I had a appointment at 1pm. My tattoo artist Mai never showed up they called her five times and she never picked up the phone. Until 1:07pm she called the tattoo shop and told them that she was sleeping. Also I live far from this tattoo place. She told the people find somebody else to do her tattoo. She didn't even message me on Instagram to apologize for not showing up this is very unprofessional. They don't give good instructions on how to clean it after. They also didn't even wrap my tattoo up. I'm thankful for one of the tattoo artist for doing my tattoo his name was Hector. But I will not be going back to this tattoo place. I was so nervous to get my second ear piercing (yes I'm a wimp), I almost backed out at the last minute. But when my husband and I came in, Sergio greeted us and was so kind and helpful I started to feel better. Eduardo did the piercing and was so patient when I couldn't decide on the placement. He was kind and calm, and I barely felt a thing! Everything was also very clean, and now several days later they feel and look great! I was given very thorough care instructions and all of my questions were answered. Overall it was a great experience and I had nothing to be nervous about. I had a bad experience here in 2018. I'm barely posting about it because now I'm getting laser removal from that tattoo and it's scarred really bad. I'll never get rid of this horrible tattoo because the scar will always be there. My initial tattoo was small and i wanted him to cover it up. Jordy was the tattoo artist that did my tattoo. I seen his work done on ig it looked great. I thought everything was going to be good. Well it wasn't. I also wrote him on ig letting him know the leaves weren't even connected to to rose stem. And those were the leaves he said can I add because it'll make the rose look better. When he was done with the tattoo I didn't see all the mistakes and things wrong with it because it was swollen , I was there for hours and I was tired. When I had messaged him he said he'd fix it. I didn't go because how bad it was I was scared to even let him fix it. Thank God I didn't go back because I see how much it had scarred. Not only did I lose money on the tattoo, I lost money throwing it in my tattoo removal. It's embarrassing to even wear a cute top or swim. I haven't showed my stomach since the tattoo. I've only had two sessions of tattoo removal and I'm posting pictures so you can see where it started , what he did and the scars that are left. It's so so embarrassing. read more

Came in for a finger tattoo got talked out of it cause it would eventually disappear. Thought it was cool that he was honest and upfront. I was pretty set on getting a finger tattoo so I was bummed on the location not working out. In my family all the cousins have a "Familia" tattoo my cousin decided to get his done today. My cousin and I went here for matching tattoos and we did not make an appointment. I called to ask if we needed an appointment but they said we could just come in. When I got there, I showed a picture of what I wanted and they made. Few different samples for me to see and pick the one that was best. My artist was Johnny and he suggested to make my flower into watercolors and I trusted his opinion, even though I was kinda scared, but it turned out amazing! Today I called in at 6:30 pm to see if I can get a walk in tattoo done. They said yes that was fine and I also mentioned that I would be there in about 20 to 30 minutes , which again said that was fine and once I arrived at exactly 7:00 pm. Mind you they closed at 8 so I talked to one of the employees and we discussed placement , payments and designs just for him to come back 15 minutes later and say they can no longer do it and that there were leaving soon and to come back tomorrow morning. Jordan completed 8 piercings on me and did them really well except my belly button jewelry was too short which did end up creating an infection for me. All I've had to do is get a longer ring and I've been fine, everything else is healing perfectly. Each procedure was sanitary and he did his best to make me feel as little pain as possible. Went in to get a Medusa piercing. Piercer pierced my lip and while removing clamps he knocked the needle out of my lip and onto the floor. He tried to blame me even though I didn't move. He then had to pierce it in the same spot again which was painful. And atfter allll that...the piercing is massively crooked. I will NEVER go there again. read more

Walked in and got my septum pierced. This was my second time getting it pierced, it closed after not wearing a ring for years. The first time hurt and it was a good feeling. I really was looking forward to that weird good pain of having a needle poked through your skin. The feeling wasn't as good the second time. 30$ for the septum piercing and a jewel piece. I called around and this was the best price. The whole experience was an 18/20. Would return and I would recommend this place to someone looking for a piercing. read more
