The age is non negotiable with them being a minimum 11. Plus, this location is a father and daughter operated business that deserves more attention. Came in for a consultation for me and ink for my man. The shop is very clean, and staff are friendly/ inviting. We were greeted by the receptionist and then Alex came over to talk to us. He asked questions about what my partner wanted, and I brought up my sleeve idea that I want to get. Alex seemed very knowledgeable and was able to draw things up pretty quickly. He took a basic concept and made it so much better. My boyfriend's tattoo came out great! He loves it. They do have the second skin, which is nice for the healing process. First of all he has a post up on offer up and was looking for a laptop to trade for his work so I happened to had one laying around I never said anything about having financial issues now your making things up , 2nd of all he agreed to a half a sleeve worked on it and did not complete it why agree start on it and now he wants to charge me to finish it all it needed was the shading left, also if he felt that way why not let me know instead of ignoring me for months horrible customer service instead he got his feelings mixed up and felt a way I never knew and to top it off I told Rudy I would just pay for the tattoo and take the laptop back but he insisted it was fine I asked him more then once actually. I have all the screenshots of him agreeing and me telling Rudy I can just pay him for the tattoo and take the laptop back . So David is also lying by saying I have no money and that I asked Rudy to work with me because of my financial situation I never once asked him that. I'm a diabetic so my risk is a lot higher than others with infection. I'm getting tatted about a couple days ago. Tell me why the owner stop the artist midway through my tattoo sends him to Walmart to buy his fucking wife coat hangers. "Make sure it's the velvet one so her dresses don't slide off"and throws pens at him while I'm getting fucking tatted. I won a free tattoo from IG @tattoosbysona. I got a huge leg peice done. She told me to make sure I wear tight fitted pants. Which I thought was weird because it needs to breath so it won't get infected. But I said hey, I'll listen to the tattoo artist. Wish I never did. She actually did a great job. For being a new artist. But her advice made my tattoo get super infected. It completely ruined the whole piece. When I sent her photos and messages regarding it. She dismissed me. Every time. Very rude and kept denying it was infected. Just word of advice do not take hers. Now I have a huge leg piece that is hideous. And she didn't even offer to fix it. Terrible customer service. Just got my nose pierced by David. The process was fast, pretty painless and great price ($25). Unfortunately, I'm dissatisfied with customer service here. Once my nose was pierced, I got up to look in the mirror And saw that my nose ring had a pink stone. Most shops give you a general crystal type stone or give you options. I said to David "I didn't know that I was getting a pink stone in my nose" he replied "well that's all we got". Definitely not the response I expected - this place could really use some work on basic customer service skills and just notify customers what type of jewelry they are putting in. read more

I had called this tattoo shop and asked if they could take me for a friday the 13th special , they said sure so I drove 40 mins and arrived at 1030 and they close at 11. When I got there the reciopnist lady said that my friends and I had arrived 2 late and that they wouldnt take us. We drove 40 mins to get here and they said that it was first come first serve, which they never mentioned over the phone. I then proceeded to ask to talk to the manager and she told me "no, its ok" they dont know anything about customer service and then one of the artists decides to get into an argument with one of my friends and shushed her and cussed at her. Yesterday, I experienced a truly amazing tattoo artist... Ben Loredo, who not only does a fantastic job with the actual artwork/tattoo, but is also SO NICE. I was freaking out all day...and even though it was my second tattoo, I was super anxious but Ben made it so much easier with his great personality. The pain was there for sure especially towards the end and when he'd get closer to the back of my calf (never realised this area would be so tender), but he did warn me about that area and even avoided getting my tattoo too close to that area; I also got 3 short breaks which were the perfect amount of time to regain my composure and to stretch etc... I'm so appreciative and happy that Ben decided to take on my vision for an original Zombie Cheshire Cat and do my tattoo; his artistic talent is amazing. His calmness really made the whole experience that much easier and my tattoo looks amazing, (despite a little distraction in the parlor which was completely entertaining and a bit funny).
