'm on the spectrum. Pharmacy staff has always been so kind. My daughter has an asthma medication that isn't covered by my insurance but she needs it, so I pay out of pocket. Consistently, the staff has always tried to help me find the cheapest price through their discounts. The pharmacist, Sang Huynh, is amazing. No matter how busy it gets, she is very kind and professional. I just saw her walk a teen to the cold and flu aisle to help her and her mom find cough drops even though she was super busy. No one wants to be waiting inside a pharmacy with potentially sick. So why then, would an employee make you wait in line twice? Ms. ALESSANDRA was the lady who "helped." I waited in line patiently the first time and so when it was my turn, I handed over the prescriptions. She already had this , "I dislike my job" face and the attitude definitely matched. She rudely remarked, "You need your ID because this is a narcotic" all loud for people to hear. When I politely explained that I'd run to my car quickly and bring it, she stayed silent. I ran to my car and was back in no more than 2 minutes. I get back, hand her my ID, and Guess what!?!?! This lady made me wait in line again! UNBELIEVABLE. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I came in this afternoon to pick up prescriptions and photos and to check for a beanies baby. They didn't have the beanies baby I was looking for :) that's ok. What stood out was the customer service by their manager David. He was so kind, accommodating, and customer oriented to make a conversation with me. He provided a plastic bag so my photos wouldn't get wet because it was raining outside. Great job David, I won't forget there are great leaders out there. read more

This was my go-to CVS for years as I lived nearby. I stopped in today and was completely ignored by the cashier Marcus. I'm guessing he was hoping if he made me wait long enough I would go to the self-check. Never acknowledged me, so rude. Had I not asked him if the check-stand was open, I'd probably still be waiting. He rung up my greeting card and didn't ask if I have a CVS card, another first. You do realize, Marcus, if people all use self-checkout you're no longer needed. 4 stars for my local cvs store! (Can't speak to the pharmacy side since I go elsewhere) Love that it's 24 hours for when I forget in the middle of the night that I ran out of makeup remover, contact solution, or other feminine products (mainly the latter). Their customer service is great too! They always greet me right when I come in. And one time, a coupon that printed out through the coupon center didn't work at the register, but the associate gave me the discount anyway! Doesn't get better than that. It is on the more expensive side because it's a cvs, but I never go without a coupon (which you can always get by scanning your card at the coupon center!). read more

I fill prescriptions here regularly. It try to get them filled all at the same time so I don't make multiple trips. They have a plan where that is supposed to take place but it never does. The pharmacy is almost always super busy. It takes a while to get things filled if you don't call ahead. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They try their hardest. I think the work load is a bit much for the number of staff in the pharmacy . read more

my family and i have been coming to this cvs for over 20 years. the staff have always been friendly and kind, until today!!! a snobby, snooty, ugly everything cashier lady by the name of "SUMMER A" claiming that she is the manager because she refused to get us an actual manager for us to speak to. when i came up to the register, i asked for a price check on a squishmallow please and she replied, "i don't do price checks!!!!" she then directed me to a machine which i have never used before. the whole time she was so nasty thinking that she's god's gift to mankind. she never helped us once!!! WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! Wife just had a c section and this place couldnt cause any more problems. Doctor has sent prescription MUTLIPLE TIMES and they say they never received anything. 5 stars simply because they have a 24 hour pharmacy here, and that's crucial because sickness does not necessarily operate during business hours only. Right after I left One Medical in Los Angeles around 11 AM, I arrived at this place sometime shortly after 12 noon. Traffic sucks in LA. I reinforce my 5 star rating of this CVS since my prescription was ready to pick up by the time that I got here. Also, place is clean. I don't know, what else do you write about drug stores? Lol. Other remarks: - My Android Pay didn't work here. Not a deal breaker per se, but wanted to point it out. - Mobile app is almost 60 megabytes no idea why, but I can't hold their mobile app negatively to the review of their physical business. - Something something there was a line here but it didn't matter for me since my prescription was filled digitally. - Plenty of parking - Right off the 210 freeway. - If you're not digital in the year 2017, I don't know what to tell you, writing 1 star reviews on Yelp for a drugstore for your unwillingness to adapt seems pretty self explanatory in itself. read more
