I set an appointment for March 19th with Steve on March 10th. It was all via text message, so there was no way for anybody to forget the agreed-to appointment time, yet somehow Steve managed to schedule my appointment at 2:30 instead of 2 pm, as we agreed via text message. So when I showed up, the artist wasn't even there and I sat there just waiting until another employee at the shop called Steve. He verified he wrote down the wrong time, so I asked for my $60 deposit back (which I had to drive all the way there to give them 8 days before the appointment since they only accept Zelle and Apple Pay) the employee called Steve again to see about a discount to keep my appointment, and Steve offered me $20 off, which was insulting. The other employee insisted the artist was on their way, but having an artist rush over from home to do permanent ink on your body is never a good idea. They should've been there waiting and ready to go before I arrived. I took my $60 back and left. And I won't be back. The artists may be good but because of the guy who runs the place, I'll never know. read more

This was my first time at this shop. The response after sending my request to get two tattoos on the same day and to set up my appointment, send the deposit and to let me know who my artist was really quick and easy to follow. My artist was Liz and she was fantastic. She messaged me a few days before my tattoo to ask what I wanted to get and send pictures. Once I got to the shop the day of my tattoo, the vibe was great so I knew I picked the right place. Liz was great at communicating on what she was doing, letting me take a break and letting me stretch my arm during the session of my second tattoo since the placement was by my elbow so there was no comfortable spot to be in while getting it done. During the session, Liz and I had a great conversation about life and music and were cracking jokes. The other artist (I don't remember his name, sorry :/ ) and his clients joined in the conversation and made it even better. I would definitely come back to this shop for more tattoos!! read more

This is our 3rd time to this shop and they never disappoint! The shop is always welcoming, comfortable, and so clean. We were greeted by every single artist that came in, were shown around in case we needed anything, and treated like friends coming for a visit. We were lucky enough to get to book with Jay for the second time and I can't say enough good things about him. He was so great working with the sizing and placement for our tattoos. I had an amazing experience at this shop and with my artist, Manolo. The first time I reached out to request a quote, the shop owner connected me with Manolo right away. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. When I missed the text notification, he even went the extra step to DM me on Instagram so I wouldn't miss the message--which I really appreciated because I probably wouldn't have seen it otherwise. For my first session, Manolo did a dragonfly, a bee, a koi fish, and the Great Wave for a great price. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. I was so happy with how everything turned out that I booked another appointment with him just a couple weeks later. The second session was even better! We ended up doing a tiger, cherry blossoms, an angel number, and some swans. His work is beautiful, and he's such a great person to work with--professional, talented, and genuinely cares about his clients and their tattoos. I first discovered JoJo (@JoannaNguyenArt) on the internet sometime in 2014/2015. I couldn't even tell you where, Facebook -- maybe? I don't even remember if Instagram existed back then. But either way and ever since I have been a very loyal fan of hers. She is an amazing artist and she did my first "real" "big" tattoo. The first time that I ever decided to really put money into my tattoos as opposed to some cheaper off the wall flash. I came to her wanting a Welsh girl tattoo & she totally delivered. Throughout the years I have gotten several other tattoos from JoJo and I've always found her prices to be extremely reasonable and fair, her artwork to be outstanding, and her personality, friendliness, and professionalism are also other amazing qualities. She is very easy to talk to - both online when discussing concepts and also day of at the studio. She's also totally down to earth too if you just want to chill and listen to some music or watch a movie while she works. Paid 500$ in total for a tattoo instead got left with a blacked out botched arm instead James was my tattoo artist or "relapse_tattooz" he drank TWO beat boxes while working on the piece on my arm and was asking personal questions about my religion and talking about inappropriate things during the session such as his wife and complaining about her jealousy, toward the end he was so drunk he was stumbling over his chair and speaking slurred which made me very uncomfortable my removal for this will cost 3.5 K dollars will take 10-15 sessions to remove and is a painful process and I will not receive any money back from him as I requested he said he'd rather not finish my tattoo and will not give me a refund , be careful with this artist read more
