I was nervous from the start but some other girls in the lobby area were also waiting and one of them told me the nipples don't hurt too bad and I took good faith in her. From there, I went to the back and the guy I believe is Jesse took great care of me. He gave me the whole rundown on how I'm supposed to take care of them. The sea salt soaks and that I have to be careful when cleaning them. He also asked me about sizes and how noticeable I wanted them. The forcepts he used came from a sterilized pouch and so did the jewelry. Once he got me set, he marked me and I laid back on the chair and from there he was very gentle and quick while doing it. He talked to me while he was doing it so I was calmer than I thought I would be. The first one hurt but the second definitely hurt more. However he also explained that when I am healing up that for later I can go back and see the jewelry he has and he will replace it for me and take care of me and charge me the price of the jewelry. He is a very great piercer and I am glad I trusted him with my nipples. He charged $55 for both nipples. I'm on day two of having these piercings and after sleeping I feel totally fine. A little discomfort after the sea salt soak, but honestly feel normal. I was expecting to feel sore but the way he pierced me was great. TLDR; Jesse is a top tier piercer, he gave me great nipple piercings and talked me through it. Great prices and gives you the whole rundown for aftercare. Nipple Piercings are $55. He only uses sterilized jewelry. 10/10 will definitely come again.

He did only the left side of my chest and the middle, not even my traps or anything. All of Elizabeth St has good vibes, but this is about my experience with Darla specifically. Besides just being the absolute sweetest human, Darla was so accommodating for me. I appreciated that she communicated with me over email instead of Instagram as was my preference. Another thing I loved was that she redid stencil placement as many times as I needed without making me feel like I was being a nuisance. Darla has gone above and beyond in my experience, she's truly such a professional, I cannot recommend her more! I have been so happy with the way her work has aged on me as well, you cannot go wrong with choosing to be tattooed by her!

"Came here awhile ago and the owner had said he had 7 years experiences all I wanted was three nautical stars on my back. We thought who could be dumb enough to mess up a naughtical star? Well we found one!! He somehow didn't understand the concept of black, red, black, red and he ended up doing black red black black! He then tried to hide the mistake by not saying anything and my husband caught on and then had the audacity to to say he would give me a discount! So no I wouldn't recommend this place! They dont own up to thier mistakes and you dont want to take the chance with something permanent Remember people, anyone with a tattoo machine can trace you a tattoo off the wall but only a tattoo artist will create something unique and one of a kind for each individual person. So do your homework people don't just go with anybody just cause their nice to you when you wak in the door" And just so everyone knows this is my firsthand experience with this shop, my husband had made the original post and they somehow had it deleted, again not owning up to their mistake and trying to keep this from the public. Bryne is the best! I've gotten multiple tattoos from him over the last few years and it's always been a great experience. He's a great artist as well as a great person. I have 6 tattoos and each one of them was done by Mike at Artifacts Ink and I am so incredibly pleased with the work he has done for me! I have whole side done for my grandma and I am currently working on getting my other side tatted for my mom. Mike has always worked well with me and the art he has created is absolutely beautiful.
