Always a bad experience with this pharmacy. Waiting over 20 min for someone to help and when I do ask for help or if someone can help me they are very rude! Mean while the other workers are acting like they are working read more

Horrible pharmacy.. would not recommend anyone to get their prescription filled at this location. Not only do you have to wait in line 30 mins to even get to counter for your medication but you get to the counter and they ALWAYS say it's not ready to wait another 15 - 30 mins! Same thing with the calling they answer the phone after 30 mins of just hearing their music. If I could give it 0 stars I would. read more

Man!!!! Walgreens needs to hire more people to work in the pharmacy...Everytime I go I at least have to wait 1/2 hours to get my meds...even the drive-thru is busy!! I honestly believe they are understaffed!!! Hire more people please!!! read more

It's always amazing experience when I come to this Walgreens. All the employees are nice and most of all Art is incredible! He always goes above and beyond for every customer. This is my favorite Walgreens and I will continue to shop here. Thank you so much Art! read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Rude staff, under staffed. People stand in line, are not acknowledged and wait while register staff help people on phone!! If I'm standing at the counter I expect to be treated professionally. I once asked if there was extra help and I was met with smirks, eye rolls and was ignored. I will never have my medications filled at this location again!! read more

I will always get buy one get one l free when it was on sale was on sale They were nice too.

I posted a review on Wednesday and it was removed. I will re-post. Everyone should know how rude they are at this Walgreens. I went to pick up medication for my father through the drive-through and Tonya young lady was the one who attended me I was asking for my father's medication the whole time she had an attitude I don't know what medication my father takes. He just asked me to go pick it up. I did tell her that there was two medication's that I did not of. I did mention the medication, and what they were for she didn't understand me she couldn't find information on him. I had to repeat myself numerous times, and every single time I repeat myself, and give the same information name last name, birthdate address she would ask again and again and again, and every single time it was with an attitude since my father is out of state I did inform her that I wanted to know what other medication he had available for fill so I can ship out all the medication's to him She has such an attitude with me such a ghetto Ness. Her demeanor was unprofessional unethical. She said well you can look at the app I said unfortunately I do not have access to it. I did it that is Hyppa. It's a violation. I don't have access to his personal information, all she had to do was look up what medications he's been taking and what are available but she decided to take the route of attitude and being nasty just plain nasty my daughter even said mom what's your problem? Why does she have such a nasty attitude. This is coming from a little kid so I asked her what is the problem why the attitude she smirked heist inside and slam that phone and walked away. I was shocked. I went to the store, and I spoke with the supervisor one of the pharmacist. I did let him know about her attitude, and the way she behaves as a professional she should be carried out a different statue as a professional she should carry her self in a different demeanor as a professional. She should know she is a professional I am in the medical field and would never behave in this manner. You leave your problems at the door when you walk into work you're dealing with other people if you cannot handle the stress of your job if you cannot, they handle the stress of the customer service then you shouldn't be working in customer service, there was no need for the attic at all I was there was to pick up medicine not to be treated in such a disgusting manner. I hope my review does not get removed again she needs to be held accountable for her actions. There is recording they have cameras they caught it all on camera. That way she was behaving. read more

Worst customer service in the pharmacy ever I jus went there to get my anxiety meds and she acted like I was trying to get something that want mine read more

I have 3 broken ribs and have been waiting for the pharmacy to complete my prescription. This is way too long to wait for medicine

This review is for the pharmacy. They went above and beyond for me today and I really appreciate it. My son needed a vaccine and most Walgreens didn't have it in stock or don't even offer it for his age (5). After calling and confirming they had it, I went in to see if they could give it on the spot and the pharmacist squeezed us in. I believe her name is Mai or May. My son got very scared and started crying a lot and she was very sweet and patient. This isn't the regular Walgreens I go to but I would definitely return for the great customer service I received. read more

Pharmacy - the pharmacy staff is rude. They lie about Medicine availability and when you tell them your willing to wait, it miraculously shows up. They are rude and they act like doctors, they are paid to administer the medicine not question you about why you need it. read more

Today I had an issue with my prescription at the Walgreens on Haven in Rancho Cucamonga so I had to call my Walgreens in Rialto on pepper and Foothill which is the best Walgreens ever the young lady named Diamond was on the phone with me for probably almost an hour and a half fixing the mistake and making sure I got my medication and making sure everything was okay and found out what the problem was this young lady gets 10 Stars for helping me today thank you Diamond read more

Love this Walgreens! :) the staff here are always nice & help you if you need any assistance. The place is always clean Love to shop here :)

This pharmacy needs to train their staff on good customer service . Majority of the staff do not practice courtesy or good manners in dealing with their customers . They do not smile nor say "thank you" and they let you wait and wait for almost an hour in the line especially this woman named Elena . Every time I pick up my prescription she has the same bad demeanor and repulsive attitude . I am thinking of changing pharmacy . I always leave the pharmacy with so much disappointment and frayed nerves . read more

I really love this pharmacy, I have going there for the past 5 years, I never had any problems with any medications, very great staff.

I'm not from this area... They said the public restroom wouldn't open until 10. This seems strange to me... Are the employees allowed to use the restroom? read more

Kathy the manger is rude. Each time I come here they have wrong signs on items. Don't waste your time at this location.

The store is clean... But other than that expensive, inconvenient, terrible customer service. Force you to pay at different registers depending on what items you have, will kick you out of one line and send you to another register and suddenly 5 people get to go before you because you have to wait on a different cashier. Told me I could not return one item because it was beyond 30 days even though they took other items that were on the same receipt and from the same department. She said they must not sell that item anymore because it doesn't show in their computer , I showed her the item on the shelf with the same upc and everything.. She basically told me tough luck. Do not recommend this store if you like being treated well as a customer. read more

Love that they built this right down the street from my house. Store is always clean and I always find what I need! Staff is super nice as well (: I do not go to any other Walgreens besides here. read more

I much rather give zero stars. If you want to get you memories printed or put on a CD or flash drive do not go here cause they will lose them. I went in on Saturday to move all my pictures and photos since I was selling my phone and had the choice to put them on a flash drive which I chose. Then Sunday they call to say they don't have any flash drive to do it and said they can be moved to CD and they would call when it's done well here we are on Thursday and never heard anything back so I called. I was place on hold 5 different times and every time they picked up the phone I had to explain everything over again to the same person. Finally the shift lead gets on and says if we move them you will lose have your pictures. So I said no I need my pictures. After me having to tell them you can't go get one from another store they do it but to call me back and say oh cause you have videos on there we can't do anything with them!! I literally lost photos of my kids my youngest delivery day. Video of my grandmother I can never get back!! I can't get anything back!! They didn't even sound like they cared. I will no longer shop here which I did all the time. read more

Art Ver Meer the assistant manager is extremely rude. I went in to pick up some photos and someone was in front of me and they stopped him for help he had such a horrible attitude. When he came back I asked him for help and he sighed he gave me my pictures and said I had to go and get in line (which was super long) to pay when I had already been standing there for almost 10 minutes, he rolled his eyes and walked away, how is this man a assistant manager. I never come to this Walgreens but I accidentally sent my pictures here instead of the Walgreens I always go to on riverside ave. Anyway, the guy who rang me up Freddy was super nice, still I will never come here again. read more
