Toxicity greeted us right away and made sure we were all comfortable. She gave my 4 year old a cuddle buddy to help her get through her piercing and talked her through it. 10/10 , I was originally supposed to go to another piercings place but they had a lack of information. So I went here and automatically knew this was going to be my spot. I had toxicity, super helpful, nice, had some humor to her! She gave me info about where to get more jewelry etc. It's about day 3 of my piercing and it's been healing great, some slight pain but normal. I give the actual piercing pain a 4/10 but the healing process is about a 7/10.. salt water and drinking cold water has been my best friend! Will be back :)

I was super happy when last Feb with my smiley and nipple piercings. I went back today, met their new piercer and the tattoo artist who greeted me was cool, and helpful. Today I went to my new piercer - buttercup, asking for help in fixing an uneven nose piercing I got a week ago, It was done at a different location/ different piercer. Thank you for the after care instructions butter cup Buttercup fixed it! I'm so happy, thank you guys for being cool and helpful. Still my recommended piercing shop when people ask where to go. read more

I went for a Friday the 13th event with a friend that wanted to come here. And once you walk in everyone the employees aren't welcoming, smells weird too. Ended up getting a kewpie tattoo and the artist that did my tattoo was @pbtats on ig. She's definitely not an experienced tattooer. Instantly regretted getting it done right when I seen how crooked and deformed my kewpie looked. Literally so bummed. Tbh I do not recommend this place to anyone. I'm so embarrassed to show my tattoo to anyone. It's so ugly and I wish they would at least fix it, but didn't even bother to reach out due to it maybe looking worse if fixed. Ultimately do not come here, low quality tattoos. The service sucked and the artist are not experienced. read more

My services were done by Brat! @brats._.tats on Instagram, she was super easy to talk to from the start & very sweet. Once I arrived for my appointment walking in there was a ball of customers but she quickly addressed me and showed me what steps to take! Talking with her was such a pleasure and a breeze we got along so well :) She let me know any warnings ahead of time about ink on scar tissue since this was a cover up of some old scars, and offered to do free touch ups if needed.Her vibe was great, her decor was great! Wish I can give 0 star. On friday the 13th, I waited 4 hours to get pierced just for that one lady "piercer" @josieg_inkedbrows to get upset and declined doing piercing . I understand how busy it gets but if she can't handle it, I suggest for you to not do special. And mind you she had a non professional attitude. WORST PIERCER EVER, suggest to go somewhere else! read more

Awesome place with awesome people, we were a walking in on 05/04/2024 with only a phone call prior. We went to pierce my 10 year old daughter's ears and also one for me so I could act brave for her. From the moment we walked in we were met with friendly smiles and a family feeling. The service was amazing! Oh yeah, would recommend this place. I got my nose piercing here because my sister and her boyfriend recommend me this place and it was pretty nice. I was surprised to see how quick it took despite the line of people. So far I've had no complications with my nose piercing; They even handed me a literal card of how to take care of my nose piercing which is pretty thoughtful. The vibe felt cool af too, lol and the piercer Josie(?) called me a llorón when I cried during the piercing but I could tell she was messing around. I went into the shop for a piercing and while I was waiting, I heard other staff make racist comments and joking about inappropriate things. I got a really bad vibe from this shop. And Josie did my piercing and did not make me feel welcomed. Would not recommend this place. read more

I felt very disrespected in the tattoo shop. I was made fun of for the tattoos i currently have. I got a small tattoo and it needed fixing later one due to messed up lines and charged me a fee to fix their mistake. I felt uncomfortable around the males in the shop due to the racist and inappropriate jokes towards me. Lastly Josie was completely rude to me, made me feel like my services weren't welcome. Went in last Sunday for a microblading appointment with Vy. She is hands down the most patient person in the world. I had about 3 hairs on each eyebrow and she spent almost 3 hours drawing my eyebrows out to perfection. I have drawn my eyebrows on for the last 15 years and this past week being able to run out of the house without worrying about my brows is truly incredible. Thank you Vy for the comfortable environment, making light of my incredibly stressful eyebrow situation, and giving me amazing new brows! read more

Very, very inviting place. I went in for a "nostral" piercing. I knew this was the place for me because it was relaxed, Deftones was playing and the owner was completely chill and he knew what the fuck he was talking about. My nose piercing is great. I wish i knew about him earlier. I would have had my tattoo and dermals done here. You will be satisfied. Prices are very reasonable. No joke. Check it out for yourself. read more

This was my second time getting my septum pierced but definitely my favorite time !! The first time I got it at a different shop and it hurt like crap. This time it was 100% better not only was the atmosphere super nice but my piercer pierced me correctly and I look great !! I was so scared from the first time since the another shop pierced my cartilage that it was going to hurt, but sure enough he did an awesome job no pain whatsever! He even gave me a bottle of piercing spray because I told him to keep the 20$ as a tip, although he definitely deserves it! read more

This was my first and most definitely my LAST time going to this studio, would NOT recommend!!!! We waited 4 hours to get a piercing as soon as we met the piercer @josieg_inkedbrows, she had a horrible attitude, got annoyed when we asked to fix the piercing placement, and also got upset when told I didn't want to pay too much for her to swap out my anti eyebrow and ended up declining us due to it. If you're going to be in a busy and fast pace environment I suggest you learn how to have a good attitude. Mind you I tried to ignore it and be nice by complimenting her and all I got was an eye roll in return. As an adult, do better. read more

I wasn't sure about this place, but I gave it a chance and I'm glad I took it. The staff is really professional and friendly. The prices for their tattoos are nice too, fair prices. If you ever go down, I would refer you to geselle, she's a rad, fun, and nice artist with a style of her own that is both sweet and creepy. She's done three of my tattoos and I could not be any happier about them :) she did an excellent job in doing my tim burton styled tattoos down to the details of each line. I just got my eyebrows microbladed today by Vy. I absolutely love them! For one she made my experience fun and her personality is very inviting. The shop was clean and I love that she took her time to make sure my brows were on point. I had very minimal hair on my brows not to mention very light and when I walked out I had darker but VERY natural looking brows. I got everything I asked for and I could not be happier. I'll definitely be going back soon and refer anyone who's thinking of microblading there brows to come here. You wont regret it! read more

I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Jesse and pierced by Josie it was a great experience! They are is so fast and my tattoos only took an hour total! He is very meticulous about his drawings and gave me EXACTLY what I was asking for! My piercing with Josie was a great experience it was quick and painless Even when fresh, I was already loving my new ink so I can't wait to see what they look like healed!
