I completed my first session and everything was going great. Unfortunately, I later found out that the artist I had been working with was no longer at the shop. I reached out to Iconiq, and the owner, Rick, personally called me back. He immediately took the situation seriously, offered several solutions, and made sure I was taken care of. That's the kind of customer service that really stands out. Needless to say, I'm a satisfied customer. My tattoo was completed, and the issue was resolved professionally and promptly. The shop was always clean, well-organized, and spacious enough to move around comfortably during breaks. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the other artists were friendly and supportive. Several of them stopped by to check on my tattoo, offer their opinions, and make sure everything was coming out right. Tattoos aren't cheap these days, but you get what you pay for. Between the customer service, professionalism, and level of artistry at Iconiq, I believe it's well worth the investment. Highly recommended.

I was nervous from the start but some other girls in the lobby area were also waiting and one of them told me the nipples don't hurt too bad and I took good faith in her. From there, I went to the back and the guy I believe is Jesse took great care of me. He gave me the whole rundown on how I'm supposed to take care of them. The sea salt soaks and that I have to be careful when cleaning them. He also asked me about sizes and how noticeable I wanted them. The forcepts he used came from a sterilized pouch and so did the jewelry. Once he got me set, he marked me and I laid back on the chair and from there he was very gentle and quick while doing it. He talked to me while he was doing it so I was calmer than I thought I would be. The first one hurt but the second definitely hurt more. However he also explained that when I am healing up that for later I can go back and see the jewelry he has and he will replace it for me and take care of me and charge me the price of the jewelry. He is a very great piercer and I am glad I trusted him with my nipples. He charged $55 for both nipples. I'm on day two of having these piercings and after sleeping I feel totally fine. A little discomfort after the sea salt soak, but honestly feel normal. I was expecting to feel sore but the way he pierced me was great. TLDR; Jesse is a top tier piercer, he gave me great nipple piercings and talked me through it. Great prices and gives you the whole rundown for aftercare. Nipple Piercings are $55. He only uses sterilized jewelry. 10/10 will definitely come again.

Whatever you get, it will be the sickest work you'll EVER get on yourself. Anything you want or need - he'll nail it even better than you could ever imagine! Mike did my first tattoo back in 2022, and I've been going to him ever since. I will forever refer anyone to him who asks for recs . I was going through a very hard time in my life and basically embarrassingly spiraled in his shop during a consult for a back piece that I was unsure of. He is so patient, kind, considerate, humble, and such a safe space dude. There was NEVER any pressure, no negative energy/vibes, not EVER pushy or "sales"-y or do something other than you asked for because he "feels like it" or thinks "it would look better this way." He wants to make sure you're happy before proceeding with anything. Final boss of professionalism. All of my tattoos are from what my late Dad had, but I made each one my own in a traditional style and Mike has helped me bring the last pieces to life every time, every session. I'm truly grateful to have met him and greatly appreciate the person he is. May all tattoo artists take a page out of Mike's book and be like him. If you're hesitating on getting another one or if it's your first one- DO IT. GET IT DONE BY MIKE! K TYVM BYE!

We ended up walking around until they reopened. I do wish their lunch hours were posted on the website so customers could plan accordingly. My daughter was simply getting two of her earrings downsized. The charge was $10 per earring, plus an additional $15 for a new backing, bringing the total to $52 with tax. As I was checking out, the receptionist informed me that there would be an extra $5 charge for using my debit card, so I would recommend bringing cash. I asked whether this fee was mentioned on their website, and she said it was not. When they downsized my daughter's hidden helix piercing, the bar was still too long. The piercer explained that the ear was swollen and that she couldn't push the earring back any farther. While I understand that swelling can affect the fit, I was hoping for a better overall experience. I truly wanted to support this business, but between the unexpected closures, undisclosed card fee, and leaving with a bar that still seems too long, the experience fell short of my expectations.
