I was nervous from the start but some other girls in the lobby area were also waiting and one of them told me the nipples don't hurt too bad and I took good faith in her. From there, I went to the back and the guy I believe is Jesse took great care of me. He gave me the whole rundown on how I'm supposed to take care of them. The sea salt soaks and that I have to be careful when cleaning them. He also asked me about sizes and how noticeable I wanted them. The forcepts he used came from a sterilized pouch and so did the jewelry. Once he got me set, he marked me and I laid back on the chair and from there he was very gentle and quick while doing it. He talked to me while he was doing it so I was calmer than I thought I would be. The first one hurt but the second definitely hurt more. However he also explained that when I am healing up that for later I can go back and see the jewelry he has and he will replace it for me and take care of me and charge me the price of the jewelry. He is a very great piercer and I am glad I trusted him with my nipples. He charged $55 for both nipples. I'm on day two of having these piercings and after sleeping I feel totally fine. A little discomfort after the sea salt soak, but honestly feel normal. I was expecting to feel sore but the way he pierced me was great. TLDR; Jesse is a top tier piercer, he gave me great nipple piercings and talked me through it. Great prices and gives you the whole rundown for aftercare. Nipple Piercings are $55. He only uses sterilized jewelry. 10/10 will definitely come again.

All of Elizabeth St has good vibes, but this is about my experience with Darla specifically. Besides just being the absolute sweetest human, Darla was so accommodating for me. I appreciated that she communicated with me over email instead of Instagram as was my preference. Another thing I loved was that she redid stencil placement as many times as I needed without making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Darla has gone above and beyond in my experience, she's truly such a professional, I cannot recommend her more! I have been so happy with the way her work has aged on me as well, you cannot go wrong with choosing to be tattooed by her!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service my friend and I received at this establishment yesterday. We walked in on a spontaneous decision -- my friend for a belly piercing, and myself for a snake eyes tongue piercing. Initially, we were hesitant, but the receptionist was very kind and reassuring. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and let us know the piercer had over 33 years of experience, which made us feel more at ease. However, our actual experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. My friend went first. When we entered the piercing room, we were not greeted at all, which we overlooked due to our nerves. But once the procedure began, it quickly went downhill. While inserting the needle, the piercer struggled to screw on the top of the belly ring, repeatedly digging into her skin as she audibly cried out in pain -- saying "ouch" several times. Despite this, he continued to twist and push into her stomach without pausing or offering any comfort or explanation. It was extremely distressing to watch. Then it was my turn. I've had my tongue pierced before, so I was aware of what to expect -- discomfort is normal -- but the lack of care and the aggressiveness of the procedure were appalling. He asked me to check the placement in the mirror and I approved, but once I laid back, he pierced my tongue with no sensitivity, ramming the needle in without warning or regard. To make matters worse, he was moving slowly while I was sitting there in visible pain. After the piercing, he struggled once again to screw on the jewelry, seemingly due to the size of his fingers. I sat there waiting, enduring pain, only to end up with a crooked piercing. I'm confused -- if he marked my tongue and I approved the placement, how did it end up completely off-center? Now I'm dealing with a swollen, misaligned piercing, and there seems to be no accountability. You were quick to take my money, but now I'm left with a botched result and a deeply negative experience. I am an extremely unhappy customer and I would never recommend anyone to come here. I expected professional service, and what I received was careless and inconsiderate. I hope you take this complaint seriously and reflect on the quality and safety of your services. read more

This shop has been by far, my go to place for Tattoos and piercings. Ben Loredo is my artist and he does some of the dopest work I've seen, he's very artistic and articulate on his work, every time ,he shoots for perfection and I couldn't be happier with his work and I am happy to be his canvas for the artwork I now have one me. The shop is very very clean and all of the guys and gals working there are extremely professional and easy going. There is never a dull moment when I'm there getting work done I'm always cracking up. It has a welcoming vibe and it's very easy to feel at home. The artists there all do some pretty sick work. I refer everyone to Ink Pagoda when I get asked about my tattoos and everyone who's gone to get something done with Ben Loredo never regrets it. I always leave it up to him to do his magic and get creative and he never seizes to amaze. Great shop and great artists, all with different talents (: definitely recommend If your looking to get some artwork permanently carved on your skin. Wouldn't trust any other shop. Great Tattoo shop clean and very welcoming well established artists, this is the only shop I go to and recommend people to go to. I get all my work done by Ben Loredo and refer all my people to him, Ben does excellent work and really listens to your ideas and creates something out of the box for you, Ben really cares for his clients lets them know if the tattoo will not come out right and will work with you to get art work you will not regret. Ben really builds a close relationship with his clients, I have gotten five large pieces from Ben and I let people know hes my tattoo artist the only one I will ever go to. read more

Ink pagoda is a great shop solid artists friendly everybody treats you like they know you. Ben Loredo is my artist at ink pagoda he always is able to make me a custom piece no matter how long it takes. Ben makes me feel really comfortable to the point that I am able to sit for long hour pieces, while Ben still checks on me to see if I need to take a break or stop for the day. Three of my family members got a tattoo by BEN and I definitely DO NOT recommend him. He's not good at all, can't even tattoo a circle without it looking like a 2 year old did it. Lines are horrible just not good at all. If that's not enough, one of the artists that works there said if it was him he wouldn't let Ben tattoo him because of how horrible he is.
